本发明公开了覆塑铝合金模板,包括PP高分子改性材料面板、聚氨酯热熔粘合剂涂层、铝合金模板;所述铝合金模板上表面涂刷有聚氨酯热熔粘合剂涂层、聚氨酯热熔粘合剂涂层表面粘黏有PP高分子改性材料面板。本发明提供覆塑铝合金模板,此铝合金模板表面涂刷一层聚氨酯热熔粘合剂涂层,经过加热后,将PP高分子改性材料面板粘黏在聚氨酯热熔粘合剂涂层表面,通过加压与铝合金模板牢固的粘黏在一起,形成一个整体,形成完整的覆塑铝合金模板;铝合金模板表面覆塑后,与混凝土形成隔离层,阻隔混凝土与铝合金的化学反应,不沾灰,脱模效果明显,混凝土建筑表面平整光滑。

技术领域
本发明涉及铝合金模板,具体涉及覆塑铝合金模板。
背景技术
在建筑工程施工中,因国家倡导的绿色施工,低碳施工,促成了铝合金模板企业应运而生,替代了传统木模板的使用,实现了建筑产业化的需求;铝合金模板的广泛应用,存在一个很大的问题,使所有的铝合金模板企业陷入了困境;因混凝土中的水泥掺水后,产生了强碱化合物,强碱化合物与铝合金表面接触后,产生了化学反应,拆模时,模板会粘黏混凝土,导致混泥土建筑表面不平整,需二次粉刷,观感较差,铝合金模板沾灰严重,二次使用需投入大量人工清洗模板表面附着的混凝土,还需刷脱模剂,投入成本较高。
发明内容
本发明提供覆塑铝合金模板,此铝合金模板表面涂刷一层聚氨酯热熔粘合剂涂层,经过加热后,将PP高分子改性材料面板粘黏在聚氨酯热熔粘合剂涂层表面,通过加压与铝合金模板牢固的粘黏在一起,形成一个整体,形成完整的覆塑铝合金模板;铝合金模板表面覆塑后,与混凝土形成隔离层,阻隔混凝土与铝合金的化学反应,不沾灰,脱模效果明显,混凝土建筑表面平整光滑。
本发明采取的技术方案如下:覆塑铝合金模板,包括PP高分子改性材料面板、聚氨酯热熔粘合剂涂层、铝合金模板;所述铝合金模板上表面涂刷有聚氨酯热熔粘合剂涂层、聚氨酯热熔粘合剂涂层表面粘黏有PP高分子改性材料面板。

如图1所示,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
覆塑铝合金模板,包括PP高分子改性材料面板1、聚氨酯热熔粘合剂涂层2、铝合金模板3;所述铝合金模板3上表面涂刷有聚氨酯热熔粘合剂涂层2、聚氨酯热熔粘合剂涂层2表面粘黏有PP高分子改性材料面板1。
本发明提供覆塑铝合金模板,此铝合金模板表面涂刷一层聚氨酯热熔粘合剂涂层,经过加热后,将PP高分子改性材料面板粘黏在聚氨酯热熔粘合剂涂层表面,通过加压与铝合金模板牢固的粘黏在一起,形成一个整体,形成完整的覆塑铝合金模板;铝合金模板表面覆塑后,与混凝土形成隔离层,阻隔混凝土与铝合金的化学反应,不沾灰,脱模效果明显,混凝土建筑表面平整光滑,可省去了二次刷灰工作,节约了刷灰用的人工、材料、机械等费用,降低工程成本。
铝合金模板覆塑后,模板将不再使用脱模剂,节省了刷脱模剂的人工和脱模剂的费用,同时更加环保。
使用了覆塑铝合金模板后,增加了模板的使用次数,减少了模板清灰的处理费用,降低后期模板的保养成本。

1.覆塑铝合金模板,其特征在于,包括PP高分子改性材料面板(1)、聚氨酯热熔粘合剂涂层(2)、铝合金模板(3);所述铝合金模板(3)上表面涂刷有聚氨酯热熔粘合剂涂层(2)、聚氨酯热熔粘合剂涂层(2)表面粘黏有PP高分子改性材料面板(1)。
