背景技术
控制电缆的作用是传输非电力用操控或传输操控信号控制某些设备仪器。控制电缆的出现解决了传输信号弱、信号干扰、信号失真等问题,设备仪器能够按照指示正常运转。 
目前,普通的控制电缆不能用于酸、碱、油等及高温场合,电缆经过长期经过酸、碱、油、高温等的腐蚀,电缆从护套到绝缘被逐渐腐蚀,造成电缆破损直至更换。 
此外,缆芯容易受到外界的挤压导致断芯现象的发生。

耐腐蚀抗挤压型控制电缆,包括有多根控制线芯,其特征在于:所述的多根控制线芯外均经挤塑成型有硅橡胶绝缘层构成绝缘线芯,绝缘线芯平行挤塑于弹性层中,弹性层外绕包有氟塑料发泡层,氟塑料发泡层外绕包有绕包聚酯带内层,再编织一层镀锡铜丝作为屏蔽层,屏蔽层外挤塑成型有氟橡胶护套层。 
所述的耐腐蚀抗挤压型控制电缆,其特征在于:所述的屏蔽层中,聚酯带内层的绕包搭盖率不小于24%,编织的铜丝的密度不小于86%。

屏蔽层5中,聚酯带内层5-1的绕包搭盖率不小于24%,编织的铜丝的密度不小于86%。

1.一种耐腐蚀抗挤压型控制电缆,包括有多根控制线芯,其特征在于:所述的多根控制线芯外均经挤塑成型有硅橡胶绝缘层构成绝缘线芯,绝缘线芯平行挤塑于弹性层中,弹性层外绕包有氟塑料发泡层,氟塑料发泡层外绕包有绕包聚酯带内层,再编织一层镀锡铜丝作为屏蔽层,屏蔽层外挤塑成型有氟橡胶护套层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀抗挤压型控制电缆,其特征在于:所述的屏蔽层中,聚酯带内层的绕包搭盖率不小于24%,编织的铜丝的密度不小于86%。
