Abstract
本发明涉及一种清洁毒皂，该皂由皂粒、杀菌剂、钛白粉、貂油、香料及防腐剂组成，该皂的制备分两步进行，先制备杀菌剂，再制皂，杀菌剂为纯天然中草药组合物，其中含有土茯苓、大青叶、连翘、双花、黄连、黄柏等，本清洁消毒皂的优点在于：不含任何西药成分，对人体无毒无刺激性，清洁皮肤的同时还能够保护皮肤，杀菌效果显著，经常使用可及时清除皮肤污垢，有效杀灭细菌及抑制细菌的繁殖与传播，有效地防治性病及防止各种传染病的交叉感染。
Description
本发明涉及一种清洁用品，特别是指皂类清洁用品。
目前市场上的皂类清洁用品品种繁多，大体上可以分为三类，一类为最常用的肥皂，另一类为香型各异的香皂，这两类其功能均以清洁去污为主，前者的碱性较大，更适合于洗涤衣物，后者对人体皮肤的刺激性较小，是人们清洁皮肤的佳品。还有一类为药皂，其主要功能在于杀菌消毒，但其中的药物成分对人体皮肤有较大的刺激作用，不宜经常使用。香皂和药皂对于清洁皮肤各有所长，若能使这两种功能合而为一，制出一种去污力强，具有杀菌作用且对皮肤无刺激的香皂，将给人们的生活带来极大方便，现已有类似的产品问世，但该香皂中的药物为西药，这类药的长期使用对人体皮肤仍有一定的刺激作用，另外药效也有限。
本发明的目的在于提供一种集美容和保健为一体的清洁消毒皂，其中的药物成分为纯天然中草药，杀菌效果显著，长期使用对人体皮肤无害，以弥补现有香皂和药皂的缺陷。
本发明提供的清洁消毒皂由皂粒、杀菌剂、钛自粉、貂油、香料以及防腐剂组成，各组份的配比为：每100克皂粒配杀菌剂流浸膏1-10克，钛自粉0.5-5克，貂油0.05-1克，防腐剂0.05-0.2克，香料适量。杀菌剂的成分为纯中草药，其中含有土茯苓、大青叶、连翘、双花、黄连、黄柏等，所述杀菌剂配方为：
土茯苓 5-40％
大青叶 5-60％
连翘 5-60％
双花 5-70％
黄连 5-60％
黄柏 5-70％
各组份之和为 100％。
本发明清洁消毒皂的制备分两步进行：
第一步，先制备杀菌剂，将土茯苓、大青叶、连翘、双花、黄连、黄柏浸泡于水中，分三次煎煮，第一次煎煮时间为1-3小时，第二次和第三次煎煮时间均为1.5-2小时，将三次煎煮后的药液过滤，滤液静置24小时，取上清液，加热浓缩成流浸膏状，与原液浓度之比为1∶10，密度为1.30-1.40；
第二步，制皂，将制得的杀菌剂与皂粒、钛白粉、貂油、香料以及防腐剂按比例混合，各组份的配比为：每100克皂粒配杀菌剂1-10克，钛白粉0.5-5克，貂油0.05-1克，防腐剂0.05-0.2克，香料适量，搅拌后成型。
本发明清洁消毒皂经过卫生防疫部门严格检测，结果表明，该皂在5分钟内对金黄色葡萄球菌、淋病双球菌、大肠杆菌等的杀灭率为99.99-100％。经药理、毒理试验证明，该皂对人体无毒无害、对皮肤无刺激及副作用。
将这种清洁消毒皂与现有市面上的各种香皂比较，它的优点在于：不合任何西药成分，对人体无毒无刺激性，清洁皮肤的同时还能够保护皮肤，杀菌效果显著，经常使用可及时清除皮肤污垢，有效杀灭细菌及抑制细菌的繁殖与传播，有效地防治性病及防止各种传染病的交叉感染。
下面提供本发明的几个实施例。
实施例1：
第一步先制备杀菌剂，杀菌剂各组分的配比为：土茯苓8％，大青叶9％，连翘48％，双花24％，黄连6％，黄柏5％，混合后浸泡于水中，分三次煎煮，每次2小时，将三次的滤液静置24小时取上清液，加热浓缩成流浸膏状，密度为1.30-1.35；
第二步制皂，按每100克皂粒加入杀菌膏9克，钛白粉1克，貂油0.5克，防腐剂必泊金0.01克，香料适量混合配制，搅拌后成型。
实施例2：
第一步制备杀菌剂，步骤与实施例1相同，各组分的配比为：土茯苓35％，大青叶28％，连翘5％，双花8％，黄连12％，黄柏12％。
第二步制皂，步骤与实施例1相同。
实施例3：
先制备杀菌剂，各组分的配比为：土茯苓14％，大青叶56％，连翘11％，双花8％，黄连5％，黄柏6％，以下步骤与上实施例大致相同，所不同的是第一次煎煮时间为三小时，第二次与第三次煎煮时间为1.5小时。第二步步骤与上实施例相同。
实施例4：
本实施例所采用的制备方法与实施例1相同，选择的配方为：土茯苓6％，大青叶15％，连翘6％，双花58％，黄连8％，黄柏7％。
实施例5：
本实施例所采用的方法与实施例3相同，杀菌剂配方为：土茯苓10％，大青叶5％，连翘15％，双花6％，黄连53％，黄柏11％。
Claims (2)
1．一种清洁消毒皂，由皂粒、杀菌剂、钛白粉、貂油、香料以及防腐剂组成，其中皂粒与杀菌剂的配比为每100克皂粒配杀菌剂流浸膏1-10克，其特征在于所述杀菌剂的配方为：
土茯苓 5-40％
大青叶 5-60％
连翘 5-60％
双花 5-70％
黄连 5-60％
黄柏 5-70％
各组分之和为100％。
2．根据权利要求1所述的清洁消毒皂的制备方法，其特征在于分两步进行：
第一步，先制备杀菌剂，将土茯苓、大青叶、连翘、双花、黄连、黄柏浸泡于水中，分三次煎煮，第一次煎煮时间为1-3小时，第二次和第三次煎煮时间为1.5-2小时，将三次煎煮后的药液过滤，滤液静置24小时，取上清液，加热浓缩成流浸膏，流浸膏与原液浓度之比为1∶10，密度为1.30-1.40；
第二步，制皂，将杀菌剂与皂粒、钛白粉、貂油、香料以及防腐剂按照比例混合，搅拌后成型。
