本发明涉及一种双降解耐热食品包装膜,所述的双降解食品包装膜为层状结构,由外向内依次为透明耐热保护层(1)、印刷层(2)、印刷基材层(3)、可光降解阻隔层(4)和可生物降解热封层(5),所述的透明耐热保护层(1)添加有气相二氧化硅,所述的透明耐热保护层(1)和印刷基材层(3)中添加有光敏剂,所述的可光降解阻隔层(4)由含光敏基团的单体与烯烃类单体共聚制成,所述的可生物降解热封层(5)由含酯基结构的脂肪族聚酯制成,所述的双降解耐热包装膜相邻层之间通过热压粘接。通过在包装膜中添加气相二氧化硅,保证了包装膜具有较好的耐热性,且包装膜废弃后能够完全进行光和生物双降解,绿色环保,使用范围广。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品包装材料应用领域,特别是涉及一种双降解耐热食品包装膜。
背景技术
我国作为人口大国,食品消费总量巨大。随着食品加工业的迅猛发展,食品包装的材料的重要性不言而喻。塑料已经成为现代食品包装材料发展最快的一种,塑料食品包装膜给给人们的生活方式带来了极大的便利。但是目前广泛应用在食品包装中的材料主要包括低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、乙烯丙烯共聚物等,这些材料在废弃后,因为主要成分的线性共聚物在短时间内很难自然降解,给生态带来了危害,由此导致的环境污染已愈发明显,已成为阻碍经济发展的重要因素。
人们的生活理念和消费模式发生了重大的改变,消费者对食品的要求除营养、味美、卫生、方便以外,对食品包装袋也提出了更高的要求。为确保包装食品在贮存过程中不产生容器破损、内容物泄漏、微生物二次污染以及光和热使内容物变质等情况,食品包装膜都需要比较好的耐热性和阻隔性。同时,在面对严峻的环境的压力下,在食品包装领域,可降解的包装材料的研究已成为必然的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种双降解耐热食品包装膜, 通过在包装膜中添加气相二氧化硅,保证了包装膜具有较好的耐热性,同时在包装膜废弃后能够完全进行光和生物双降解,绿色环保。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种双降解耐热食品包装膜,为层状结构,由外向内依次为透明耐热保护层(1)、印刷层(2)、印刷基材层(3)、可光降解阻隔层(4)和可生物降解热封层(5),所述的透明耐热保护层(1)添加有气相二氧化硅,所述的透明耐热保护层(1)和印刷基材层(3)中添加有光敏剂,所述的可光降解阻隔层(4)由含光敏基团的单体与烯烃类单体共聚制成,所述的可生物降解热封层(5)由含酯基结构的脂肪族聚酯制成,所述的双降解耐热包装膜相邻层之间通过热压粘接。
优先的,所述的透明耐热保护层(1)中的气相二氧化硅的粒径为20-50纳米。
优先的,所述的透明耐热保护层(1)为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物。
优先的,所述的印刷基材层(3)为双向拉伸聚酰胺,双向拉伸聚丙烯或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
优先的,所述的透明耐热保护层(1)和印刷基材层(3)中光敏剂为二苯甲酮、二茂铁、硬脂酸铁或烷基硫代氨基甲酸铁。
优先的,所述的可光降解阻隔层(4)中的含有光敏基团的单体为甲基乙烯酮、甲基丙烯酮或乙烯醇肉桂酸酯。
优先的,所述的可光降解阻隔层(4)中的烯烃类单体为乙烯或丙烯。
优先的,所述的可生物降解热封层(5)中的含酯基结构的脂肪族聚酯为聚乳酸、聚己内酯或聚酯酰胺。
优先的,所述的透明耐热保护层(1)的厚度为10-30微米、印刷基材层(3)的厚度为20-50微米、可光降解阻隔层(4)的厚度为20-50微米、可生物降解热封层(5)的厚度为20-50微米。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1.透明耐热保护层(1)中添加有气相二氧化硅,由于其粒径很小,比表面积大,在热阻等方面具有特异的性能,同时透明耐热保护层中的基体树脂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物也具有比较好的耐热性,且透明保护层能够在不影响印刷层图案的视觉效果的同时,能够保证印刷层图案的持久。
2.可光降解阻隔层(4)的主体结构为乙烯乙烯醇作为主链,具有阻隔性好等优点,同时主链中的羰基作为光敏基团,在外环境中可进行光降解。
3.可光降解阻隔层(4)的主体结构是通过共聚形式引入光敏基团,避免了小分子光敏剂的使用,一方面提高了包装膜的强度,同时也阻止了透明保护层(1)和印刷基材层(3)中光敏剂向内侧的迁移。
4.可生物降解热封层(5)由含酯基结构的脂肪族聚酯制成,酯基结构在微生物环境下能够进行生物降解,并且该类合成的聚合物,能够克服用纯天然高分子加工成包装膜时的加工工艺难、膜性能差等缺点。
5.双降解耐热食品包装膜的各层之间通过热压粘结,不使用粘合剂,能够达到食品包装袋的安全卫生要求。

如图1所示,一种双降解耐热食品包装膜,为层状结构,由外向内依次为透明耐热保护层(1)、印刷层(2)、印刷基材层(3)、可光降解阻隔层(4)和可生物降解热封层(5),其中透明保护层(1)为添加二苯甲酮光敏剂和粒径为20纳米气相二氧化硅的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,厚度为10微米,印刷基材层(3)为添加二苯甲酮光敏剂的双向拉伸聚酰胺,厚度为20微米,可光降解阻隔层(4)为甲基乙烯酮与乙烯的聚合物,厚度为20微米,可生物降解热封层(5)为聚乳酸,厚度为20微米,所述的双降解食品包装膜相邻层之间通过热压粘接。
实施例2
一种双降解耐热食品包装膜,为层状结构,由外向内依次为透明耐热保护层(1)、印刷层(2)、印刷基材层(3)、可光降解阻隔层(4)和可生物降解热封层(5),其中透明保护层(1)为添加二苯甲酮光敏剂和粒径为30纳米气相二氧化硅的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,厚度为20微米,印刷基材层(3)为添加二茂铁光敏剂的双向拉伸聚丙烯,厚度为40微米,可光降解阻隔层(4)为甲基丙烯酮与乙烯的聚合物,厚度为40微米,可生物降解热封层(5)为聚己内酯,厚度为40微米,所述的双降解食品包装膜相邻层之间通过热压粘接。
实施例3
一种双降解耐热食品包装膜,为层状结构,由外向内依次为透明耐热保护层(1)、印刷层(2)、印刷基材层(3)、可光降解阻隔层(4)和可生物降解热封层(5),其中透明保护层(1)为添加二苯甲酮光敏剂和粒径为50纳米气相二氧化硅的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,厚度为30微米,印刷基材层(3)为添加有硬脂酸铁光敏剂的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,厚度为50微米,可光降解阻隔层(4)为乙烯醇肉桂酸酯与乙烯的聚合物,厚度为50微米,可生物降解热封层(5)为聚酯酰胺,厚度为50微米,所述的双降解食品包装膜相邻层之间通过热压粘接。

3.如权利要求1所述的一种双降解耐热食品包装膜,其特征在于所述的透明耐热保护层(1)为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种双降解耐热食品包装膜,其特征在于所述的印刷基材层(3)为双向拉伸聚酰胺,双向拉伸聚丙烯或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种双降解耐热食品包装膜,其特征在于所述的透明耐热保护层(1)和印刷基材层(3)中光敏剂为二苯甲酮、二茂铁、硬脂酸铁或烷基硫代氨基甲酸铁。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种双降解耐热食品包装膜,其特征在于所述的可光降解阻隔层(4)中的含有光敏基团的单体为甲基乙烯酮、甲基丙烯酮或乙烯醇肉桂酸酯。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种双降解耐热食品包装膜,其特征在于所述的可光降解阻隔层(4)中的烯烃类单体为乙烯或丙烯。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种双降解耐热食品包装膜,其特征在于所述的可生物降解热封层(5)中的含酯基结构的脂肪族聚酯为聚乳酸、聚己内酯或聚酯酰胺。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种双降解耐热食品包装膜,其特征在于所述的透明耐热保护层(1)的厚度为10-30微米、印刷基材层(3)的厚度为20-50微米、可光降解阻隔层(4)的厚度为20-50微米、可生物降解热封层(5)的厚度为20-50微米。
