本发明属于日化用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种复配表面活性剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
人类的进化史就是对抗细菌的历史,人类开始喝开水和吃熟食就是一种高温灭菌法,从此人类寿命得以延长,身体抵抗力增强,随着科技的发展人类使用上经过过滤和杀菌的自来水使人类身体更健康寿命更长。但是人类在进化,细菌也以更快的速度进化,青霉素等抗生素刚出现的时候杀菌率很高,随着细菌的进化,抗生素的杀菌率逐年降低,细菌的进化将严重的威胁到人类的健康。在科技发达的现代除了传统的杀菌消毒用品,又出现了众多新型的杀菌消毒产品!它们在造福人类的同时,由于受各种不同种类杀菌消毒剂的特质限制,无可避免的出现一些缺点,比如:杀菌种类单一、有残留、不环保、有毒害、对人体有刺激性、气味难闻、不稳定、易挥发、易燃易爆、受温度、使用条件限制等等。
基于现有消毒产品的优缺点,总结出了理想的杀菌消毒剂必须具备以下特质:
1、杀菌谱广,可杀灭各种微生物及病毒;
2、使用有效浓度低;
3、杀菌作用速度快、效率高;
4、对人体无刺激性,对细胞无毒害,可以直接使用于人体肌肤及伤口;
5、性能及状态稳定,保质期超长;
6、易溶于水;
7、PH值中性;
8、可在高温、常温、低温下使用;
9、有较好的清洁能力;
10、不易受各种物理化学因素影响;
11、对物品无腐蚀性;
12、无刺激气味,清透浅色或无色;
13、无毒性或低毒性,消毒后无残留毒害;
14、使用安全,不易燃烧;
15、易存储,运输方便;
16、价格适中,可大量生产供应。
目前市面上包括各种抗生素、银离子杀菌剂、各种化学消毒剂、各种生物消毒剂、各种杀菌剂,没有一种能够完全符合上述要求的!因此在使用中,只能根据被杀菌消毒物品性质、工作需要及杀菌消毒剂的性能来选择使用某种杀菌消毒剂。具备以上16种特质的杀菌消毒产品将是改善人类的生存环境,提高人们的生活质量,造福人类的产品,也是目前亟需研制的一种杀菌消毒产品。
发明内容
本发明提供一种复配表面活性剂及其制备方法。该复配表面活性剂是一种一种可以代替杀抑菌剂、消毒剂、防腐剂、抗生素的环保型复配表面活性剂。
本发明提出的技术方案为:
一种复配表面活性剂,按质量百分数计,其原料配比如下:去离子水20%-60%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂5%12%、聚乙二醇硬脂肪酸酯3%8%、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯3%8%、聚乙二醇油酸酯3%8%、甘油脂肪酸酯3%8%、椰油酰胺甲基MEA 3%8%、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚5%9%、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5%9%、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚5%9%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%9%。
一种复配表面活性剂及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,准备原料;
按质量百分数计,其原料配比如下:去离子水20%-60%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂5%12%、聚乙二醇硬脂肪酸酯3%8%、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯3%8%、聚乙二醇油酸酯3%8%、甘油脂肪酸酯3%8%、椰油酰胺甲基MEA3%8%、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚5%9%、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5%9%、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚5%9%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%9%。
第二步,将去离子水加热到60-80℃,依次加入其它各组分,并保持恒温状态,搅拌均匀,再用折光仪测定折光度和检测PH值,在测定PH值中性及折光度符合现行标准以后,即可得到金黄色油状外观的复配表面活性剂成品。
该复配表面活性剂杀菌抑菌的作用机制主要有:
1、改变细菌膜层的渗透性,使细菌破裂;
2、使蛋白质变性;
3、抑制细菌体内某些酶,使之失去活性;
4、因其有良好的表面活性,可高浓度聚集于菌体表面,影响细胞的繁殖;
通过上面的杀菌抑菌的作用机制,可以得知它的杀菌抑菌原理不同于常用的杀菌消毒剂及抗生素原理,即使是所谓的超级细菌也可以杀灭。
该复配表面活性剂是一种既有高效杀抑菌功能,还有很好的去污清洁能力,并且是安全环保的产品,它有以下特性:

2、其杀抑菌效率与浓度成正比,在高浓度的情况下可以瞬间杀灭各种细菌,即使与水稀释至1%的情况下对各种细菌也具有高效杀灭率;
3、安全环保,即使是直接接触原液也对人体肌肤无刺激性、不伤皮肤,对人体细胞无毒害,使用后无残留,可以直接使用于人体肌肤及创伤;

该复配表面活性剂由于具备以上特性,所以用途广泛不但可以直接做为杀菌消毒剂使用,还可以代替防腐剂添加到各种化妆品、洗涤用品中,甚至可以做为防腐剂、保鲜剂限量添加到食品中。也可以经过深度开发代替部分抗生素,用于医药造福人类。
本发明有如下优点:
本发明所采用的原料均来自生物油脂,无矿物油成分,特点是无毒性,安全环保可生物降解,其中汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂对各种球菌、各种杆菌等及真菌都有很好的杀灭作用,它属于两性表面活性剂,可用于所述复方里另外十种表面活性剂配合使用,起到协同作用,效果相互增强,杀菌全面。
本发明中各种成分及配比都经过了反复的大量实验,根据实验结果进行科学配比,以求达到外观、气味、PH中性、无刺激性、去污力、杀抑菌效率、成分的安全环保性等的尽量完美。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例一 一种多用途杀菌抑菌清洗剂,按质量百分数计,其原料配比如下:去离子水54%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂8%、聚乙二醇硬脂肪酸酯3%、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯3%、聚乙二醇油酸酯3%、甘油脂肪酸酯4%、椰油酰胺甲基MEA5%、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚5%、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%。
将去离子水加热到60-80℃,依次加入其它各组分,并保持恒温状态,搅拌均匀,再用折光仪测定折光度和检测PH值,在测定PH值中性及折光度符合要求以后,即可得到金黄色油状外观的多用途杀菌抑菌清洗剂成品。
本发明复配表面活性剂的应用场景:
1、用于衣物的杀菌消毒和清洗;
2、用于手足、人体肌肤的杀菌消毒和清洗;
3、作为化妆品的添加剂:表面活性剂、基础液、杀抑菌剂、防腐剂;
4、进一步开发可用于食品的添加剂:防腐剂、保鲜剂;
5、外用药:可用于各种细菌真菌微生物引起的皮肤问题,也可以用于创伤、
烧伤等杀菌消毒清洗处理;
6、对毒虫、蚊虫叮咬有很好的止痒及消肿的作用;
7、作为人体粘膜杀菌消毒剂使用;
8、代替抗生素:可以杀灭抗生素杀灭不了的超级细菌;
9、经过进一步开发可用于医药领域;
10、用于环境杀菌消毒;
11、用于医疗器械消毒;
12、有超强的去污能力及安全环保的特性,可以代替各种洗涤用品;
本发明复配表面活性剂的使用说明:
1、其杀抑菌效率与浓度成正比,在原液的情况下可以瞬间杀灭各种细菌,抑菌效果最好,浓度越高杀灭细菌的时间越短抑菌的效果也较好,随着浓度的降低,杀灭细菌的时间相应变长抑菌的效果也会减弱。在用于杀菌抑菌时,大家可以根据实际使用情况确定使用浓度及作用时间。
2、其洗涤力与浓度成正比,在原液的情况下洗涤力最好,浓度越高洗涤力越强,随着浓度的降低,洗涤力随之减弱。在用于清洗时,大家可以根据实际使用情况确定使用浓度。
3、其PH值中性;兼容性强,可以和各种酸性碱性液体搭配使用。

1.一种复配表面活性剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,按质量百分数计,其原料配比如下:去离子水20%-60%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂聚乙二醇硬脂肪酸酯聚乙二醇月桂酸酯聚乙二醇油酸酯甘油脂肪酸酯椰油酰胺甲基MEA脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复配表面活性剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,按质量百分数计,其原料配比如下:去离子水54%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂8%、聚乙二醇硬脂肪酸酯3%、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯3%、聚乙二醇油酸酯3%、甘油脂肪酸酯4%、椰油酰胺甲基MEA5%、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚5%、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%。
3.一种复配表面活性剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一步,准备原料;
按质量百分数计,其原料配比如下:去离子水20%-60%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂聚乙二醇硬脂肪酸酯聚乙二醇月桂酸酯聚乙二醇油酸酯甘油脂肪酸酯椰油酰胺甲基MEA脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚
第二步,将去离子水加热到60-80℃,依次加入其它各组分,并保持恒温状态,搅拌均匀,再用折光仪测定折光度和检测PH值,在测定PH值中性及折光度符合现行标准以后,即可得到金黄色油状外观的复配表面活性剂成品。
