本发明公开了一种防伸缩的装饰板，包括装饰板本体，所述装饰板本体由木纤维、竹纤维和PVC材料高温聚合而成，所述装饰板本体两端设有凸起的拼接凸缘，所述装饰板本体两侧开设有对应所述拼接凸缘设置的拼接卡槽，所述拼接卡槽内侧槽面上贴附入橡胶垫和橡胶颗粒，所述橡胶颗粒设于所述橡胶垫内侧，所述拼接凸缘和所述橡胶垫外侧还包裹有锡纸层。通过上述方式，本发明能够防止装饰板之间由于热胀冷缩的原因伸缩挤压造成破损的情况发生，装饰板在伸缩时会被橡胶垫和橡胶颗粒吸收部分张力，避免相互挤压形变，并且装饰板本体边缘还包裹锡纸层来防火。

防伸缩的装饰板
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰板领域，特别是涉及一种防伸缩的装饰板。
背景技术
装饰板是是一种人造板材。它是用多种专用纸张经过化学处理后，用高温高压胶合剂制成的热固性层积塑料，板面具有各种木纹或图案，光亮平整，色泽鲜艳美观，同时具有较高的耐磨、耐热、耐寒、防火等良好的物理性能。许多高级房舍的墙壁、屋顶，制作讲究的柜、橱、桌、床，精密仪器的工作台，实验室的实验台、电视机、收音机以及其它广播电讯设备的外壳，大都采用这种新型的装饰板。但传统的装饰板伸缩性较差，在暴晒或者极寒天气下容易由于热胀冷缩拱起，造成板材损坏，降低了装饰板的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防伸缩的装饰板，能够防止装饰板之间由于热胀冷缩的原因伸缩挤压造成破损的情况发生，装饰板在伸缩时会被橡胶垫和橡胶颗粒吸收部分张力。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种防伸缩的装饰板，包括装饰板本体，所述装饰板本体由木纤维、竹纤维和PVC材料高温聚合而成，所述装饰板本体两端设有凸起的拼接凸缘，所述装饰板本体两侧开设有对应所述拼接凸缘设置的拼接卡槽，所述拼接卡槽内侧槽面上贴附入橡胶垫和橡胶颗粒，所述橡胶颗粒设于所述橡胶垫内侧，所述拼接凸缘和所述橡胶垫外侧还包裹有锡纸层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述拼接凸缘与所述拼接卡槽对应设置，所述装饰板本体之间通过所述拼接凸缘卡入所述拼接卡槽内而相互拼接。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明能够防止装饰板之间由于热胀冷缩的原因伸缩挤压造成破损的情况发生，装饰板在伸缩时会被橡胶垫和橡胶颗粒吸收部分张力，避免相互挤压形变，并且装饰板本体边缘还包裹锡纸层来防火。

一种防伸缩的装饰板，包括装饰板本体1，所述装饰板本体1由木纤维、竹纤维和PVC材料高温聚合而成，所述装饰板本体1两端设有凸起的拼接凸缘2，所述装饰板本体1两侧开设有对应所述拼接凸缘2设置的拼接卡槽3，所述拼接卡槽3内侧槽面上贴附入橡胶垫4和橡胶颗粒5，所述橡胶颗粒5设于所述橡胶垫4内侧，所述拼接凸缘2和所述橡胶垫4外侧还包裹有锡纸层。
另外，所述拼接凸缘2与所述拼接卡槽3对应设置，所述装饰板本体1之间通过所述拼接凸缘2卡入所述拼接卡槽3内而相互拼接。
本发明的工作原理为装饰板本体1由木纤维、竹纤维和PVC材料高温聚合而成，装饰板本体1两端设有凸起的拼接凸缘2，装饰板本体1两侧开设有对应拼接凸缘2设置的拼接卡槽3，拼接凸缘2与拼接卡槽3对应设置，装饰板本体1之间通过拼接凸缘2卡入拼接卡槽3内而相互拼接，拼接卡槽3内侧槽面上贴附入橡胶垫4和橡胶颗粒5，橡胶颗粒5设于橡胶垫4内侧，拼接凸缘2和橡胶垫4外侧还包裹有锡纸层，装饰板本体1能够防止装饰板之间由于热胀冷缩的原因伸缩挤压造成破损的情况发生，装饰板在伸缩时会被橡胶垫4和橡胶颗粒5吸收部分张力，避免相互挤压形变，并且装饰板本体1边缘还包裹锡纸层来防火。

1.一种防伸缩的装饰板，包括装饰板本体，其特征在于，所述装饰板本体由木纤维、竹纤维和PVC材料高温聚合而成，所述装饰板本体两端设有凸起的拼接凸缘，所述装饰板本体两侧开设有对应所述拼接凸缘设置的拼接卡槽，所述拼接卡槽内侧槽面上贴附入橡胶垫和橡胶颗粒，所述橡胶颗粒设于所述橡胶垫内侧，所述拼接凸缘和所述橡胶垫外侧还包裹有锡纸层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防伸缩的装饰板，其特征在于，所述拼接凸缘与所述拼接卡槽对应设置，所述装饰板本体之间通过所述拼接凸缘卡入所述拼接卡槽内而相互拼接。
