Abstract
本发明提供了一种水上漂浮电缆,其具有防油、防水,耐候、耐腐蚀、耐弯折、高柔性、能承受较大的机械外力且可以克服自重而浮于水面的特点。其包括由外向内依次排列的外护套、内护套,所述内护套的内腔内设置有若干根电源线,所述外护套的材质为发泡热塑性弹性体TPE材料,每根所述电源线均包括外层的绝缘层和内层的导体,所述绝缘层的材质为聚氯乙烯材料,所述导体由多股精绞无氧细裸铜丝导体制成,其保证了芯线的柔软性。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆结构的技术领域,具体为一种水上漂浮电缆。
背景技术
随着海洋资源的开发越来越广泛,越来越深入,水面探测等设备被越来越多的使用。如何保证水面设备的动力及信号的稳定传输也越来越重要。传统电缆因为密度大、耐腐蚀性能差并不适合海面设备使用。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种水上漂浮电缆,其具有防油、防水,耐候、耐腐蚀、耐弯折、高柔性、能承受较大的机械外力且可以克服自重而浮于水面的特点。
一种水上漂浮电缆,其特征在于:其包括由外向内依次排列的外护套、内护套,所述内护套的内腔内设置有若干根电源线,所述外护套的材质为发泡热塑性弹性体TPE材料,每根所述电源线均包括外层的绝缘层和内层的导体,所述绝缘层的材质为聚氯乙烯材料,所述导体由多股精绞无氧细裸铜丝导体制成,其保证了芯线的柔软性。
其进一步特征在于:所述内护套的内腔内设置有两根所述电源线,两根所述电源线被包覆于所述内护套的内腔内;
所述内护套的材质为发泡热塑性弹性体TPE材料,其保证了整个电缆的整体密度低于水的密度,确保电缆漂浮于水上。
采用本发明的结构后,由于外护套的材质为发泡热塑性弹性体TPE材料,其用于降低整个电缆的密度,确保电缆可以漂浮于水上,且由于外护套的材质为发泡热塑性弹性体TPE材料、绝缘层的材质为聚氯乙烯材料,所述导体由多股精绞无氧细裸铜丝导体制成,其使得电缆具备防油、防水,耐候、耐腐蚀、耐弯折、高柔性、能承受较大的机械外力且可以克服自重而浮于水面的特点。

具体实施方式
一种水上漂浮电缆,见图1:其包括由外向内依次排列的外护套1、内护套2,内护套2的内腔内设置有若干根电源线3,外护套1的材质为发泡热塑性弹性体TPE材料,每根电源线3均包括外层的绝缘层4和内层的导体5,绝缘层4的材质为聚氯乙烯材料,导体5由多股精绞无氧细裸铜丝导体制成,其保证了芯线的柔软性;
具体实施例:内护套2的内腔内设置有两根电源线3,两根电源线3被包覆于内护套2的内腔内;
内护套2的材质为发泡热塑性弹性体TPE材料,其保证了整个电缆的整体密度低于水的密度,确保电缆漂浮于水上。

1.一种水上漂浮电缆,其特征在于:其包括由外向内依次排列的外护套、内护套,所述内护套的内腔内设置有若干根电源线,所述外护套的材质为发泡热塑性弹性体TPE材料,每根所述电源线均包括外层的绝缘层和内层的导体,所述绝缘层的材质为聚氯乙烯材料,所述导体由多股精绞无氧细裸铜丝导体制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种水上漂浮电缆,其特征在于:所述内护套的内腔内设置有两根所述电源线,两根所述电源线被包覆于所述内护套的内腔内。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种水上漂浮电缆,其特征在于:所述内护套的材质为发泡热塑性弹性体TPE材料。
