本发明公开了一种发动机外漆损伤面修复方法,包括以下步骤:a.将驳口处表面进行打磨,且在打磨过程使用细雾状水流对打磨处进行清洗,再采用去离子水和有机溶剂对发动机外壳表面进行清洁处理,使发动机外壳表面的光滑、干净无尘、无锈、无油脂;b. 处理后的驳口进行增大表面粗糙度处理,以增强车门表面吸附能力;c. 在发动机外壳的喷涂部位预涂底漆,底漆采用硅橡胶预涂底漆,喷涂时采取外壳沿轴向旋转,并且同时进行喷涂的方式,使喷涂轨迹为圆环;d. 将喷涂有预涂底漆的发动机壳体置于室内,在室温下固化12h后喷涂隔热涂层。采用本发明能够有效提高涂层的稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及发动机制造领域,具体而言,是一种发动机外漆损伤面修复方法。
背景技术
目前,不论是运用于航天航空,还是汽车等运载器具,发动机必然会要承受高温高热。而为了提高发动机的耐热性能,多采用在发动机外表面喷涂隔热涂料、防静电底漆形成保护涂层,但现有的大多数工艺制作的涂层质量稳定性差,涂装效率低。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种发动机外漆损伤面修复方法,以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种发动机外漆损伤面修复方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.将驳口处表面进行打磨,且在打磨过程使用细雾状水流对打磨处进行清洗,再采用去离子水和有机溶剂对发动机外壳表面进行清洁处理,使发动机外壳表面的光滑、干净无尘、无锈、无油脂;
b. 处理后的驳口进行增大表面粗糙度处理,以增强车门表面吸附能力;
c. 在发动机外壳的喷涂部位预涂底漆,底漆采用硅橡胶预涂底漆,喷涂时采取外壳沿轴向旋转,并且同时进行喷涂的方式,使喷涂轨迹为圆环;
d. 将喷涂有预涂底漆的发动机壳体置于室内,在室温下固化12h后喷涂隔热涂层。
进一步地,所述底漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提高了外壳表面的吸附能力,加强了涂层的稳定性。

所述底漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm。

c. 在发动机外壳的喷涂部位预涂底漆,底漆采用硅橡胶预涂底漆,喷涂时采取外壳沿轴向旋转,并且同时进行喷涂的方式,使喷涂轨迹为圆环;
d. 将喷涂有预涂底漆的发动机壳体置于室内,在室温下固化12h后喷涂隔热涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发动机外漆损伤面修复方法,其特征在于,所述底漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm。
