技术领域
本发明涉及建筑结构技术领域,特别涉及一种钢板夹芯板及其加工方法。
背景技术
装饰面板采用硅酸钙板、水泥板等传统面材,存在抗老化性能差,抗溶冻性差,装饰板面起皮、起鼓,表面龟裂等问题。普通单材质金属板材幕墙或装饰板(如铝板幕墙、不锈钢幕墙)目前很难解决的表面不平整问题,从而大大影响美观,阻碍了其进一步的推广应用。传统胶合施工工艺在遇高温时交界面易发生爆裂,对于钢板复合板的施工需要创新的解决方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供的一种钢板夹芯板及其加工方法,具有装饰性强、耐久性好、强度高、安装方便、经济合理的特点,可用于建筑装饰、建筑围护及隔断及集装箱制造等领域。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种钢板夹芯板,其包括两侧外包钢复合板及其中间内填固体材料。
进一步,所述的钢复合板包括两侧外包的不锈钢板和中间的碳钢板。
又,所述的钢复合板为单层不锈钢板或单层不锈钢板与单层碳钢板复合。
优选的,所述的不锈钢板为铁素体不锈钢板、奥氏体不锈钢板;优选304L不锈钢板或316不锈钢板。
优选的,所述的钢复合板为单层彩涂钢板、单层镀锌钢板或单层镀铝钢板。
进一步,所述的镀锌钢板表面喷涂有氟碳涂层,或其他装饰涂层,形成各种纹理的装饰。
优选的,所述固体材料为高密度聚乙烯材料、发泡陶瓷材料等其他改性有机材料或轻质无机材料。
进一步,所述钢板夹芯板的背面贴保温材料,形成保温装饰一体板。
优选的,所述的保温材料为岩棉、聚氨酯、酚醛、聚苯乙烯或矿棉。
本发明所述的钢板夹芯板的加工方法,其特征是,所述钢复合板采用两侧外包不锈钢板与中间的碳钢板通过机械轧制压合,然后再在两钢复合板之间填充固体材料并粘结而成。
本发明的有益效果:
1、装饰面材使用钢板夹芯板取代硅酸钙板、水泥板等传统面材,系统性地解决了传统面材抗老化性能差,抗溶冻性差,装饰板面起皮、起鼓,表面龟裂等问题。
2、钢复合板创新的采用不锈钢+碳钢复合板,既保持不锈钢的耐蚀性和装饰性,又保持碳钢的强韧性、且调整范围大,可充分提高构件的安全性,减少不锈钢的使用量,减少铬、镍等消耗。制作方法采用轧制压合工艺,物理结合紧密,避免了粘结结合加工方法在遇高温时交界面的爆裂发生。
3、钢板夹芯板利用两外侧钢复合板与芯材形成组合作用,强度高,利用钢板夹芯板做幕墙或后粘贴保温材料形成的保温装饰一体板,创新的解决了普通单材质板材(如铝板幕墙、不锈钢幕墙)目前很难解决的表面不平整问题。

参见图1、图2,本发明的一种钢板夹芯板,其包括两侧外包钢复合板1、1’及其中间内填固体材料2。
进一步,所述的钢复合板1(以钢复合板1为例,下同)包括两侧外包的不锈钢板11、11’和中间的碳钢板12。
又,所述的钢复合板1为单层不锈钢板或单层不锈钢板与单层碳钢板复合。
优选的,所述的不锈钢板11为铁素体不锈钢板、奥氏体不锈钢板;优选304L不锈钢板或316不锈钢板。
优选的,所述的钢复合板1为单层彩涂钢板、单层镀锌钢板或单层镀铝钢板。
进一步,所述的镀锌钢板表面喷涂有氟碳涂层,或其他装饰涂层,形成各种纹理的装饰。
优选的,所述固体材料2为高密度聚乙烯材料、发泡陶瓷材料等其他改性有机材料或轻质无机材料。

4.如权利要求2或3所述的钢板夹芯板,其特征在于,所述的不锈钢板为铁素体不锈钢板、奥氏体不锈钢板;优选304L不锈钢板或316不锈钢板。
5.如权利要求1所述的钢板夹芯板,其特征在于,所述的钢复合板为单层彩涂钢板、单层镀锌钢板或单层镀铝钢板。
6.如权利要求5所述的钢板夹芯板,其特征在于,所述的镀锌钢板表面喷涂有氟碳涂层,形成各种纹理的装饰。
