本发明属于农用杀菌剂的技术领域,具体涉及一种含有四氟醚唑的杀菌组合物及应用,用以防治由病原菌引起的多种植物病害。
背景技术
四氟醚唑(Tetraconazole)化学名称2-(2,4-二氯苯基)-3-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)丙基1,1,2,2-四氟乙基醚,属于三唑类杀菌剂,是一种低毒、高效、应用范围广的环保新型农药。四氟醚唑是甾醇脱甲基化抑制剂,具有很好的内吸性,可迅速被植物吸收并在内部传导,药效显著,具有很好的保护和治疗活性,持效期可以达到六周,该杀菌剂用于防治白粉菌属、杆锈菌属、喙孢属、核腔菌属和壳针孢菌属等在禾谷类作物、果树、蔬菜、观赏植物等多种作物上引起的病害,并且使用安全。但是该产品价格昂贵,农民鉴于对成本的考虑,难以在农田防治病害方面大面积推广应用,并且单一药剂长期使用,不可避免会导致病原菌产生抗药性。
苯并咪唑类:多菌灵(Carbendazim)化学名称N-(2-苯并咪唑基)氨基甲酸甲酯,甲基硫菌灵(Thiophanate-methyl)化学名称1,2-双-(3-乙氧羰基-α-硫脲基)苯。
三唑类:粉唑醇(Flutriafol)化学名称(RS)-2,4’-二氟-α-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基甲基)二苯基乙醇,戊菌唑(Penconazole)化学名称1-[2-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4-丙基-1,3-二氧戊环-2-甲基]-1-氢-1,2,4-三唑。
甲氧基丙烯酸酯类:醚菌酯(Kresoxim-methyl)化学名称(E)-2-甲氧亚氨基-2-[2-(邻甲基苯氧基甲基)苯基]乙酸甲酯。
嘧啶类:乙嘧酚(Ethirimol)化学名称为5-丁基-2-乙氨基-4-羟基-6-甲基嘧啶,乙嘧酚磺酸酯(Bupirimate)化学名称5-丁基-2-乙氨基-6-甲基嘧啶-4-基二甲基氨基硫酸酯,两者均属于嘧啶类杀菌剂。
硫代氨基甲酸盐类:代森锰锌(Mancozeb),化学名称亚乙基双二硫代氨基甲酸锰和锌的络盐;代森锌(Zineb),化学名称亚乙基双二硫代氨基甲酸锌;丙森锌(Propineb),化学名称丙烯基双二硫代氨基甲酸锌;福美双(Thiram),化学名称四甲基秋兰姆二硫化物。
在农业实际生产过程中,上述药剂由于长期单一使用已经使得病菌产生抗药性,导致药效降低。目前,关于四氟醚唑与上述杀菌活性物质复配组合尚未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述问题提供了一种含有四氟醚唑的杀菌组合物及应用,用以防治由病原真菌引起的多种植物病害,能够达到增效、兼治、克服或延缓病菌抗性发展以及降低用药成本的目的。
本发明中,所指的重量,例如四氟醚唑的重量、杀菌活性物质B的重量、四氟醚唑和杀菌活性物质B总的重量,均指的是有效物质的重量,即折百后的重量。
本发明的杀菌组合物:含有四氟醚唑和另一杀菌活性物质B,该杀菌活性物质B为:
1)苯并咪唑类杀菌剂:多菌灵、甲基硫菌灵;
2)三唑类杀菌剂:粉唑醇、戊菌唑;
3)嘧啶类杀菌剂:乙嘧酚、乙嘧酚磺酸酯;
4)硫代氨基甲酸盐类杀菌剂:代森锰锌、代森锌、福美双、丙森锌;
5)醚菌酯;
中的至少一种。
该组合物中,所述的四氟醚唑和杀菌活性物质B重量比为,四氟醚唑:B=50∶1~1∶100,即二者基于有效物质折百的重量比为50∶1~1∶100。
四氟醚唑与苯并咪唑类杀菌剂的重量比为,四氟醚唑:苯并咪唑类杀菌剂=5∶1~1∶10;
四氟醚唑与三唑类杀菌剂的重量比为,四氟醚唑:三唑类杀菌剂=10∶1~1∶10;
四氟醚唑与嘧啶类杀菌剂的重量比为,四氟醚唑:嘧啶类杀菌剂=5∶1~1∶10;
四氟醚唑与硫代氨基甲酸盐类杀菌剂的重量比为,四氟醚唑:硫代氨基甲酸盐类杀菌剂=1∶1~1∶40;
四氟醚唑与醚菌酯的重量比为,四氟醚唑:醚菌酯=10∶1~1∶10。
本发明的组合物中四氟醚唑和杀菌活性物质B总的重量百分含量为0.5%~80%,即有效物质总含量为0.5%~80%。
该组合物的剂型为可湿性粉剂、微乳剂、水乳剂和水分散粒剂,通过加入适宜的助剂及赋形剂,制得所需要的剂型,助剂和赋形剂指乳化剂、溶剂、分散剂、湿润剂、渗透剂、填料等,必要时也可加抗冻剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、崩解剂、稳定剂等其他功能性助剂。
所述的乳化剂可以是非离子型的和阴离子型的。非离子型的乳化剂如苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、聚苯乙烯基苯酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯或烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯;阴离子型的乳化剂如烷基苯磺酸钙、烷基苯磺酸钠或C8-C20烷基硫酸钠。具体的例子如农乳500#系列、600#系列、1600#系列、NP系列、OP系列、AEO系列、700#系列、400#系列及复配品种2201、0203B、2021B、4103等,这些均是本领域公知的乳化剂产品,市场有售。
所述的溶剂为甲苯、二甲苯、溶剂油、环己酮、二甲基甲酰胺、乙酸乙酯、丙酮或植物油中的一种或几种。
所述抗冻剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇、山梨醇或尿素中的一种或几种。
所述的消泡剂为有机硅油或异辛醇。
所述的增稠剂为黄原胶、阿拉伯胶、膨润土、硅酸、羧甲基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素或聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种。
所述分散剂为木质素磺酸盐、烷基苯磺酸钙盐、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、三聚磷酸钠、烷基萘甲醛缩合物(NNO)、聚羧酸盐(2700)、扩散剂NO、扩散剂FO中的一种或几种。
所述润湿剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸、茶枯、皂角粉、蚕沙、月桂醇聚乙烯醚硫酸钠、月桂醇硫酸钠、吐温80、渗透剂T中的一种或几种。
所述的崩解剂为凹凸棒土、淀粉、硫酸钠、硫酸铵、白炭黑中的一种或几种。
所述的填料为白炭黑、轻质碳酸钙、淀粉、高岭土、硅藻土、滑石粉、陶土、膨润土中的一种或几种。
本发明的组合物用于防治由病原菌引起的植物病害,用于防治植物致病菌:子囊菌(Ascomycetes)如黑星菌属(Venturia)、叉丝单囊壳菌属(Podosphaera)、白粉菌属(Blumeria)、球腔菌属(Mycosphaerella)、核腔菌属(Pyrenophora);担子菌(Basidiomycetes)如柄锈菌属(Puccinia)、丝核菌属(Rhizoctonia);半知菌(Deuteromycetes)如喙孢属(Rhynchosporium)、壳针孢属(Septoria)、链格孢属(Alternaria)、尾孢属(Cercospora)等引起的病害。
本发明的组合物适用于保护任何用于农业、温室、林业或园艺中的植物品种,特别是以下植物:谷物(如小麦、大麦、黑麦、燕麦和粟)、玉米、棉花、大豆、水稻、马铃薯、甜菜、花生、蔬菜(如黄瓜、番茄、辣椒、莴苣和洋葱)、果树(苹果、梨、香蕉和葡萄)等。
本发明的组合物具有很好的杀菌活性,用于防治麦类白粉病(Erysiphe graminis f.sp.hordei;f.sp.tritici)、散黑穗病(Ustilago tritici;U.nuda)、锈病(Puccinia striiformis;P.graminis;P.recondita;P.hordei)、腥黑穗病(Tilletiacaries)、颖枯病(Leptosphaeria nodorum)、云纹病(Rhynchosporiumsecalis)、纹枯病(Rhizoctonia cerealis);玉米丝黑穗病(Sphacelothecareiliana);瓜果白粉病(Sphaerotheca fuliginea)、香蕉褐斑病(Cercosporamusaespp.)、苹果斑点落叶病(Alternaria mali)、花生褐斑病(Cercosporaarachidicola hori)、梨黑星病(Venturianashicola)和葡萄白粉病(Uncinula necator)等。
本发明的有益效果为:四氟醚唑与杀菌活性物质B复配,在一定配比范围内表现出很好的增效作用,与单剂相比,可以达到增效、兼治、克服或延缓病菌抗性发展以及降低用药成本的目的,从而提高了杀菌效果,扩大了杀菌谱,降低药剂使用量,在减少农民用药成本的同时,降低了对环境影响程度,即高效又环保;另外组合物中的两种活性物质结构相差较大,不存在交互抗性,混配使用能够更有效延缓单剂的抗性发生与发展,延长单剂的使用寿命和更新周期。
采用含毒介质法测定四氟醚唑与代森锰锌、代森锌、福美双、丙森锌不同配比的混剂对花生褐斑病菌的室内毒力。即在PDA灭菌培养基中分别加入按一定比例配好的供试药剂,冷却后接种花生褐斑病菌,以加入等量相应溶剂的灭菌培养基作为空白对照,放入27℃恒温培养箱中培养3-8天后,采用十字交叉法测量菌落直径,计算抑菌率、EC50、CTC等相关参数,采用孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC)来评价混用效果,CTC值大于120时混剂具有增效作用,小于80时是拮抗作用,介于80~120之间时具有相加作用。有关计算公式如下:
纯生长量=菌落平均直径-菌饼直径(0.4cm)
抑菌率=[(对照纯生长量-处理纯生长量)×100/对照纯生长量]×100%
毒力指数TI(B)=标准剂A的EC50/B剂的EC50*100
实际毒力指数ATI(AB)=A的EC50/AB的EC50*100
理论毒力指数TTI(AB)=TI(A)*A在混剂中的百分数+TI(B)*B在混剂中的百分数
共毒系数CTC=ATI(AB)/TTI(AB)*100
实验结果如下:

由上表可知,四氟醚唑与代森锰锌复配,对花生褐斑病菌具有很好的室内毒力,七个配比的CTC值均超过120,表明这两个杀菌剂在此配比下具有较好的协同增效作用,并且混配比例在1:1~1:40之间增效显著。
四氟醚唑与代森锌、福美双、丙森锌以上述比例进行复配实验时,表现出与代森锰锌相同的抑菌规律,在1:1~1:40的比例下对花生褐斑病菌的增效作用较为明显。
在室内采用幼苗盆栽法测定四氟醚唑和乙嘧酚、乙嘧酚磺酸酯、多菌灵、甲基硫菌灵的单、混剂对黄瓜白粉病菌的室内毒力。即在温室盆栽黄瓜幼苗至2-3叶期,按设计药剂剂量进行叶面喷雾处理,24小时后接种测试病原菌,并于培养箱中保湿培养,在不施药的空白对照充分发病时调查结果,病害分级、防效计算方法均参照中华人民共和国[农药田间药效试验准则]。用DPS数据处理软件进行统计分析,计算各药剂的EC50,采用孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC)来评价混用效果。

由上表可知,四氟醚唑与乙嘧酚复配,对黄瓜白粉病菌具有很好的室内毒力,七个配比的CTC值均超过120,表明这两个杀菌剂在此配比下具有很好的协同增效作用,同时也可以看出,在组合物中随着四氟醚唑与乙嘧酚比例的不同其增效作用也是不同的,混配比例在5:1~1:10之间增效尤为显著。
四氟醚唑与乙嘧酚磺酸酯、多菌灵、甲基硫菌灵以上述比例进行复配实验时,表现出与乙嘧酚相同的抑菌规律,在5:1~1:10的比例下对黄瓜白粉病菌的增效作用较为明显。
采用和上述四氟醚唑与乙嘧酚相同的方法测定四氟醚唑与粉唑醇、戊菌唑、醚菌酯单混剂对葡萄白粉病菌的室内毒力,结果如下:

四氟醚唑与戊菌唑、醚菌酯以上述比例进行复配实验时,表现出与粉唑醇相同的抑菌规律,在10:1~1:10的比例下对葡萄白粉病菌的增效作用较为明显。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于此。
1.可湿性粉剂的配制
实施例1(20%可湿性粉剂):四氟醚唑10%,代森锰锌10%,十二烷基硫酸钠2%,羧甲基纤维素3%,白炭黑10%,木质素磺酸钙10%,轻质碳酸钙余量。
实施例2(30%可湿性粉剂):四氟醚唑1%,丙森锌29%,十二烷基硫酸钠2%,白炭黑10%,木质素磺酸钙10%,轻质碳酸钙余量。
实施例3(40%可湿性粉剂):四氟醚唑2%,代森锌38%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1%,白炭黑10%,木质素磺酸钙10%,轻质碳酸钙余量。
实施例4(61.5%可湿性粉剂):四氟醚唑1.5%,福美双60%,十二烷基硫酸钠3%,木质素磺酸钠5%,白炭黑10%,轻质碳酸钙余量。
按上述产品配方比例将各组分充分混合,经超细粉碎机粉碎后,即得到加工产品。
2.微乳剂的配制
实施例5(12%微乳剂):四氟醚唑10%,乙嘧酚2%,苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚17%,农乳500#5%,环己酮10%,DMF10%,甘油5%,甲醇5%,水余量。
实施例6(21%微乳剂):四氟醚唑1%,粉唑醇20%,苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚18%,环己酮20%,DMF5%,农乳500#2%,乙二醇5%,水余量。
按上述产品配方比例,将乳化剂和水混合制成水相,然后将溶解在溶剂中的活性组分在搅拌下加入水相,得到加工产品。
3.水分散粒剂的配制
实施例7(6%水分散粒剂):四氟醚唑5%,多菌灵1%,甲基萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物9%,环氧聚醚5%,可溶性淀粉5%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5%,凹凸棒土余量。
实施例8(22%水分散粒剂):四氟醚唑2%,甲基硫菌灵20%,甲基萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物10%,环氧聚醚5%,可溶性淀粉5%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5%,凹凸棒土余量。
实施例9(42%水分散粒剂):四氟醚唑2%,醚菌酯40%,亚甲基萘磺酸钠10%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠15%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5%,凹凸棒土余量。
按上述产品配方比例将各组分进行混合粉碎,加水捏合后,加入装有一定规格筛网的造粒机中进行造粒,然后经干燥、筛分即得到加工产品。
4.水乳剂的配制
实施例10(15%水乳剂):四氟醚唑4%,戊菌唑11%,苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚5%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物3%,甲苯20%,丙二醇4%,有机硅油0.2%,羧甲基纤维素0.25%,水余量。
实施例11(20%水乳剂):四氟醚唑2%,乙嘧酚磺酸酯18%,苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚5%,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚3%,溶剂油20%,丙三醇4%,有机硅油0.2%,阿拉伯胶0.2%,水余量。
按上述产品配方比例将原药、溶剂、乳化剂、共乳化剂加在一起,溶解成均匀油相;将水、抗冻剂等混匀成均一水相;高速搅拌下将水相加入到油相或将油相加入到水相,形成分散性良好的水乳剂。
试验例1四氟醚唑与代森锰锌、丙森锌、代森锌单混剂防治苹果斑点落叶病的田间药效试验
在田间测定四氟醚唑、代森锰锌、丙森锌、代森锌及实施例1、2、3的制剂对苹果斑点落叶病的防治效果。在苹果初见病斑时施药,喷药3次,两次施药间隔时间为7天,每次施药后10天调查防效,结果如下表4:

试验例2四氟醚唑与福美双、戊菌唑单混剂防治梨黑星病药效试验
试验田地势平坦,土质沙壤土,水肥条件较好,株距3米,行距6米。栽培条件均匀一致,符合实验要求。于梨黑星病第一次发病前用第一次药,采用高压机动喷雾器喷药,以清水作为空白对照,均匀喷雾。共喷药3次,两次施药间隔时间为7天,每次施药后10天调查防效,结果如下表5:

试验例3四氟醚唑与粉唑醇单混剂防治香蕉叶斑病药效试验
香蕉叶斑病在国内各香蕉产区普遍发生,严重影响香蕉产量和品质。本试验所选田地势平坦,土质沙壤土,肥力中等,植株长势较一致。采用叶面喷雾法施药,以喷湿叶片正反面为宜,以清水作为空白对照,共施药3次,两次施药间隔时间为10天,每次施药后,调查防效,结果如下表6:

试验例4四氟醚唑与乙嘧酚、乙嘧酚磺酸酯单混剂防治小麦白粉病药效试验
试验田小麦处于抽穗期,生长旺盛、均衡,栽培、管理水平一致。在小麦白粉病发病初期采用喷雾法第一次施药,喷施均匀一致,以清水作为空白对照。药后7天调查防效并进行第二次施药,二次施药后14天调查防效,结果如下表7:

试验例5四氟醚唑与醚菌酯单混剂防治小麦锈病药效试验
采用手提式手动喷雾器在小麦叶锈病发病初期(小麦灌浆期)进行均匀喷雾,喷雾药液量为每亩1000公斤,以清水为对照。待对照充分发病后(15-20天),五点取样,每点20株调查发病情况,计算病情指数和防治效果。

试验例6四氟醚唑与多菌灵、甲基硫菌灵单混剂防治水稻纹枯病药效试验
采用手提式手动喷雾器在水稻孕穗期后喷施供试药剂,以清水为对照。15天后进行抽样调查,采用两条平行线跳跃式取样法,调查发病情况,计算病情指数和防治效果。

综合以上试验结果可以看出,本发明含四氟醚唑的复配组合物对病害具有良好的防治效果,且明显优于单剂的防效。在试验用药范围内,对靶标作物及有益生物安全,对环境污染轻,速效好,持效期长。
Claims (9)
1.一种杀菌组合物,含有四氟醚唑和另一杀菌活性物质B,该杀菌活性物质B为硫代氨基甲酸盐类杀菌剂:代森锰锌、代森锌、福美双、丙森锌中的至少一种;所述的四氟醚唑和杀菌活性物质B重量比为,四氟醚唑:B=50:1~1:100。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,
四氟醚唑与硫代氨基甲酸盐类杀菌剂的重量比为,四氟醚唑:硫代氨基甲酸酯类杀菌剂=1:1~1:40。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,该组合物中四氟醚唑和杀菌活性物质B总的重量百分含量为0.5%~80%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,该组合物的剂型为可湿性粉剂、微乳剂、水乳剂或水分散粒剂。
5.如权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物的应用,用于防治由病原菌引起的植物病害。
6.根据权利要求5所述的杀菌组合物的应用,用于防治子囊菌:黑星菌属、叉丝单囊壳菌属、白粉菌属、球腔菌属、核腔菌属;担子菌:柄锈菌属、丝核菌属;半知菌:喙孢属、壳针孢属、链格孢属、尾孢属引起的病害。
7.根据权利要求5所述的杀菌组合物的应用,用于防治谷物、蔬菜、果树上的病菌。
8.根据权利要求7所述的杀菌组合物的应用,所述的谷物为小麦、大麦、黑麦、燕麦和粟;所述的蔬菜为黄瓜、番茄、辣椒、莴苣和洋葱;所述的果树为苹果、梨、香蕉和葡萄。
9.根据权利要求5所述的杀菌组合物的应用,用于防治麦类白粉病、散黑穗、锈病、腥黑穗病、颖枯病、云纹病、纹枯病;玉米丝黑穗病;瓜果白粉病、香蕉叶斑病、苹果斑点落叶病、花生叶斑病、梨黑星病和葡萄白粉病。
