Abstract

瓶类的安全封盖
本发明涉及瓶类的安全封盖。
尽管现有的这类封盖具有多方面的优点，但有一个至今未获解决的公认缺点。
事实上，某人在未经许可打开瓶后，他可以耐心而巧妙地重新装好安全条而使之恢复原位，从而使后来的购买者误认为该瓶从未启封。
本发明所要解决的问题是，设计一种其结构和功能特征可专门解决上述问题的封盖。
基于本发明的瓶类的安全封盖包括：一倾倒件；一圆柱形套筒，该套筒有一用来固持该倾倒件的内凸缘；一帽；一在帽与倾倒件之间的螺纹连接用来旋上和旋下帽；一安全带，该安全带包括一通过一薄弱线连接到帽上的环条；圆柱形套筒上做有外齿，而环条上做有在首次旋下该帽时抵靠该齿的相对内齿，其特征在于，该安全带至少分成两部分，外齿形成在圆柱形套筒中的一斜肩界定的一凹座上。
本发明封盖的主要优点在于，由于安全带无法重新装上，人们一眼就可看出瓶子是否已未经许可被打开。本发明封盖的另一个优点是结构简单，而这对于大规模生产的产品来说是最重要优点之一。
从下述结合附图对本发明一非限制性的优选实施例的说明中可清楚看出本发明封盖的进一步特征和优点。附图中：
图1为本发明封盖的局部剖面图，其中的一些零件分开；
图2为图1封盖的一剖面图；
图3为沿图2中Ⅲ-Ⅲ线剖取的剖面图，表示出图2封盖的细节；
图4为图1封盖在另一工作状态下的视图。
参看各附图，标号1表示一用于未画出的一瓶的安全封盖，该瓶特别可用来盛装名贵酒类。
封盖1包括倾倒件2、圆柱形套筒3、帽4和安全带5，它们沿轴线X-X同轴地连接在一起。
倾倒件2内部有一防止重新灌装瓶的密封阀6，它还包括一外凸缘7和外螺纹8。
圆柱形套筒3的顶端9上有一与凸缘7搭接的内凸缘10和由一斜肩3a形成的外凹座。圆柱形套筒3有一环形内唇12和若干轴向突起13，它们分别与瓶上的一凹槽和若干槽道啮合，从而使该套筒紧固在瓶上而无法相对瓶作轴向移动和转动。
套筒3转而依靠搭接在凸缘7上的凸缘10。而在轴向上把倾倒件2固定在瓶上。凸缘7与凸缘10之间靠它们正面上的齿14连接而使倾倒体2无法相对圆柱形套筒3转动，从而也就无法相对瓶转动。
帽4外表面上有滚花15，内表面上有螺纹16，该螺纹16与外螺纹8形成螺纹连接17，从而可按需要把该帽旋到倾斜件上或从其上旋下。
特别是，帽4包括一内帽18和一套在内帽18上的外帽19。
其上有内螺纹16的内帽18与其上有外部滚花15的外帽19之间有连接装置20把内帽和外帽连接在一起。
特别是，该连接装置包括内帽外表面上的套圈21和外帽内表面上的环形突起22，它们上下扣接而形成连接23，从而在轴向上把内帽和外帽紧固在一起。
为了把内帽和外帽固定成无法相对转动，内帽外表面上的轴向齿槽24与外帽内表面上的轴向齿槽25形成齿槽连接16。
齿槽24和25分别有尖形的引入端24a和25a，从而在装配时可按预定的角节距把外帽引导到内帽上。
应该注意，内帽18通过一薄弱线27连接到圆柱形套筒3上，该薄弱线在内帽和套筒模制成一体后用刀刻出。
安全带5用一环条28制成，它通过一薄弱线29与外帽18连接。
环条28大致装在凹座11中并与斜肩3a大致接靠。
环条28通过两个在直径上对置的切口32分成两个结构上独立的相同的半圆形部分30和31。
薄弱线29和两切口32在外帽与环条模制成一体后用刀刻出。
圆柱形套筒3的凹座11上制有许多外齿33，在所示实施例中为24个点。环条28内表面上制有许多点34，在所示实施例中为12个点，它们在首次旋下该帽时可与齿33抵靠。
装配时齿33和相对的齿34以与齿槽连接26的齿槽24和25的预定连接节距对应的预定节距互相交叉插入。
齿33和相对的齿34的横截面为分别具有表面33a和34a的锯齿形。从旋下该帽的方向来看，齿33的表面33a以角A向后倾斜，而相对的齿34的表面34a以角B向前倾斜。
斜角A和B的角度选定为5°-25°，在所示实施例中为15°。
本发明封盖用其各零件装配成可单独处置的一部件而装到一瓶上。
当首次旋下帽4时，首先内帽与圆柱形套筒之间的薄弱线27被撕开，然后继续旋下帽4直到相对的齿34面对面抵靠齿37。这样圆柱形套筒阻止进一步转动环条28。若继续用力旋下帽4，薄弱29即被撕开。此时，环条28脱离外帽19而裂成它所分成的两部分30和31。这两部分因其重量而沿斜肩3a滑下。它们永远离开其初始位置，由于重力再也无法复位。
由于两相对齿的两表面倾斜，因此可防止发生下述两种情况，一种情况是：薄弱线未撕开且齿搭接相对的齿时环条所分成的两部分30和31沿径向被外推；另一种情况是：薄弱线撕开但齿紧紧抵住相对齿时这两部分30和31沿径向被向里拉。
齿和相对齿两表面的预定斜角同时确保两薄弱线都可被撕开，环条的两部分可脱离。
本发明封盖的主要优点在于，由于安全带无法重新装上，人们一眼就可看出瓶子是否已未经许可被打开。
本发明封盖的另一个优点是结构简单，而这对于大规模生产的产品来说是最重要优点之一。
当然，本技术领域的专家可在后附权利要求书限定的本发明保护范围内按具体或一时的需要对本发明封盖作出种种修改。

Claims (9)

1．一种瓶类的安全封盖(1)，包括：
一倾倒件(2)；
一圆柱形套筒(3)，该套筒有一用来固持该倾倒件(2)的内凸缘(10)；
一帽(4)；
一在帽(4)与倾倒件(2)之间的螺纹连接(17)用来旋上和旋
下帽(4)；
一安全带(5)，该安全带(5)包括一通过一薄弱线(29)连接到帽(4)上的环条(28)；
圆柱形套筒(3)上做有外齿(33)，而环条(28)上做有在首次旋下该帽时抵靠该齿(33)的相对内齿(34)；
其特征在于，
该安全带(5)至少分成两部分(30、31)；
齿(33)形成在圆柱形套筒(3)中的一斜肩(3a)界定的一凹座(11)上。
2．按权利要求1所述的封盖，其特征在于，齿(33)和相对的齿(34)具有带有各自表面(33a，34a)的锯齿形横截面，从该帽旋下的方向来说，该齿(33)的表面(33a)向后倾斜，而该相对的齿(34)的表面(34a)向前倾斜。
3．按权利要求2所述的封盖，其特征在于，齿(33)和相对的齿(34)的表面(33a，34a)以预定角度倾斜，该角度选定为5°-25°。
4．按权利要求1所述的封盖，其特征在于，帽(4)包括一内帽(18)和一套在该内帽(18)上的外帽(19)，环条(28)通过薄弱线(29)连接到外帽(19)上。
5．按权利要求4所述的封盖，其特征在于，内帽(18)通过一薄弱线(27)连接到圆柱形套筒(3)上。
