本发明涉及热转印制备技术领域,具体为一种高速数码热升华转印介质。
背景技术
目前的转印方法在转印后的图文不清晰,色彩不是非常鲜艳,长时间使用后图文容易脱落,使用寿命短。
而且转印纸转印加工速度很慢,不适合高速规模化加工。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高速数码热升华转印介质,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高速数码热升华转印介质,包括基材和涂层,所述涂层涂布在基材表面,涂层组份按重量份数包括聚乙烯醇10-35份、聚乙二醇2-10份、氧化交联淀粉5-15份、氧化淀粉2-15份、预糊化淀粉6-15份、酯化淀粉2-15份、阴离子羧甲基淀粉2-15份、阳离子淀粉2-15份、聚阴离子纤维素5-20份、甲基纤维素2-20份、羟乙基纤维素2-20份、羟丙基甲基纤维素2-20份、微晶纤维素2-20份、聚丙烯酰胺4-20份、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺1-20份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺1-20份、聚丙烯酸酯2-20份,二氧化硅5-20份、高岭土4-20份、碳酸钙2-20份、无机纳米氧化铝2-20份、无机纳米氧化锆2-20份、消泡剂1-2份。
作为优化的,所述基材采用基纸或基膜。

本发明制备的介质具有较好的墨水吸收性能和导热性能,可以适应高速打印和转印。

一种高速数码热升华转印介质,包括基材和涂层,所述涂层涂布在基材表面,涂层组份按重量份数包括聚乙烯醇20份、聚乙二醇6份、氧化交联淀粉10份、氧化淀粉8份、预糊化淀粉10份、酯化淀粉8份、阴离子羧甲基淀粉8份、阳离子淀粉9份、聚阴离子纤维素13份、甲基纤维素11份、羟乙基纤维素11份、羟丙基甲基纤维素11份、微晶纤维素11份、聚丙烯酰胺12份、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺10份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺10份、聚丙烯酸酯11份,二氧化硅13份、高岭土12份、碳酸钙11份、无机纳米氧化铝11份、无机纳米氧化锆11份、消泡剂1.5份。
