本发明属于除草剂技术领域,具体涉及一种含唑啉草酯的除草组合物及其应用,用于防除非耕地杂草。
背景技术
非耕地杂草滋生影响城市美观,或成为某些病虫害的中间寄主或越冬场所,从而给城市绿化或农业生产带来一定危害。非耕地杂草草相复杂,禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草及莎草科杂草等多类杂草混生,使用单一品种除草剂不能完全解决非耕地草害问题,均会表现出某一方面的缺陷和局限性。
唑啉草酯是由先正达公司开发的新苯基吡唑啉类除草剂,其作用机理为乙酰辅酶A羧化酶抑制剂,可被杂草叶片吸收,然后传导至分生组织,造成脂肪酸合成受阻,使细胞生长分裂停止,细胞膜含脂结构被破坏,导致杂草死亡。唑啉草酯活性高、起效快,可用于防除禾本科杂草,对野燕麦、黑麦草、狗尾草、硬草、菵草、看麦娘、日本看麦娘、棒头草等禾本科杂草有良好的防效,尤其对恶性禾本科杂草野燕麦、黑麦草、硬草和菵草的防效优异。它可有效解决部分地区日本看麦娘和菵草对炔草酯耐药性上升的问题,延缓了杂草对炔草酯抗性的产生,且杀草速度比炔草酯更快。但其对双子叶杂草无效。
草铵膦是由德国赫斯特公司(拜耳)开发的膦酸类除草剂,是具有部分内吸作用的非选择性触杀除草剂。其作用机理是通过抑制谷氨酰胺的合成,使杂草体内铵代谢陷于紊乱,短时间内产生大量细胞毒剂铵离子并累积向下传导,使杂草根系中毒、腐烂,达到斩草除根的目的。杂草死亡后,铵离子随即进入土壤,能被作物全部吸收,相当于向农田中追施了一次速效氮肥。草铵膦主要登记于非耕地、茶园、木瓜园、香蕉园、柑橘园和蔬菜地等,对一年生和多年生禾本科及双子叶杂草防效好。
草铵膦具有安全快速、较长持效、除草施肥、专杀难治杂草等优点,被誉为全球仅次于草甘膦的最具发展前景、安全、环保的第二大转基因作物耐受除草剂,成为国外内关注的热点。特别是在百草枯水剂禁用后,草铵膦成为目前国内登记较多、投资最热门的一个除草剂。但草铵膦也存在如下缺点:对一些多年生耐性植物(如植株高大、木质化的恶性杂草)的防效较差;对大龄杂草的防除不彻底,大龄杂草容易死灰复燃。同时,由于草铵膦近些年的大量使用,不少杂草已对其产生了较明显的抗性,导致除草效果降低。
三氯吡氧乙酸是吡啶类内吸传导型除草剂,能迅速被叶和根吸收,并在植物体内传导。它作用于核酸代谢,使植物产生过量的核酸,使一些组织转变成分生组织,造成叶片、茎和根生长畸形,贮藏物质耗尽,维管束组织被栓塞或破裂,而使植株逐渐死亡。
三氯吡氧乙酸在全球范围内主要用于牧场、草原、草坪、林业、非耕地、工业场所、公路、铁路、机场、电缆下维护通道、油田及各种管道周边,防除非目标植物。在林业上,用于培育松树、林木改造、造林前除草灭灌、维护防火线等;非耕地、草原等防除恶性阔叶杂草、藤类杂草和杂木等。但其对禾本科和莎草科杂草无效。
由此可见,唑啉草酯、草铵膦和三氯吡氧乙酸单一使用时,均存在一定的缺陷和局限性。通过不同种类除草剂科学混配,筛选出合理的复配配方,提高对非耕地草害的实际防除效果,扩大除草谱,减少用药量,降低用药成本,减轻对环境的污染,延缓杂草抗药性的发展,省时省工,是农业上草害综合治理的重要手段.
但是,对除草剂进行混配时,若比例不适当,活性成分之间则可能发生拮抗作用,难以取得理想效果。目前,关于唑啉草酯、草铵膦和三氯吡氧乙酸三者复配的除草组合物及其应用目前尚无报道。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术中农药单剂单独使用时对非耕地杂草实际防除效果不理想、杂草易产生抗药性的问题,提供了一种含唑啉草酯的除草组合物及其应用,该除草组合物见效快、持效期长,相对于单剂,扩大了除草谱,提高了防除效果,减少了用药量,降低了用药成本,有利于延缓杂草抗药性的发展,丰富了非耕地除草剂品种的使用选择。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种含唑啉草酯的除草组合物,包含除草活性成分唑啉草酯、草铵膦和三氯吡氧乙酸,其中,唑啉草酯占所述除草组合物总重量的1~20%,草铵膦占所述除草组合物总重量的1~50%,三氯吡氧乙酸占所述除草组合物总重量的1~30%。
进一步,所述草铵膦的存在形式为草铵膦或草铵膦盐类化合物。
又进一步,所述的三氯吡氧乙酸存在形式为三氯吡氧乙酸、三氯吡氧乙酸酯类衍生物或三氯吡氧乙酸盐类化合物。
本发明提供一种含唑啉草酯的除草制剂,以所述的含唑啉草酯除草组合物与农药制剂中允许的助剂配制而成,其剂型为农药上允许的任意一种。
进一步,所述的农药制剂中允许的助剂选自溶剂、助溶剂、乳化剂、润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂、粘结剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、增效剂、稳定剂、消泡剂、载体油相、填料和水中的至少一种。
优选的,所述剂型为可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、微乳剂或可分散油悬浮剂。

进一步,所述可分散油悬浮剂,包含如下重量含量的组分:唑啉草酯1~20%,草铵膦1~50%,三氯吡氧乙酸1~30%,乳化剂10~25%,分散剂0~5%,增稠剂0.1~5%,稳定剂0~5%,载体油相补至100%。
本发明所述除草组合物可用于防除非耕地一年生和多年生杂草,包括但不限于禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草和莎草科杂草。
本发明所述除草组合物通常采用兑水叶面喷雾的施用方法,也可以根据需要采用农业上应用的其他使用技术。
本发明的含唑啉草酯的除草组合物中,含有唑啉草酯、草铵膦和三氯吡氧乙酸三种活性成分,唑啉草酯、草铵膦和三氯吡氧乙酸除草作用机理不同,根据其各自的特点,将三者进行了较深入的复配研究,发现三者在一定的混配比例范围内对杂草具有较显著的协同增效或加成作用,可以作为一种理想的非耕地除草剂,克服长期使用单一药剂,导致杂草抗药性发生的缺点,延长了药剂的使用寿命,有利于农业杂草的综合治理,弥补了现有非耕地除草剂在实际应用过程中存在的不足,增加了非耕地除草剂品种的使用选择。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1)本发明以唑啉草酯、草铵膦和三氯吡氧乙酸为除草活性成分复配成三元复合物,三者在一定配比范围内联合表现出较明显的协同增效作用,其除草效果比单剂有了明显提高,降低了施药剂量,从而降低了用药成本,也减少了对生态环境的不利影响。
2)利用本发明,施药后15天和30天的平均株防效和鲜重防效都在90%以上,均显著高于三种对照药剂单独使用时的防效,提高了药效,药效发挥迅速,持效期延长。
3)本发明的除草组合物,相对于单剂,扩大了除草谱,一次用药即可解决大多数杂草问题,弥补了单剂使用时的缺陷和局限性,延缓杂草抗药性的发展,省时省工。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明中,所述溶剂为甲苯、二甲苯、100号溶剂油、150号溶剂油、180号溶剂油和200号溶剂油中的一种或任意几种任意比例的混合物。
所述助溶剂为环己酮、正丁醇、异丙醇、甲醇、乙醇、N,N-二甲基癸酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰、DMF,DBE和NMP中的一种或任意几种任意比例的混合物。
所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、特殊苯乙基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段聚合物、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段聚合物和EO-PO嵌段共聚物中的一种或任意几种任意比例的混合物。
所述润湿剂为烷基萘磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、磺酸盐、茶皂素和皂角粉中的一种或任意几种任意比例的混合物。
所述分散剂为磷酸酯类、硫酸酯类、木质素及其衍生物磺酸盐、萘和烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐、聚羧酸盐、EO-PO嵌段共聚物、对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠和三聚磷酸钠中的一种或任意几种任意比例的混合物。
所述崩解剂为硫酸钠、硫酸铵、氯化钠、氯化钙、尿素和固体弱酸弱碱缓冲体系中的一种或任意几种任意比例的混合物。
所述固体弱酸弱碱缓冲体系为由柠檬酸与碳酸盐、柠檬酸与碳酸氢盐或为硫酸铵与碳酸氢盐组成的缓冲体系。
所述粘结剂为羧甲基纤维素、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、麦芽糊精、可溶性淀粉、葡萄糖、乳糖和蔗糖中的一种或任意几种任意比例的混合物。
所述防冻剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、尿素、氯化钠和聚乙二醇中的一种或任意几种任意比例的混合物;所述增稠剂为有机膨润土、硅酸镁铝、黄原胶和白炭黑中的一种或任意几种任意比例的混合物。
所述防腐剂为苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、BIT20和凯松中的一种或任意几种任意比例的混合物。
所述增效剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、烷氧基改性聚三硅氧烷、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸盐、烷基芳基醚基邻苯二甲酸甘油酯、烷氧基化脂肪胺、烷基二苯醚二磺酸盐、烷基多糖、烷基醇醚硫酸盐、无机盐、氮酮和885增效助剂(除草剂专用型)中的一种或任意几种任意比例的混合物。
所述稳定剂为环氧大豆油、环氧氯丙烷、尿素、轻质碳酸钙、有机酸、有机碱、无机盐和水中的一种或任意几种任意比例的混合物。
所述消泡剂为有机硅类、高级醇类、丙二醇嵌段聚醚类和矿物油类消泡剂中的一种或任意几种任意比例的混合物。
所述载体油相为油酸甲酯、大豆油、玉米油、花生油、菜籽油、蓖麻油、棕榈油、甲酯化植物油、甲苯、二甲苯、100号溶剂油、150号溶剂油、180号溶剂油、200号溶剂油和环己酮中的一种或任意几种任意比例的混合物。
所述填料为高岭土、硅藻土、凹凸棒土、膨润土、轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、海泡石、白炭黑、多糖类和无机盐类中的一种或任意几种任意比例的混合物。
实施例1(64%唑啉草酯·草铵膦铵盐·三氯吡氧乙酸可湿性粉剂)
配方组成:唑啉草酯4%,草铵膦铵盐40%,三氯吡氧乙酸20%,拉开粉BX 3%,烷基萘磺酸盐Morwet D-425 2.5%,扩散剂NNO 5%,885增效助剂(除草剂专用型)10%,白炭黑5%,高岭土补至100%。
将上述配方组分按比例加入反应釜搅拌混合均匀,经气流粉碎后即制得64%唑啉草酯·草铵膦铵盐·三氯吡氧乙酸可湿性粉剂。
实施例2(35%唑啉草酯·草铵膦·三氯吡氧乙酸水分散粒剂)
配方组成:唑啉草酯4%,草铵膦30%,三氯吡氧乙酸3%,十二烷基硫酸钠1.5%,聚羧酸盐SP-2836 2.5%,烷基萘磺酸盐YUS-207K 2.5%,三聚磷酸钠4%,硫酸铵8%,乳糖1.5%,烷氧基改性聚三硅氧烷Silwet PD5%,硅藻土补至100%。
将上述配方组分按比例加入反应釜搅拌混合均匀,经干法粉碎、造粒、干燥和筛分即得35%唑啉草酯·草铵膦·三氯吡氧乙酸水分散粒剂。
实施例3(22.5%唑啉草酯·草铵膦·三氯吡氧乙酸丁氧基乙酯水乳剂)
配方组成:唑啉草酯1.5%,草铵膦10%,三氯吡氧乙酸丁氧基乙酯10%,150号溶剂油10%,环己酮3%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚OP-10 5%,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚BY-125 1%,磷酸酯类分散剂Dispersogen LFS 1.5%,乙二醇5%,硅酸镁铝0.3%,黄原胶0.1%,苯甲酸钠0.1%,柠檬酸0.2%,有机硅消泡剂SAG 1522 0.3%,水补至100%。
所述水乳剂的制备方法如下:
1)油相的制备:将唑啉草酯、三氯吡氧乙酸丁氧基乙酯原药、150号溶剂油、环己酮、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚OP-10、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚BY-125和磷酸酯类分散剂DispersogenLFS按比例加入反应釜搅拌混合均匀制得油相。
2)水相的制备:将草铵膦原药、乙二醇、苯甲酸钠、柠檬酸和水按比例加入反应釜搅拌混合均匀制得水相。
3)向油相中缓慢加入水相,剪切混合均匀后,再加入硅酸镁铝、黄原胶水溶液和有机硅消泡剂SAG 1522,继续剪切混合均匀,经检测、分装,即得到22.5%唑啉草酯·草铵膦·三氯吡氧乙酸丁氧基乙酯水乳剂。
实施例4(33%唑啉草酯·草铵膦异丙胺盐·三氯吡氧乙酸三乙胺盐微乳剂)
配方组成:唑啉草酯5%,草铵膦异丙胺盐18%,三氯吡氧乙酸三乙胺盐10%,环己酮8%,甲醇5%,异丙醇3%,十二烷基苯磺酸铵盐6%,苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚603 10%,顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸盐4%,草酸0.05%,水补至100%。
所述微乳剂的制备方法如下:
1)油相的制备:将唑啉草酯原药、环己酮、甲醇、异丙醇、十二烷基苯磺酸铵盐、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚603和顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸盐按比例加入反应釜搅拌混合均匀制得油相。
2)水相的制备:将草铵膦异丙胺盐、三氯吡氧乙酸三乙胺盐、草酸和水按比例加入反应釜搅拌混合均匀制得水相。
3)向油相中缓慢加入水相,剪切混合均匀后,经检测、分装,即得到33%唑啉草酯·草铵膦异丙胺盐·三氯吡氧乙酸三乙胺盐微乳剂。
实施例5(29%唑啉草酯·草铵膦·三氯吡氧乙酸丁氧基乙酯可分散油悬浮剂)
配方组成:唑啉草酯4%,草铵膦20%,三氯吡氧乙酸丁氧基乙酯5%,十二烷基苯磺酸钙5%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚OP-10 6%,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚BY-110 4%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯NP-10P 2%,有机膨润土0.8%,环己酮6%,油酸甲酯补至100%。
所述可分散油悬浮剂的制备方法如下:
1)将乳化剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钙、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚OP-10和蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚BY-110)和分散剂(烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯NP-10P)按照配方比例加入到装有定量载体油相(环己酮和油酸甲酯)的反应釜中,打开搅拌装置搅拌至物料混合均匀;
2)向步骤1)的混合物中,依次加入唑啉草酯和三氯吡氧乙酸丁氧基乙酯原药,继续搅拌至溶解混合均匀;
3)向步骤2)获得的混合物中,依次加入草铵膦原药、增稠剂(有机膨润土),继续搅拌至混合均匀;
4)将步骤3)中混合好的物料转至卧式砂磨机进行砂磨(砂磨时物料温度尽量不超过40℃),物料砂磨后粒径控制范围:D98≤5μm;
5)将砂磨结束的物料转至中转釜,搅拌混合均匀,经检测、分装,即得到29%唑啉草酯·草铵膦·三氯吡氧乙酸丁氧基乙酯可分散油悬浮剂。
实施例6室内生物活性测定
1.1试验靶标
稗草Echinochloa crus-galli(L.)P.Beauv.(田间收集种子保存);
苘麻Abutilon theophrasti Medic.(田间收集种子保存)。
1.2供试药剂
95%唑啉草酯原药(市售,简称A)、95%草铵膦原药(市售,简称B)、99%三氯吡氧乙酸原药(市售,简称C)。
1.3仪器设备
可控制日光温室;电子天平(感量0.1mg);精密移液枪一套100-1000μL,20-100μL,1-20μL;Potter喷雾塔;烧杯、量筒和塑料盆钵若干。
1.4试验设计
1.4.1试验土壤
试验采用有机质含量≤3%、pH值中性、通透性良好的农田表层土,自然风干、过筛,定量装至盆钵4/5处。
1.4.2试材处理
将供试种子先用40℃温水浸种,然后用深色纱布遮光,放在铺有海绵的培养皿中,用水湿润进行催芽,等种子露白后播种。试验土壤定量装至盆的4/5处,然后从盆底部浇灌,使土壤完全湿润至饱和状态。将预处理的供试杂草种子均匀定量撒播于土壤,覆土1.0cm,移入温室培养。杂草出苗后间苗定株,稗草约12株/盆,苘麻10株/盆,约待杂草长至2~4叶期用Potter喷雾塔进行茎叶喷雾处理。
1.5试验步骤
1.5.1药剂配制
将唑啉草酯原药分别配制成20g.a.i./hm2、40g.a.i./hm2两个浓度梯度的溶液。
将草铵膦原药分别配制成300g.a.i./hm2、600g.a.i./hm2两个浓度梯度的溶液。
将三氯吡氧乙酸原药分别配制成200g.a.i./hm2、300g.a.i./hm2两个浓度梯度的溶液。
将A、B和C各梯度的溶液分别取10mL两两组合成8个配比备用。
1.5.2药剂处理
标定好Potter喷雾塔的喷雾压力(15磅/平方英寸)、校正好喷液量,按照试验设计的浓度梯度从低剂量到高剂量进行喷雾处理,每个处理4次重复,并设空白对照,每盆处理量为2mL药液,处理后移入可控温室培养。
1.6调查方法
处理后定期观察记载杂草的生长状态,描述杂草受害症状,处理后14d生长抑制法调查法调查记录除草活性,记录杂草鲜重。
1.7数据统计与分析
1.7.1绝对值调查法
根据调查数据,按公式计算各处理的实际存活率,单位为百分率(%)。
实际存活率E(%)=(处理区杂草鲜重-对照区杂草鲜重)*100
1.7.2Colby法
以A、B、C三种药剂混用为例,按上述比例混用的理论存活率按公式计算:
E0=A*B*C/100(n-1)
式中A、B、C分别代表三种单剂的实际存活率,n为混配除草剂品种数量。
E0-E>10%为增效作用;E0-E<-10%为拮抗作用;E0-E值介于±10%为加成作用。
1.8试验结果及讨论
表1为唑啉草酯、草铵膦和三氯吡氧乙酸混配对稗草的联合作用测定结果。由表1可知,唑啉草酯、草铵膦和三氯吡氧乙酸三元复配各处理的E0-E(%)基本上都大于10%,说明三者复配对稗草有协同增效作用。
表2为唑啉草酯、草铵膦和三氯吡氧乙酸混配对苘麻的联合作用测定结果。由表2可知,唑啉草酯、草铵膦和三氯吡氧乙酸三元复配各处理的E0-E(%)均大于10%,说明三者复配对苘麻有协同增效作用。

实施例7田间药效试验实施例
使用实施例1~5制备的除草组合物防除非耕地一年生和多年生杂草,分别调查施药后15天和30天的株防效和鲜重防效,调查结果与对照药剂5%唑啉草酯乳油(市售)、200g/L草铵膦水剂(市售)、45%三氯吡氧乙酸丁氧基乙酯乳油(市售)比较,结果见表3~6。
非耕地试验田杂草以马唐、酸模叶蓼、鳢肠、繁缕为主。试验小区随机排列,每个小区面积为25平方米,每个处理重复4次。
药效计算方法如下:
株防效(%)=(对照区杂草株数-处理区杂草株数)/对照区杂草株数×100;
鲜重防效(%)=(对照区鲜重-处理区鲜重)/对照区鲜重×100。
通过表3~6可以看出,本发明实施例除草组合物对非耕地杂草具有良好的防除效果,施药后15天和30天的平均株防效和鲜重防效都在90%以上,均显著高于三种对照药剂单独使用时的防效,唑啉草酯、草铵膦和三氯吡氧乙酸复配使用显著地扩大了药剂的除草谱,提高了药剂的除草活性,降低了药剂的使用量。
Claims (11)
1.一种含唑啉草酯的除草组合物,包含除草活性成分唑啉草酯、草铵膦和三氯吡氧乙酸,其中,唑啉草酯占所述除草组合物总重量的1~20%,草铵膦占所述除草组合物总重量的1~50%,三氯吡氧乙酸占所述除草组合物总重量的1~30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含唑啉草酯的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述草铵膦的存在形式为草铵膦或草铵膦盐类化合物;所述的三氯吡氧乙酸存在形式为三氯吡氧乙酸、三氯吡氧乙酸酯类衍生物或三氯吡氧乙酸盐类化合物。
3.一种含唑啉草酯的除草制剂,由权利要求1-3任一项所述的含唑啉草酯除草组合物与农药制剂中允许的助剂配制而成,其剂型为农药上允许的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含唑啉草酯的除草制剂,其特征在于,所述的助剂选自溶剂、助溶剂、乳化剂、润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂、粘结剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、增效剂、稳定剂、消泡剂、载体油相、填料和水中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的含唑啉草酯的除草制剂,其特征在于,所述剂型为可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、微乳剂或可分散油悬浮剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的含唑啉草酯的除草制剂,其特征在于,所述可湿性粉剂包含如下重量含量的组分:唑啉草酯1~20%,草铵膦1~50%,三氯吡氧乙酸1~30%,润湿剂1~5%,分散剂1~15%,增效剂0~20%,稳定剂0~5%,填料补至100%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的含唑啉草酯的除草制剂,其特征在于,所述水分散粒剂包含如下重量含量的组分:唑啉草酯1~20%,草铵膦1~50%,三氯吡氧乙酸1~30%,润湿剂1~5%,分散剂1~15%,崩解剂1~20%,粘结剂0~5%,增效剂0~20%,稳定剂0~5%,消泡剂0~5%,填料补至100%。
8.根据权利要求5所述的含唑啉草酯的除草制剂,其特征在于,所述水乳剂包含如下重量含量的组分:唑啉草酯1~20%,草铵膦1~50%,三氯吡氧乙酸1~30%,溶剂1~20%,助溶剂0~10%,乳化剂1~15%,分散剂0~5%,防冻剂1~8%,增稠剂0~5%,防腐剂0~1%,消泡剂0.1~2%,增效剂0~20%,稳定剂0~5%,水补至100%。
9.根据权利要求5所述的含唑啉草酯的除草制剂,其特征在于,所述微乳剂包含如下重量含量的组分:唑啉草酯1~20%,草铵膦1~50%,三氯吡氧乙酸1~30%,溶剂1~20%,助溶剂0~10%,乳化剂1~30%,稳定剂0~5%,水补至100%。
10.根据权利要求5所述的含唑啉草酯的除草制剂,其特征在于,所述可分散油悬浮剂包含如下重量含量的组分:唑啉草酯1~20%,草铵膦1~50%,三氯吡氧乙酸1~30%,乳化剂10~25%,分散剂0~5%,增稠剂0.1~5%,稳定剂0~5%,载体油相补至100%。
11.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的除草组合物在防除非耕地一年生和多年生杂草中的应用。
