Abstract

本发明公开了一种机动车夜间会车防眩目系统。特征是机动车的车前灯前面依次安装有偏振器,扭曲型向列相液晶光阀,偏振器,光阀由驱动器控制。在机动车的前视窗后面依次安装扭曲型向列相液晶光阀,偏振器,光阀由驱动器控制。驱动器输出具有相同的频率及占空比的脉冲信号,该信号能在360度范围内移相,通过调节相位来调节透过光的强度。本发明具有调制方便,灵敏度高,响应时间快的优点。

Description

机动车夜间会车防眩目系统
本发明涉及车辆制动控制系统或其部件,尤其涉及机动车夜间会车防眩目系统。
我国目前常见的汽车防眩目装置主要有以下几类:
(1)机械防眩,采用百页板,遮光板等设备,用机械的方法来传动及控制,以调节车灯的强度,缺点在于设备较为笨重并且容易出现故障。
(2)电致变色防眩,采用电致变色器件,通过电控双重注入电子和离子进行可逆色变以达到防眩的目的。缺点在于电致变色的响应时间过长。
本发明的目的是提供一种高灵敏度、快速响应、可靠性好的机动车夜间会车防眩目系统。
为了达到上述目的本发明采取下列措施:
机动车夜间会车防眩目系统分两部分,第一部分具有在机动车的车前灯前面依次安装的偏振器,扭曲型向列相液晶光阀、偏振器以及驱动器,由驱动器提供的相位调节的脉冲信号驱动液晶光阀,而液晶光阀及相互正交的偏振片控制从车灯输出的光的偏振状态;第二部分具有在机动车的前视窗后面依次安装的扭曲型向列相液晶光阀、偏振器以及驱动器;偏振器的偏振方向与偏振器相互正交,而驱动器提供给液晶光阀相位调节的脉冲信号,采用调节驱动器的相位钮,使之输出的脉冲信号的相位与会车时对方车上驱动器的脉冲信号相位完全错开,通过光阀的调节作用,以达到机动车会车防眩的目的。
本发明的优点是:调制方便,灵敏度高,响应时间快,具有很高的实用价值。
下面结合附图作详细说明。

机动车夜间会车防眩目系统分两部分,第一部分具有在机动车的车前灯1前面依次安装的偏振器2,扭曲型向列相液晶光阀3、偏振器4以及驱动器5,由驱动器5提供的相位调节的脉冲信号驱动液晶光阀3,而液晶光阀及相互正交的偏振片控制从车灯1输出的光的偏振状态;第二部分具有在机动车的前视窗后面依次安装的扭曲型向列相液晶光阀6、偏振器7以及驱动器8;偏振器7的偏振方向与偏振器4相互正交,而驱动器8提供给液晶光阀5相位调节的脉冲信号,采用调节驱动器8的相位钮,使之输出的脉冲信号的相位与会车时对方车上驱动器5的脉冲信号相位完全错开,通过光阀的调节作用,以达到机动车会车防眩的目的。
扭曲型向列相液晶光阀具有二块基板9,在二块基板上依次镀有透明导电膜10,液晶定向膜11,用5微米的玻璃微珠12将二块镀有透明导电膜和液晶定向膜的基板隔开,在玻璃微珠中注入沿面排列并扭曲90度的向列液晶13。此光阀的作用是在没有外加电压时,能使入射光的偏振化方向旋转90度,而在外加电压作用时,则保持偏振化方向不变。
驱动器5、8电路采用CMOS石英晶体振荡电路,CMOS电路分频网络得到一个频率稳定的脉冲信号,该脉冲信号的移相环节受控于A/D调节电路,使得脉冲信号能在360度范围内移相,共分8档,每档移动45度,调节相位钮,即能相位调节;该脉冲信号经脉冲展宽处理电路后与自2KHZ脉冲振荡电路送来的高频信号相加于相加电路,最后驱动器输出一个含高频脉冲的低频开关信号。
当夜间会车时,车灯1发出的光经过起偏器2后成为线偏振光,任何一方的司机可以调节车上驱动器8的相位钮,直至其输出脉冲信号的相位与对方车上驱动器5的脉冲相位完全错开。此时,当对方机动车车灯前的光阀3在有电压作用时,光阀不改变偏振方向,这样,偏振光就不能透过后面的检偏器4;当对方的光阀3上没有电压作用时,光阀改变偏振光方向使之扭曲90度,经过检偏器4后成为与检偏器方向一致的线偏振光,再经过司机的前视光阀6与偏振器7,此时光阀6上正好有电压作用,偏振光方向不变,而此方向又于偏振器7的方向垂直,因而对方的光也能被挡掉。同时,在调制的过程中,司机都能够清晰地看到自己车灯发出的光线。这样,就能较好地达到夜间会车时防眩的目的。

Claims (3)

1.一种机动车夜间会车防眩目系统,其特征在于系统分两部分,第一部分具有在机动车的车前灯[1]前面依次安装的偏振器[2],扭曲型向列相液晶光阀[3]、偏振器[4]以及驱动器[5],由驱动器[5]提供的相位调节的脉冲信号驱动液晶光阀[3],而液晶光阀及相互正交的偏振片控制从车灯[1]输出的光的偏振状态;第二部分具有在机动车的前视窗后面依次安装的扭曲型向列相液晶光阀[6]、偏振器[7]以及驱动器[8];偏振器[7]的偏振方向与偏振器[4]相互正交,而驱动器[8]提供给液晶光阀[5]相位调节的脉冲信号,采用调节驱动器[8]的相位钮,使之输出的脉冲信号的相位与会车时对方车上驱动器[5]的脉冲信号相位完全错开,通过光阀的调节作用,以达到机动车会车防眩的目的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种机动车夜间会车防眩目系统,其特征在于所说的扭曲型向列相液晶光阀具有二块基板[9]在二块基板上依次镀有透明导电膜[10],液晶定向膜[11],用5微米的玻璃微珠[12]将二块镀有透明导电膜和液晶定向膜的基板隔开,在玻璃微珠中注入沿面排列并扭曲90度的向列液晶[13]。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种机动车夜间会车防眩目系统,其特征在于所说驱动器[5]、[8]电路采用CMOS石英晶体振荡电路,CMOS电路分频网络得到一个频率稳定的脉冲信号,该脉冲信号的移相环节受控于A/D调节电路,使得脉冲信号能在360度范围内移相,共分8档,每档移动45度,调节相位钮,即能相位调节;该脉冲信号经脉冲展宽处理电路后与自2KHZ脉冲振荡电路送来的高频信号相加于相加电路,最后驱动器输出一个含高频脉冲的低频开关信号。
