Abstract
本发明涉及一种化妆品用铁红球形颜料及其制备方法,涉及精细化工材料技术领域,以平均粒径D50为1μm~100μm的SiO2球形基材作为颜料基材,在所述SiO2球形基材的表面至少包覆有SnO2、Fe2O3金属氧化物涂层;其中,SnO2涂层直接包裹在所述SiO2球形基材表面,其方法为先将基材投入离子水中,制成悬浮液,将SnCl4·5H2O溶液、FeCl3溶液依次加入悬浮液中,当悬浮液的颜色达到设定色相时,继续恒温搅拌,然后将悬浮液过滤、干燥、煅烧,与现有技术相比,本发明制备方法简单,制备得的产品其涂层不易脱落,具有优良的肤感、柔光和哑光效果以及视觉淡化的效果,且其吸油量较低。

技术领域
本发明属于精细化工材料领域,具体涉及一种化妆品用铁红球形颜料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,在市场上销售的珠光颜料大多为片状结构,片状珠光颜料能够依靠光线在颜料片中不同氧化物层中的折射、反射、投射来创造不同色相与光泽。市场上的片状珠光颜料大多采用不同粒径范围的云母片作为基材,该基片的表面包覆的Fe2O3大多呈岛状分布,因肤感较差,吸油量偏大,从而使其在化妆品中的应用受到限制。
采用湿化学方法在球形基材的表面交替分层包覆多种氧化物制备的球形功能颜料,是无机氧化物,经由高温煅烧,效果长久,耐压性和流动性较好,令彩色的球形功能颜料色彩饱和度高,色相稳定。目前,现有的球形功能颜料,一般都是在球形基材上直接包覆Fe2O3,这样的包覆形式,在扫描电子显微镜下观察到包覆层会如鸡蛋壳一样从球形基材上脱落下来。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种包覆层不易脱落、包覆均匀且吸油量低的化妆品用铁红球形颜料及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
以平均粒径D50为1μm~100μm的SiO2球形基材作为颜料基材,在所述SiO2球形基材的表面至少包覆有SnO2、Fe2O3金属氧化物涂层;其中, SnO2涂层直接包裹在所述SiO2球形基材表面。
上述技术方案中,更具体的方案还可以是:所述金属氧化物涂层的包覆率≤30%,所述SnO2涂层的包覆率≤2%。
进一步的:所述SiO2球形基材表面上依次包覆的涂层为A或B或C或D中的一种;其中A为SnO2、Fe2O3;B为SnO2、Fe2O3、Al2O3;C为SnO2、Fe2O3、SiO2;D为SnO2、Fe2O3、Al2O3、SiO2。
上述颜料其制备步骤如下:
a.将平均粒径D50为1μm~100μm的SiO2球形基材投入去离子水中,制成第Ⅰ悬浮液;
b.在搅拌条件下依次将SnCl4·5H2O溶液、FeCl3溶液加入到步骤A制得的悬浮液中,得到第Ⅱ悬浮液,其中,SnCl4·5H2O溶液反应结束后,再加FeCl3溶液;
c.在搅拌条件下,先将占SiO2球形基材质量0%~5%的AlCl3加入第Ⅱ悬浮液,然后再加入占SiO2球形基材质量0%~10%的二甲基硅油或硅酸钠或偶联剂中的一种,并控制其pH值保持恒定,得到第Ⅲ悬浮液;
d.将第Ⅲ悬浮液过滤、干燥、煅烧。
上述技术方案中,更具体的方案还可以是:所述a步骤中使用的去离子水的导电率不高于20μS/cm。
进一步的:b步骤所述SnCl4·5H2O溶液、FeCl3溶液的具体加入方法如下:

Ⅰ.将第Ⅰ悬浮液升温至65℃~80℃,并将所述第Ⅰ悬浮液的pH值调节至1.5,然后在恒温搅拌下加入占SiO2球形基材质量≤2%的SnCl4,当SnCl4溶液添加结束后,继续恒温搅拌15min~30min;
Ⅱ.将经过Ⅰ步骤处理后的悬浮液升温至75℃~80℃,并将该悬浮液的pH值调节至3.1~3.2,然后在恒温搅拌下加入FeCl3溶液直至所述悬浮液的颜色变为红色,在加料过程中保持pH值在3.1~3.2范围内;当所述FeCl3溶液添加结束后,继续恒温搅拌15min~30min。
本发明所述的包覆率是指包覆在基材上的氧化物的质量占基材质量的百分比。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明得到的有益效果是:
1.由于本发明的球形基材上在包覆Fe2O3金属氧化物涂层前,先包覆一层SnO2,可以防止包覆层脱落,使涂层均匀包覆在基材外。
2. 本发明由于采用平均粒径D50为1μm~100μm的球形基材作为颜料基材,并在基材的表面包覆一层或多层金属氧化物,并使其包覆率≤30%,从而得到的红色球形功能颜料具有优良的肤感、柔光和哑光效果以及视觉淡化的效果,且其吸油量较低。
3.本发明将去离子水导电率限定为小于20μS/cm,可以有效的降低对金属氧化物水解过程的影响。

具体实施方式
为了更好的说明本发明,以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,而本发明的保护范围并非仅仅局限于以下实施例。
实施例1:
橙红色球形功能颜料(未包覆锡层)的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A.称取70g经预处理后的平均粒径为5μm的实心球形二氧化硅作为基材,投入到容积为2L的反应釜中,加入800ml导电率为15μS/cm的去离子水,搅拌形成均匀的悬浮液;
B.将经过A步骤处理后的悬浮液加热至78℃,用20%氢氧化钠调节悬浮液的pH值至3.1,然后在恒温搅拌下加入0.8mol/L FeCl3溶液直至所述悬浮液的颜色变为橙红色,在加料过程中用20%氢氧化钠来恒定pH值;
C.在步骤B结束后,恒温搅拌0.5h,然后将悬浮液抽滤、洗涤,在105℃下干燥后在760℃下煅烧3min,由此制得橙红色球形颜料。
该方法制得的橙红色球形颜料,在扫描电子显微镜下观察到包覆层会如鸡蛋壳一样从球形基材上脱落下来,如图1所示。

A.称取70g经预处理后的平均粒径为5μm的实心球形二氧化硅作为基材,投入到容积为2L的反应釜中,加入导电率为15μS/cm800ml的去离子水,搅拌形成均匀的悬浮液;
B.将经过A步骤处理后的悬浮液加热至65℃,用10wt%稀盐酸调节悬浮液的pH值至1.5,然后在恒温搅拌下缓慢滴加0.5%(wt)SnCl4·5H2O 50ml,在加料过程中滴加20%氢氧化钠来保持pH值恒定;当所述SnCl4·5H2O溶液添加结束后,继续保持恒温搅拌0.5h;
C.将经过B步骤处理后的悬浮液加热至78℃,用20%氢氧化钠调节悬浮液的pH值至3.1,然后在恒温搅拌下加入0.8mol/L FeCl3溶液直至所述悬浮液的颜色变为橙红色,在加料过程中用20%氢氧化钠来保持pH值恒定;
D.在步骤C结束后,恒温搅拌0.5h,然后将悬浮液抽滤、洗涤,在105℃下干燥后在760℃下煅烧3min。
本实施例制得的颜料,是以实心球形SiO2作为基材,该基材表面覆盖的涂层依次为SnO2层、Fe2O3层, SnO2涂层的包覆率为0.5%;Fe2O3涂层的包覆率为17.4%;如图2所示,在扫描电子显微镜下观察,颜料颗粒呈球状,微球表面粒子包覆均匀,无脱落现象。
实施例3:
紫红色球形功能颜料(包覆锡层)的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A.称取70g经预处理后的平均粒径为10μm的实心球形二氧化硅作为基材,投入到容积为2L的反应釜中,加入800ml导电率为20μS/cm的去离子水,搅拌形成均匀的悬浮液;
B.将经过A步骤处理后的悬浮液加热至65℃,用10wt%稀盐酸调节悬浮液的pH值至1.5,然后在恒温搅拌下缓慢滴加0.5%(wt)SnCl4·5H2O 50ml,在加料过程中用20%氢氧化钠来保持pH值恒定;当SnCl4·5H2O溶液添加结束后,继续保持恒温搅拌0.5h;
C.将经过B步骤处理后的悬浮液加热至78℃,用20%氢氧化钠调节悬浮液的pH值至3.1,然后在恒温搅拌下加入0.8mol/L FeCl3溶液直至所述悬浮液的颜色变为紫红色,在加料过程中用20%氢氧化钠来保持pH值恒定;
D.在C步骤结束后,继续用20%氢氧化钠将悬浮液pH值调节至5.5,然后在恒温搅拌条件下加入30mL浓度为0.5mol/L的AlCl3溶液,在加料过程中用20%氢氧化钠来保持pH值恒定;当所述溶液添加结束后,继续恒温搅拌20~30 min;
E.在步骤D结束后,恒温搅拌0.5h,然后将悬浮液抽滤、洗涤,在105℃下干燥后在760℃下煅烧3min。
本实施例制得的颜料,是以实心球形SiO2作为基材,该基材表面覆盖的涂层依次为SnO2层、Fe2O3层和Al2O3层, SnO2涂层的包覆率为0.5%;Fe2O3涂层的包覆率为14.5%;Al2O3涂层的包覆率为0.9%。
实施例4:
橙红色球形功能颜料(包覆锡层)的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A.称取70g经预处理后的平均粒径为15μm的实心球形二氧化硅作为基材,投入到容积为2L的反应釜中,加入800ml导电率为18μS/cm的去离子水,搅拌形成均匀的悬浮液;
B.将经过A步骤处理后的悬浮液加热至65℃,用10wt%稀盐酸调节悬浮液的pH值至1.5,然后在恒温搅拌下缓慢滴加0.5%(wt)SnCl4·5H2O 50ml,在加料过程中滴加20%氢氧化钠来保持pH值恒定;当所述SnCl4·5H2O溶液添加结束后,继续保持恒温搅拌0.5h;
C.将经过B步骤处理后的悬浮液加热至78℃,用20%氢氧化钠调节悬浮液的pH值至3.1,然后在恒温搅拌下加入0.8mol/L FeCl3溶液直至所述悬浮液的颜色变为橙红色,在加料过程中用20%氢氧化钠来保持pH值恒定;
D、将经过C步骤处理后的悬浮液升温至85℃,用20%氢氧化钠将悬浮液pH值调节至8.2,然后在恒温搅拌条件下加入30mL浓度为0.5mol/L的Na2SiO3溶液,在加料过程中用10wt%稀盐酸来保持pH值恒定;当所述溶液添加结束后,继续恒温搅拌20~30 min;
E.在步骤D结束后,恒温搅拌0.5h,然后将悬浮液抽滤、洗涤,在105℃下干燥后在760℃下煅烧3min。
本实施例制得的颜料,是以实心球形SiO2作为基材,该基材表面覆盖的涂层依次为SnO2层、Fe2O3层和SiO2层, SnO2涂层的包覆率为0.5%;Fe2O3涂层的包覆率为13.2%;SiO2涂层的包覆率为1.8%。
实施例5:
紫红色球形功能颜料(包覆锡层)的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A.称取70g经预处理后的平均粒径为30μm的空心球形二氧化硅作为基材,投入到容积为2L的反应釜中,加入800ml去离子水,搅拌形成均匀的悬浮液;
B.将经过A步骤处理后的悬浮液加热至65℃,用10wt%稀盐酸调节悬浮液的pH值至1.5,然后在恒温搅拌下缓慢滴加0.5%(wt)SnCl4·5H2O 50ml,在加料过程中用20%氢氧化钠来保持pH值恒定;当SnCl4·5H2O溶液添加结束后,继续保持恒温搅拌0.5h;
C.将经过B步骤处理后的悬浮液加热至78℃,用20%氢氧化钠调节悬浮液的pH值至3.1,然后在恒温搅拌下加入0.8mol/L FeCl3溶液直至所述悬浮液的颜色变为紫红色,在加料过程中用20%氢氧化钠来保持pH值恒定;
D.在C步骤结束后,继续用20%氢氧化钠将悬浮液pH值调节至5.5,然后在恒温搅拌条件下加入30mL浓度为0.5mol/L的AlCl3溶液,在加料过程中用20%氢氧化钠来保持pH值恒定;当所述溶液添加结束后,继续恒温搅拌20~30 min;
E、将经过D步骤处理后的悬浮液升温至85℃,用20%氢氧化钠将悬浮液pH值调节至8.2,然后在恒温搅拌条件下加入30mL浓度为0.5mol/L的Na2SiO3溶液,在加料过程中用10wt%稀盐酸来保持pH值恒定;当所述溶液添加结束后,继续恒温搅拌20~30 min;
F.在步骤E结束后,恒温搅拌0.5h,然后将悬浮液抽滤、洗涤,在105℃下干燥后在760℃下煅烧3min。
本实施例制得的颜料,是以实心球形SiO2作为基材,该基材表面覆盖的涂层依次为SnO2层、Fe2O3层、Al2O3层和SiO2层, SnO2涂层的包覆率为0.5%;Fe2O3涂层的包覆率为18.3%;Al2O3涂层的包覆率为0.9%;SiO2涂层的包覆率为1.8%。
实施例6:
橙红色球形功能颜料(包覆锡层)的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A.称取70g经预处理后的平均粒径为50μm的实心球形二氧化硅作为基材,投入到容积为2L的反应釜中,加入800ml去离子水,搅拌形成均匀的悬浮液;
B.将经过A步骤处理后的悬浮液加热至65℃,用10wt%稀盐酸调节悬浮液的pH值至1.5,然后在恒温搅拌下缓慢滴加0.5%(wt)SnCl4·5H2O 50ml,在加料过程中滴加20%氢氧化钠来保持pH值恒定;当所述SnCl4·5H2O溶液添加结束后,继续保持恒温搅拌0.5h;
C.将经过B步骤处理后的悬浮液加热至78℃,用20%氢氧化钠调节悬浮液的pH值至3.1,然后在恒温搅拌下加入0.8mol/L FeCl3溶液直至所述悬浮液的颜色变为橙红色,在加料过程中用20%氢氧化钠来保持pH值恒定;
D.在C步骤结束后,用20%氢氧化钠将悬浮液pH值调节至7,然后在恒温搅拌条件下加入30ml甲基硅油,并控制其pH值保持恒定;
E.在步骤D结束后,恒温搅拌0.5h,然后将悬浮液抽滤、洗涤,在105℃下干燥后在760℃下煅烧3min。
本实施例制得的颜料,是以实心球形SiO2作为基材,该基材表面覆盖的涂层依次为SnO2层、Fe2O3层和SiO2层, SnO2涂层的包覆率为0.5%;Fe2O3涂层的包覆率为12.3% ,SiO2涂层的包覆率为1.8%。
检测结果
吸油量的检测:
准确称取试样1.0~1.5g,精确至0.0001g,至于平板上,用胶头滴管滴加精制亚麻油,每次加样不得超过10滴,加完后用调刀压研,使油渗入受试样品,继续以此速度滴加至油和试样形成团块为止。从此时起,每加一滴后需用调刀充分研磨,当形成稠度均匀的膏状物,恰好不裂不碎,又能粘附在平板上时,即为终点。
吸油量以每100g产品所需油质量表示,计算方式如下:
m%= M/m * 100%
式中:M -表示亚麻油的用量,g;
m-试样的质量,g。
吸油量的检测结果(如下表1):
从上述表1可以看出,该红色球形功能颜料吸油量较低,适用于化妆品领域。
Claims (6)
1.一种化妆品用铁红球形颜料,其特征在于:以平均粒径D50为1μm~100μm的SiO2球形基材作为颜料基材,在所述SiO2球形基材的表面至少包覆有SnO2、Fe2O3金属氧化物涂层;其中, SnO2涂层直接包裹在所述SiO2球形基材表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品用铁红球形颜料,其特征在于:所述金属氧化物涂层的包覆率≤30%,所述SnO2涂层的包覆率≤2%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的化妆品用铁红球形颜料,其特征在于:所述SiO2球形基材表面上依次包覆的涂层为A或B或C或D中的一种;其中A为SnO2、Fe2O3;B为SnO2、Fe2O3、Al2O3;C为SnO2、Fe2O3、SiO2;D为SnO2、Fe2O3、Al2O3、SiO2。
4.一种化妆品用铁红球形颜料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a.将平均粒径D50为1μm~100μm的SiO2球形基材投入去离子水中,制成第Ⅰ悬浮液;
b.在搅拌条件下依次将SnCl4·5H2O溶液、FeCl3溶液加入到第Ⅰ悬浮液中,得到第Ⅱ悬浮液,其中,SnCl4·5H2O溶液反应结束后,再加FeCl3溶液;
c.在搅拌条件下,先将占SiO2球形基材质量0%~5%的AlCl3加入第Ⅱ悬浮液,然后再加入占SiO2球形基材质量0%~10%的二甲基硅油或硅酸钠或偶联剂中的一种,并控制其pH值保持恒定,得到第Ⅲ悬浮液;
d.将第Ⅲ悬浮液过滤、干燥、煅烧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的化妆品用铁红球形颜料的制备方法,其特征在于: a步骤中使用的去离子水的导电率不高于20μS/cm。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的化妆品用铁红球形颜料的制备方法,其特征在于:
b步骤所述SnCl4·5H2O溶液、FeCl3溶液的具体加入方法如下:
Ⅰ.将第Ⅰ悬浮液升温至65℃~80℃,并将所述第Ⅰ悬浮液的pH值调节至1.5,然后在恒温搅拌下加入占SiO2球形基材质量≤2%的SnCl4,当SnCl4添加结束后,继续恒温搅拌15min~30min;
Ⅱ.将经过Ⅰ步骤处理后的悬浮液升温至75℃~80℃,并将该悬浮液的pH值调节至3.1~3.2,然后在恒温搅拌下加入FeCl3溶液直至所述悬浮液的颜色变为红色,在加料过程中保持pH值在3.1~3.2范围内;当所述FeCl3溶液添加结束后,继续恒温搅拌15min~30min。
