Abstract

本发明提供一种隔音耐寒海绵的制备方法,通过对隔音海绵进行制备,并贴置一层耐寒层,对隔音海绵进行保护,使其在低温情况下同样可以工作,提高海绵的耐寒性,并且对其进行透气性测试,防止隔音海绵不够透气。

隔音耐寒海绵的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及隔音材料制造领域,尤其涉及一种隔音耐寒海绵的制备方法。
背景技术
目前在制造空调等产品时,由于产品工作时会产生声响,需要在空调中安装隔音材料以保持空调的静音性,目前使用的隔音材料通常是隔音海绵,但是由于工作环境的需要,隔音海绵有时会在较低的温度下进行工作,但是温度较低时隔音材料的性能容易被消弱,影响隔音海绵的使用效果。因此,解决隔音海绵耐寒性不良的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种隔音耐寒海绵的制备方法,通过对隔音海绵进行制备,并贴置一层耐寒层,对隔音海绵进行保护,使其在低温情况下同样可以工作,解决了隔音海绵耐寒性不良的问题。
本发明提供一种隔音耐寒海绵的制备方法,所述制备方法步骤如下:
步骤一:将原料放入发泡装置中进行发泡;
步骤二:发泡过后的海绵送入压片装置进行进行压平;
步骤三:对压平的海绵进行裁剪;
步骤四:对海绵表面附着一层耐寒层;
步骤五:对附着耐寒层的海绵进行透气性测试;
步骤六:对海绵进行降温耐寒性测试;
步骤七:对合格海绵进行分装。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤四中的海绵表面的耐寒层为PVC材料制成,所述耐寒层上带有透气的通孔。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤六中海绵需在-40℃的环境下仍然正常隔音。
本发明的有益效果是:通过对隔音海绵进行制备,并贴置一层耐寒层,对隔音海绵进行保护,使其在低温情况下同样可以工作,提高海绵的耐寒性,并且对其进行透气性测试,防止隔音海绵不够透气。

本实施例提供了一种隔音耐寒海绵的制备方法,所述制备方法步骤如下:
步骤一:将原料放入发泡装置中进行发泡;
步骤二:发泡过后的海绵送入压片装置进行进行压平;
步骤三:对压平的海绵进行裁剪;
步骤四:对海绵表面附着一层耐寒层;
步骤五:对附着耐寒层的海绵进行透气性测试;
步骤六:对海绵进行降温耐寒性测试;
步骤七:对合格海绵进行分装。
所述步骤四中的海绵表面的耐寒层为PVC材料制成,所述耐寒层上带有透气的通孔。所述步骤六中海绵需在-40℃的环境下仍然正常隔音。通过对隔音海绵进行制备,并贴置一层耐寒层,对隔音海绵进行保护,使其在低温情况下同样可以工作,提高海绵的耐寒性,并且对其进行透气性测试,防止隔音海绵不够透气。

1.一种隔音耐寒海绵的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法步骤如下:
步骤一:将原料放入发泡装置中进行发泡;
步骤二:发泡过后的海绵送入压片装置进行进行压平;
步骤三:对压平的海绵进行裁剪;
步骤四:对海绵表面附着一层耐寒层;
步骤五:对附着耐寒层的海绵进行透气性测试;
步骤六:对海绵进行降温耐寒性测试;
步骤七:对合格海绵进行分装。
2.如权利要求1所述的隔音耐寒海绵的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤四中的海绵表面的耐寒层为PVC材料制成,所述耐寒层上带有透气的通孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的隔音耐寒海绵的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤六中海绵需在-40℃的环境下仍然正常隔音。
