本发明公开一种汽车玻璃及纱窗升降器,包含主动臂、副臂、定导轨、动导轨、弧形齿板和主动齿轮,其特征在于:弧形齿板两端分别设有逆向从动齿轮和顺向从动齿轮,逆向从动齿轮设置在所述弧形齿板的左端,顺向从动齿轮设置在所述弧形齿板的右端,主动齿轮的输入轴上设有电磁离合器,电磁离合器连接伞型齿轮组,伞型齿轮组的输出端为螺旋转轴,螺旋转轴上设有能上下滑动的移动座,移动座上固定连接纱窗固定槽,纱窗固定槽通过滑块滑动设置在导向槽中。本发明的优点有:结构简单、方便快捷、实用性强。

本发明属于车用配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车玻璃及纱窗升降器。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,车辆的普及程度也越来越高,在车辆的使用中,车窗经常需要开闭,以便于车辆内的通气和散热等,但车窗打开后也随之出现多种问题,如行驶或停靠中,恼人的蚊虫会随便进出,外部的砂石等不便于车辆行驶和停靠的物体也会没有阻拦,从而导致车辆内出现卫生、安全等问题。现在纱窗一般都是稳固嵌入安装在汽车车窗内沿,不可调节高低,实用性差。因此,对于上述问题的解决就尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单、方便快捷、实用性强的汽车玻璃及纱窗升降器。
为达上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种汽车玻璃及纱窗升降器,包含主动臂、副臂、定导轨、动导轨、弧形齿板和主动齿轮,所述主动臂一端固定有弧形齿板,所述弧形齿板与所述主动齿轮啮合,所述主动臂另一端通过滑块滑动设置在动导轨中,所述副臂与所述主动臂转动连接且所述副臂的一端通过滑块滑动设置在定导轨,所述副臂的另一端通过滑块滑动设置在所述动导轨中,其特征在于:所述弧形齿板两端分别设有逆向从动齿轮和顺向从动齿轮,所述逆向从动齿轮设置在所述弧形齿板的左端,所述顺向从动齿轮设置在所述弧形齿板的右端,所述主动齿轮的输入轴上设有电磁离合器,所述电磁离合器连接伞型齿轮组,所述伞型齿轮组的输出端为螺旋转轴,所述螺旋转轴上设有能上下滑动的移动座,所述移动座上固定连接纱窗固定槽,所述纱窗固定槽通过滑块滑动设置在导向槽中。
进一步的,所述逆向从动齿轮和顺向从动齿轮均为单向旋转齿轮。
进一步的,所述电磁离合器与控制器连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:玻璃达到上限位及下限位位置时,主动齿轮脱离弧形齿板,主动齿轮带动顺向从动齿轮或逆向从动齿轮转动,因此不会造成电机在下限位位置堵转的问题,减小了电机和齿板的损坏;另外在带动顺向从动齿轮或逆向从动齿轮转动时,可通过控制电磁离合器带动伞型齿轮组转动,从而移动座上下移动,使纱窗打开或关闭。

一种汽车玻璃及纱窗升降器,包含主动臂1、副臂2、定导轨3、动导轨4、弧形齿板5和主动齿轮6,主动臂1一端固定有弧形齿板5,弧形齿板5与主动齿轮6啮合,主动臂1另一端通过滑块滑动设置在动导轨4中,副臂2与主动臂1转动连接且所述副臂2的一端通过滑块滑动设置在定导轨3,副臂2的另一端通过滑块滑动设置在动导轨4中,其特征在于:弧形齿板5两端分别设有逆向从动齿轮7和顺向从动齿轮8,逆向从动齿轮7设置在弧形齿板5的左端,顺向从动齿轮8设置在弧形齿板5的右端,主动齿轮6的输入轴上设有电磁离合器9,电磁离合器9连接伞型齿轮组10,伞型齿轮组10的输出端为螺旋转轴11,螺旋转轴11上设有能上下滑动的移动座12,移动座12上固定连接纱窗固定槽13,纱窗固定槽13通过滑块滑动设置在导向槽14中。
逆向从动齿轮7和顺向从动齿轮8均为单向旋转齿轮。
电磁离合器9与控制器连接。
使用时,当主动齿轮6带动弧形齿板5往上转动时(即玻璃下行时),下行至下限位位置, 此时主动齿轮6啮合顺向从动齿轮8,如果电机继续输出功率,则主动齿轮6带动顺向从动齿轮8旋转,即主动臂1不继续转动,因此电机不会堵转,减小了电机和弧形齿板5的损坏,纱窗上行时,通过控制器控制电磁离合器9,使伞型齿轮组10运转,从而带动移动座12移动,最终实现纱窗的升起;当主动齿轮6带动弧形齿板5往下转动时(即玻璃上行时),因为顺向从动齿轮8只单向顺时针运转,所以顺向从动齿轮8不会逆时针转动,从而使主动齿轮6能够啮合弧形齿板5上行至上限位位置,此时主动齿轮6啮合逆向从动齿轮7,如果电机继续输出功率,则主动齿轮6带动逆向从动齿轮7旋转,即主动臂1不继续转动,因此电机不会堵转,减小了电机和弧形齿板5的损坏,纱窗下行时,通过控制器控制电磁离合器9,使伞型齿轮组10运转,从而带动移动座12移动,最终实现纱窗的降下。

1.一种汽车玻璃及纱窗升降器,包含主动臂(1)、副臂(2)、定导轨(3)、动导轨(4)、弧形齿板(5)和主动齿轮(6),所述主动臂(1)一端固定有弧形齿板(5),所述弧形齿板(5)与所述主动齿轮(6)啮合,所述主动臂(1)另一端通过滑块滑动设置在动导轨(4)中,所述副臂(2)与所述主动臂(1)转动连接且所述副臂(2)的一端通过滑块滑动设置在定导轨(3),所述副臂(2)的另一端通过滑块滑动设置在所述动导轨(4)中,其特征在于:所述弧形齿板(5)两端分别设有逆向从动齿轮(7)和顺向从动齿轮(8),所述逆向从动齿轮(7)设置在所述弧形齿板(5)的左端,所述顺向从动齿轮(8)设置在所述弧形齿板(5)的右端,所述主动齿轮(6)的输入轴上设有电磁离合器(9),所述电磁离合器(9)连接伞型齿轮组(10),所述伞型齿轮组(10)的输出端为螺旋转轴(11),所述螺旋转轴(11)上设有能上下滑动的移动座(12),所述移动座(12)上固定连接纱窗固定槽(13),所述纱窗固定槽(13)通过滑块滑动设置在导向槽(14)中,所述逆向从动齿轮(7)和顺向从动齿轮(8)均为单向旋转齿轮。
