Abstract
本发明属于金属加工润滑技术领域,具体是一种环境友好型全合成水基铜拉丝液及其制备方法。由下列重量百分比的成分组成:水30‑61%、多元醇酯10‑20%、聚丙二醇8‑16%、醇胺10‑20%、多元羧酸3‑8%、非离子型表面活性剂3‑10%、阳离子型水基沉降剂1‑2%、低碳酸3‑6%、铜缓蚀剂1‑2%。与当前广泛使用的铜拉丝乳化液相比,本发明的铜拉丝液具有十分优优异的抗氧化、抗腐败的性能,加上其突出的沉降性,使铜拉丝液长期保持稳定、清洁,大幅度廷长铜拉丝液的使用寿命,同时简化了铜拉丝液的废液排放处理,对环境友好。

本发明属于金属加工润滑技术领域,具体是一种环境友好型全合成水基铜拉丝液及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国自上世纪八十年代改革开放以来,电子、建筑、家电、汽车等行业发展迅猛,对铜丝的需求量大幅增长,铜丝的生产企业也迅速扩大,传统的铜拉丝工艺用冷却润滑剂主要是铜拉丝乳化液,近年来也部份使用半合成型铜拉丝微乳液,但由于半合成微乳液成本相对较高,加上废液处理较乳化液还要复杂,所以铜拉丝生产厂仍然大量使用铜拉丝乳化液。铜拉丝乳化液的基本组成为矿物油、植物油、磺酸钠防锈剂、磺化油乳化剂、铜缓蚀剂等组成。这类乳化油主要依靠植物油的优越润滑性能满足铜拉丝工艺要求,但存在以下缺点:1、植物油如普通使用的大豆油、菜子油等抗氧化性能很差,容易氧化变质,导致乳化液的使用寿命短;2、乳化液的乳化稳定性差,在拉丝过程中,由于受局部温度过高压力过大的影响,乳化液容易破乳,导致乳化液使用寿命短,消耗量大;3、传统的铜拉丝乳化油大多采用阴离子乳化剂及脂肪酸皂等,抗硬水性能差,特别对于集中润滑系统,使用时间越长,补充的水越多,产生不溶于水的钙镁离子化合物也越来越多,使拉丝液润滑性能下降,不溶于水的皂类颗粒悬浮在拉丝液中,粘在铜丝和模具上,影响铜丝的精度和光亮度;4、乳化液含大量的矿物油植物油和乳液剂等,废液处理复杂,废液的排放对环境污染大。
根据国家“十三五”国民经济发展规划的要求,工业的发展必须以保护环境不受污染为基本条件,所以开发一种环境友好型的铜拉丝液取代现用的乳化油是十分必要的。
发明的内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环境友好型全合成水基铜拉丝液及其制备方法。环境友好型全合成水基铜拉丝液采用可生物降解的合成酯作为主润滑剂,同时采用聚丙二醇水性润滑剂与多元醇酯复合使用,使铜拉丝液具备足够润滑性,满足铜拉丝工艺的润滑要求;使用醇胺及多元羧酸替代阴离型磺酸钠防锈剂,可提高铜拉丝液的稳定性和抗硬水性;加入阳离子型水性沉降剂,使铜拉丝液长期保持清净,提高铜拉丝液的表面质量,大幅度延长拉丝液的使用寿命;加入特效铜缓蚀剂,避免铜拉丝产品氧化变色;加入低碳酸,提高铜拉丝液的润湿性和清洗性。

进一步的,所述多元醇酯40℃时运动粘度为40-60MM2/s,皂化值180-200mgKOH/g,具有完全的生物降解性,优良的润滑性,同时具备较好的表面成膜性,适合铜拉丝工艺要求,为此,本发明选用新戊基多元醇脂作为主润滑剂。
进一步的,所述聚丙二醇为分子量400-600的水溶性液态聚丙二醇,与多元醇酯复合使用,进一步加强铜拉丝液的润滑性。
进一步的,所述醇胺为二乙醇胺和/或三乙醇胺。
进一步的,所述多元羧酸为三元聚羧酸、11碳二元羧酸和12碳二元羧酸中的一种或一种以上的混合物。

(1)将醇胺按配方比例加入反应釜中,搅拌下升温至70度,加入多元羧酸,低碳酸,温度控制在70-80℃,反应2h,停止加热;
(2)将多元醇酯,聚丙二醇按配方的比例加入上述反应釜中,充分搅拌20分钟,至溶液混合均匀;
(3)在上述反应釜中,继续加入水、阳离子型水基沉降剂和铜缓蚀剂,搅拌30分钟,至溶液呈均匀状态;
(4)按配方比例将非离子型表面活性剂加入反应釜中,搅拌至溶液清亮透明即可。
本发明与现有的铜拉丝乳化油相比,具有如下优点:
1、本发明采用可生物降解的合成酯及聚丙二醇替代现用铜拉丝乳化油的植物油作润滑剂,显著地提高了铜拉丝液的抗氧化性解和抵御微生物侵蚀的能力,为大幅度延长铜拉丝液的使用寿命,减低废液排放对环境的污染提供了可靠的保证。
2、本发明采用高效的水基防锈剂,铜缓蚀剂,确保水基铜拉丝液具备优良的防锈性,防止铜拉丝产品腐蚀和变色。
3、本发明采用非离子型表面活性剂及特效的阳离子水基沉降剂,极大提高了水基铜拉丝液的抗硬水性,稳定性和沉降性,对提高水基铜拉丝液的清净性,延长水基铜拉丝液的换液周期,简化废液的排放处理都十分有效,同时,所用的阳离子基沉降剂是一种无毒型的广谱杀菌剂,有利于防止水基铜拉丝液的腐败。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:
(1)原料的组成(按重量百分比构成)
(2)配制工艺:
将三乙醇胺加入反应釜中,搅拌下升温至70度,加入三元聚羧酸,异辛酸,异壬酸,温度控制在70-80度,反应2小时,停止加热,继续加入多元醇酯,聚丙二醇,充分搅拌20分钟,至溶液呈均匀状态,继续加入水,苯并三氮唑和MOA3,同时加入阳离子季胺盐,搅拌30分钟,至溶液呈均匀状态,继续加入聚乙二醇400月油酸酯,搅拌拌至清亮透明。
实施例2:
(1)质料的组成:

将二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺同时加入反应釜中,搅拌下升温至70度,加入11碳二元羧酸、异辛酸、异壬酸,温度控制在70-80度,反应2小时,停止加热,继续加入多元醇酯、聚丙二醇、MOA3,同时加入阳离子季胺盐,充分搅拌20分钟,至溶液呈均匀状态,继续加入水,甲基苯并三氮唑,搅拌30分钟,至溶液呈均匀状态,继续加入脂肪酸酰胺,搅拌至清亮透明。

1.一种环境友好型全合成水基铜拉丝液,其特征在于由下列重量百分比的成分组成:
2.如权利要求1所述的环境友好型全合成水基铜拉丝液,其特征在于:所述水为自来水、去离子水和蒸馏水中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
3.如权利要求1所述的环境友好型全合成水基铜拉丝液,其特征在于:所述多元醇酯40℃时运动粘度为40-60MM2/s,皂化值180-200mgKOH/g。
4.如权利要求1所述的环境友好型全合成水基铜拉丝液,其特征在于:所述醇胺为二乙醇胺和/或三乙醇胺。
5.如权利要求1所述的环境友好型全合成水基铜拉丝液,其特征在于:所述多元羧酸为三元聚羧酸、11碳二元羧酸和12碳二元羧酸中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
6.如权利要求1所述的环境友好型全合成水基铜拉丝液,其特征在于:所述非离子型表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸酰胺和聚乙二醇400月桂酸脂中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
7.如权利要求1所述的环境友好型全合成水基铜拉丝液,其特征在于:所述阳离子型水基沉降剂为阳离子季胺盐。
8.如权利要求1所述的环境友好型全合成水基铜拉丝液,其特征在于:所述低碳酸为异辛酸和/或异壬酸;所述铜缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑和/或甲基苯并三氮唑。
9.一种环境友好型全合成水基铜拉丝液的制备方法,其特征在于由以下步骤组成:
(1)将醇胺按配方比例加入反应釜中,搅拌下升温至70度,加入多元羧酸,低碳酸,温度控制在70-80℃,反应2h,停止加热;
(2)将多元醇酯,聚丙二醇按配方的比例加入上述反应釜中,充分搅拌20分钟,至溶液混合均匀;
(3)在上述反应釜中,继续加入水、阳离子型水基沉降剂和铜缓蚀剂,搅拌30分钟,至溶液呈均匀状态;
(4)按配方比例将非离子型表面活性剂加入反应釜中,搅拌至溶液清亮透明即可。
