Abstract
本发明属于农药技术领域,公开了一种杀菌组合物及其应用。该杀菌组合物以啶酰菌胺、叶菌唑与百菌清为活性成分,其中啶酰菌胺、叶菌唑与百菌清的重量比为1~20∶1~20∶1~40。本发明的杀菌组合物在应用于防治大豆锈病、菜豆锈病、梨锈病、麦类赤霉病、麦类白粉病、麦类锈病、麦类纹枯病、麦类叶枯病、稻瘟病、稻曲病、水稻纹枯病上具有明显的增效作用,尤其在防治大豆锈病、菜豆锈病和梨锈病上增效作用更加明显。本发明在农业生产中能大幅减少用药量和用药次数、降低生产成本、减少环境污染和农药残留,对增加社会、经济、生态效益将具有重要的现实意义。

技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种具有增效减量作用的含啶酰菌胺、叶菌唑和百菌清的三元杀菌剂组合物及其应用。
背景技术
啶酰菌胺,英文通用名:Boscalid,化学名:2-氯-N-(4’-氯二苯-2-基)烟酰胺,分子式:C18H12Cl2N2O,其化学结构式如下:
啶酰菌胺是一种新型烟酰胺类杀菌剂,作用于线粒体呼吸链中琥珀酸辅酶Q还原酶,阻碍三羧酸循环,使氨基酸、糖缺乏、能量减少,干扰细胞的分裂和生长,对病害有神经活性,具有保护和治疗作用。抑制孢子萌发、芽管延伸、菌丝生长和孢子母细胞形成等真菌生长和繁殖的主要阶段,杀菌作用由母体活性物质直接引起,没有相应代谢活性。杀菌谱较广,几乎对所有类型的真菌病害都有活性,对防治白粉病、灰霉病、根腐病、菌核病和各种腐烂病等非常有效,不易产生交互抗性,对其他药剂的抗性菌亦有效,主要用于包括油菜、葡萄、果树、蔬菜和大田作物等病害的防治。
叶菌唑,又名羟菌唑,英文通用名:metconazole,其化学结构式如下:
叶菌唑是一种三唑类麦角甾醇生物合成抑制剂,包含抗菌活性较高的顺式异构体(1RS,5SR)和活性较低的反式异构体,本发明使用的叶菌唑是顺式异构体与反式异构体的混合物。叶菌唑对镰刀菌菌丝生长具有较高的抑制活性,主要通过抑制麦角甾醇生物合成,破坏真菌细胞膜透性和膜结构,强烈抑制真菌菌丝生长。然而,不同植物病原真菌细胞内的叶菌唑受体Cyt.P450不仅具有结构多样性,而且还存在多种调控和颉颃生理机制,以致不同真菌表现不同的敏感性。目前该杀菌剂在国际上主要用于防治谷类作物锈病(Pucciniaspp.)、叶枯病或颖枯病(Septoria spp.)、网斑病(Pyrenophora teres)、云纹斑病(Rhynchosporium secalis),而对麦类白粉病(Erysiphe spp.)和赤霉病(Fusarium spp.)只有中等防治效果。
百菌清,英文通用名:chlorothalonil,化学名称:四氯间苯二腈,分子式C8N2Cl4,化学结构式如下:
百菌清是广谱、保护性杀菌剂,作用机理是能与真菌细胞中的三磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶发生作用,与该酶中含有半胱氨酸的蛋白质相结合,从而破坏该酶活性,使真菌细胞的新陈代谢受破坏而失去生命力。该药剂没有内吸传导作用,但喷到植物体上之后,能在体表上有良好的黏着性,不易被雨水冲刷掉,因此药效期较长。主要用于果树、蔬菜上锈病、炭疽病、白粉病、霜霉病的防治。
在农作物生长过程中,不可避免地会出现一些病害,如不及时进行防治则会对作物产量造成严重损失。目前植物病害的防治难度越来越大,一方面,随着种植结构的改变,瓜果、蔬菜、油菜、大豆等经济作物种植面积逐步扩大,病害发生程度、发生数量均有所提高,在防治上难度加大;另一方面,同一种药剂在选择压力下的频繁使用,常导致这些病菌产生抗药性,为解决这些问题,将不同作用机理的农药进行配比组合,既能有效延缓病原群体抗药性的产生,也对植物病害的防治具有增效减量作用。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是针对上述技术问题提供一种应用范围广、成本低、用量少、防效显著含啶酰菌胺、叶菌唑与百菌清的杀菌剂组合物。本发明的另一目的是提供该杀菌组合物的用途。
技术方案:为达到上述发明目的,本发明提供了一种啶酰菌胺、叶菌唑与百菌清的杀菌组合物,其中所述的啶酰菌胺、叶菌唑与百菌清的重量比为1~20∶1~20∶1~40。
根据本发明的一种优选实施方式,上述啶酰菌胺、叶菌唑与百菌清的重量比为1~10∶1~10∶1~20。
根据本发明的另一种优选实施方式,上述啶酰菌胺、叶菌唑与百菌清的重量比为1~5∶1~5∶1~10。
根据本发明的另一种优选实施方式,上述啶酰菌胺、叶菌唑与百菌清的重量比为1~3∶1~3∶1~5。
本发明提供的一种啶酰菌胺、叶菌唑与百菌清的杀菌组合物,所述的啶酰菌胺、叶菌唑与百菌清三者重量百分含量为所述杀菌组合物总含量的2~80%。
本发明所述的杀菌组合物,其中啶酰菌胺、叶菌唑与百菌清三者与农药中可接受的载体和/或助剂加工成农药上允许的任意一种剂型,该剂型为可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、微乳剂、水分散粒剂或水乳剂。载体为水、高岭土、陶土、白炭黑、硅藻土、黏土、膨润土、凹凸棒土或轻质碳酸钙中的一种或几种。助剂为羧甲基纤维素、木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯硫酸钠、油酸钾、油酸钠、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、二丁基萘磺酸钠、烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐、农乳100、磷辛10号、农乳600、农乳1600、吐温、山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚、油酸铵、硬脂酸铵聚氧乙烯、甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、NNO-1、NNO-7、黄原胶、聚乙二醇、甘油、拉开粉、硫酸铵、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚甲醛树酯聚氧乙基醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、磺酸聚甲醛缩合物、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、烷基苯磺酸钙、丁基萘磺酸钠、苯甲酸、硅酮类化合物、硅酸镁铝或聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种。
根据本发明的另一种优选实施方式,所述的杀菌组合物在防治大豆锈病、菜豆锈病、梨锈病、麦类赤霉病、麦类白粉病、麦类锈病、麦类纹枯病、麦类叶枯病、稻瘟病、稻曲病和水稻纹枯病上的应用。
有益效果:发明人通过对植物病害的发生、防治药剂使用技术、作用机制和抗药性的研究,为本发明提供了理论和技术基础。本发明通过利用啶酰菌胺、叶菌唑与百菌清进行组合筛选,其目的是获得增效配方、减少农药用量和使用次数,降低生产成本、提高防效、治理抗药性。
本发明经室内和田间药效试验,其结果表明,啶酰菌胺、叶菌唑与百菌清三者理化性质互容,使用安全,药效显著。与其他农药相比具有如下优点:
1.本发明所用的啶酰菌胺是新型烟酰类杀菌剂,作用于能量代谢,叶菌唑是新型广谱三唑类杀菌剂,百菌清是抑制代谢的杀菌剂,三者相互组合可协同增效,减少用药量,降低成本,增加了社会、经济和生态效益。
2.本发明的杀菌组合物杀菌谱广,扩大了应用靶标。既能有效防治大豆锈病、蚕豆锈病、梨锈病、麦类作物锈病、麦类赤霉病、麦类白粉病、小麦纹枯病和叶枯病,也能防治稻瘟病、稻曲病和水稻纹枯病,减少了病害对农作物生产造成的为害,提高了农产品的产量和品质。
3.本发明的杀菌组合物中有效成分分别为不同作用机理的杀菌剂,能降低病原菌对化学药剂的抗药性风险水平,有利于病原菌敏感度的保持,同时能延缓病菌对配方中单剂出现抗药性。
4.本发明的杀菌组合物属于复配农药,具有相容性、高效、低毒、低残留、速效性好、持效期长、对环境友好等优点。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不受以下实施例所限定,各组分的加入按重量份数计量。
实施例1:
啶酰菌胺2g、叶菌唑6g、百菌清10g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2g、NNO-1 2g、拉开粉2.5g、凹凸棒土20g、其余为硅藻土补充至100g。将上述组分充分混匀,经砂磨机粉碎后过300目筛,制得有效成分含量为18%啶酰菌胺·叶菌唑·百菌清可湿性粉剂。
实施例2:
啶酰菌胺12g、叶菌唑36g、百菌清12g、甘油4g、丙二醇4g、NNO-1 1g、NNO-7 1g、黄原胶0.5g、聚乙二醇1g,其余为水补充至100g,将上述组分充分混匀,经砂磨机粉碎至90%的药剂颗粒直径≤5μm,得到有效成分含量为60%啶酰菌胺·叶菌唑·百菌清悬浮剂。
实施例3:
啶酰菌胺8g、叶菌唑8g、百菌清8g、N-甲基吡咯烷酮1g、烷基苯磺酸钙2g、苯乙基酚甲醛树酯聚氧乙基醚2g、乙二醇1.5g、硅酮类化合物0.8g、黄原胶1g、硅酸镁铝1g,其余为水补充至100g。
将上述比例的啶酰菌胺、叶菌唑、百菌清、溶剂N-甲基吡咯烷酮、乳化剂烷基苯磺酸钙和苯乙基酚甲醛树酯聚氧乙基醚加在一起,溶解成均匀油相;将水、抗冻剂乙二醇、增稠剂黄原胶、消泡剂硅酮类化合物混合在一起,成均一水相。在高速搅拌下,将水相加入油相,即可制得有效成分含量为24%啶酰菌胺·叶菌唑·百菌清微乳剂。
实施例4:
啶酰菌胺16g、叶菌唑16g、百菌清10g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2g、NNO-1 2g、拉开粉2.5g、凹凸棒土20g、其余为硅藻土补充至100g。将上述组分充分混匀,经砂磨机粉碎和过300目筛,制得有效成分含量为42%啶酰菌胺·叶菌唑·百菌清可湿性粉剂。
实施例5:
啶酰菌胺5g、叶菌唑8g、百菌清2g、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3g、农乳33#2g、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1g,溶剂油13g,其余为水补充至100g。将以上原料按常规配制水乳剂的方法混合均匀,即可制得有效成分含量为15%啶酰菌胺·叶菌唑·百菌清水乳剂。
实施例6:
啶酰菌胺16g、叶菌唑8g、百菌清12g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2.5g、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2.5g、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯3.5g、硫酸铵5g,其余为膨润土补充至100g,将上述组分充分混匀,经过粉碎制备母粉,将母粉与适量水溶液混合均匀,高速剪切并砂磨机研磨,然后进行流化床造粒,干燥、过筛,即可制得有效成分含量为36%啶酰菌胺·叶菌唑·百菌清水分散粒剂。
实施例7:
啶酰菌胺30g、叶菌唑12g、百菌清18g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2g、NNO-1 2g、拉开粉2.5g、凹凸棒土20g、其余为硅藻土补充至100g。将上述组分充分混匀,经砂磨机粉碎后过300目筛,制得有效成分含量为60%啶酰菌胺·叶菌唑·百菌清可湿性粉剂。
实施例8:
啶酰菌胺20g、叶菌唑10g、百菌清10g、甘油4g、丙二醇4g、NNO-1 1g、NNO-7 1g、黄原胶0.5g、聚乙二醇1g,其余为水补充至100g,将上述组分充分混匀,经砂磨机粉碎至90%的药剂颗粒直径≤5μm,得到有效成分含量为40%啶酰菌胺·叶菌唑·百菌清悬浮剂。
实施例9:
啶酰菌胺30g、叶菌唑5g、百菌清15g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2.5g、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2.5g、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯3.5g、硫酸铵5g,其余为膨润土补充至100g,将上述组分充分混匀,经过粉碎制备母粉,将母粉与适量水溶液混合均匀,高速剪切并砂磨机研磨,然后进行流化床造粒,干燥、过筛,即可制得有效成分含量为50%啶酰菌胺·叶菌唑·百菌清水分散粒剂。
实施例10:
啶酰菌胺5g、叶菌唑15g、百菌清25g、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3g、农乳33#2g、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1g,溶剂油13g,其余为水补充至100g。将以上原料按常规配制水乳剂的方法混合均匀,即可制得有效成分含量为45%啶酰菌胺·叶菌唑·百菌清水乳剂。
实验例1:啶酰菌胺·叶菌唑·百菌清三元复配药剂对大豆锈病的防治效果
将实施例1~10的杀菌组合物制剂进行大豆锈病防治的药效试验。试验地安排在南京农业大学植物保护学院温网室。品种采用较为感病的白鸟王,种植在盆钵内,每盆5株,种植基质为土∶沙=1∶3,尽量少浇水,保持充足阳光的照射,避免徒长。长至2片互生复叶,每复叶3片小叶时使用。试验前将大豆叶片上培养的夏孢子用无菌刀片刮下,加入无菌水及少许吐温80,配成106个/mL的悬浮液,混合均匀。用农业部南京农机所生产的喷雾塔定量喷药(表1),每处理设3个重复(3盆),共15株,合计90小叶。施药24h后用玻璃喷雾器在叶片背面将备好的孢子悬浮液进行喷雾接种,然后在20℃,RH100%,黑暗条件下培养24h,再将植株转移至人工气候箱中RH85~90%,20℃,12h光暗交替培养。
接种12d后调查结果,分级标准参考大豆锈病国际工作组制定的标准,并适当修改(以小叶为单位):
0级:无病;
1级:<5个/cm2;
2级:6-15个/cm2;
3级:16-25个/cm2;
4级:26-40个/cm2;
5级:40个/cm2以上。
根据调查数据,计算病指和防效:
病情指数=100×∑(各级病叶数×各级代表值)/(调查总叶数×最高级代表值)
防治效果(%)=(对照病情指数-处理病情指数)/对照病情指数×100
50%啶酰菌胺水分散粒剂为市售,巴斯夫植物保护(江苏)有限公司生产,40%叶菌唑可湿性粉剂为本实验室加工制成,75%百菌清可湿性粉剂为市售,利民化工股份有限公司生产。本发明的三元组合物防治大豆锈病的试验结果表明,啶酰菌胺、叶菌唑和百菌清的防效分别为82.31%、82.73%和81.88%,实施例1~10各处理对大豆锈病的防效均在90%以上,远大于单剂的防效。因此,本发明的三元组合杀菌剂与三种单剂相比,在大豆锈病防治上表现出显著的增效作用(表1)。

实验例2:啶酰菌胺·叶菌唑·百菌清三元复配药剂防治小麦病害的试验效果
将实施例1~10的杀菌组合物制剂进行小麦病害的田间防控药效试验。试验地安排在江苏盐城新洋农场进行。小麦品种分别为淮麦33号,在小麦扬花初期采用农稼乐16L背负式电动喷雾器进行第一次施药,间隔5d进行第二次施药,用水量为50kg/亩,每小区面积50平方米,各处理重复3次,空白对照不施药。同时设50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂每亩用80克处理作为对照药剂。按照农业部颁发的杀菌剂田间药效试验准则行业标准规定的相应方法,在乳熟期调查小麦赤霉病、白粉病、锈病、纹枯病和叶枯病发生情况,计算病情指数和防治效果,结果见表2。

实施例1~10田间应用结果表明,啶酰菌胺·叶菌唑·百菌清三元复配药剂在小麦赤霉病、小麦白粉病、小麦锈病、小麦纹枯病和叶枯病均表现出较好的防治效果,远高于常用的多菌灵(经检测试验地病原菌群体中对多菌灵表现抗药性的病菌占37.7%),尤其对包括抗药性赤霉病菌引起的赤霉病具有极其显著的增效防治作用,其结果与同年在白马湖农场的田间试验结果类似。因此,本发明的杀菌组合物具有防效对象广、用药量少,成本低,利于环境保护,社会效益明显等诸多优点。
实验例3:啶酰菌胺·叶菌唑·百菌清三元复配药剂防治大麦病害的试验效果
将实施例1~10的杀菌组合物制剂进行大麦病害的田间防控药效试验。2014年在大麦扬花初期进行第一次施药,间隔5d进行第二次施药,用水量为50kg/亩,每小区面积50平方米,各处理重复3次,空白对照不施药。用常规药剂多酮可湿性粉剂作为对照药剂。按照农业部颁发的杀菌剂田间药效试验准则行业标准规定的相应方法,在乳熟期调查大麦赤霉病、白粉病、锈病和叶枯病发生情况,计算病情指数和防治效果,结果见表3。

从表中可以看出,本发明实施例1~10中杀菌组合物制剂,对大麦赤霉病、叶枯病、白粉病和锈病的防效大幅度提高,防治效果达到85%以上。与常规药剂多酮相比,防效增加15个百分点以上,且用药量减少60%。因此,本发明的三元杀菌组合物,可大幅度降低化学杀菌剂的用量,减轻农药的环境压力。
实验例4:啶酰菌胺·叶菌唑·百菌清三元复配药剂防治水稻病害的试验效果
将实施例1~10的杀菌组合物制剂进行水稻病害的田间防控药效试验。试验地安排在江苏省南京市江宁区淳化街道土桥镇。水稻品种为镇稻18,每个小区面积50平方米,各处理重复3次,空白对照不施药。水稻纹枯病在水稻分蘖末期(上3叶未出)第一次施药,孕穗期第二次施药,齐穗期第三次施药,用浙江省桐庐汇丰生物科技有限公司生产的40%井冈霉素可湿性粉剂单剂作为对照药剂。稻曲病在破口前5~7天第一次施药,齐穗期第二次施药,用拜耳作物科学公司生产的430g/L戊唑醇悬浮剂单剂作为对照药剂。稻瘟病在水稻破口期第一次施药,齐穗期第二次施药,用江苏丰登作物保护股份有限公司生产的75%三环唑可湿性粉剂单剂作为对照药剂。病情稳定后调查发病情况,计算病情及防效。

田间试验结果表明,啶酰菌胺·叶菌唑·百菌清三元复配杀菌剂在防治稻瘟病、稻曲病和水稻纹枯病方面都具有优异的防治效果,与目前常用的主流杀菌剂相比,均具有较显著的防治效果。本发明所提供的啶酰菌胺·叶菌唑·百菌清三元杀菌组合物能同时防治稻瘟病、稻曲病和水稻纹枯病,不仅提高了防效,而且大大降低了用药量和用药次数,节省了大量的经济投入,对增加社会、经济和生态效益将具有重要的现实意义。

Claims (5)
1.一种含啶酰菌胺的杀菌组合物,其特征在于以啶酰菌胺、叶菌唑与百菌清为活性成分,其中啶酰菌胺、叶菌唑和百菌清的重量比为1~20∶1~20∶1~40。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于所述的啶酰菌胺、叶菌唑与百菌清的重量比为1~10∶1~10∶1~20。
3.根据权利要求2所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于所述的啶酰菌胺、叶菌唑与百菌清的重量比为1~5∶1~5∶1~10。
4.根据权利要求3所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于所述的啶酰菌胺、叶菌唑与百菌清的重量比为1~3∶1~3∶1~5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物在防治大豆锈病、菜豆锈病、梨锈病、麦类赤霉病、麦类白粉病、麦类锈病、麦类纹枯病、麦类叶枯病、稻瘟病、稻曲病和水稻纹枯病上的应用。
