Abstract
本发明公开一种浅色萜烯树脂的制备方法,属于松香深加工技术领域。本发明按重量份计,将25份~30份甲苯、30份~35份松节油、0.1份~0.2份无水三氯化铝、0.2份~0.3份三氟氯乙烯、0.05份~0.1份四氟乙烯投入反应釜中混合均匀,并在0℃~5℃下保温反应0.5小时~1小时,然后进行蒸馏。本发明在现有萜烯树脂的制备方法的基础上,通过在其制备过程加入一定比例的三氟氯乙烯、0.05份~0.1份四氟乙烯,使得本发明制得的产物萜烯树脂颜色变得更浅。

技术领域
本发明属于松香深加工技术领域,尤其是一种浅色萜烯树脂的制备方法。
背景技术
萜烯树脂是一些热塑性嵌段共聚物、具有低气味、高硬度、高附着力、抗氧化性和热稳定性好、相容性和溶解性好等优点,特别EVA系SIS系,SBS系等热溶胶中具有优良的相容性和耐候性及增粘效果,其广泛应用于胶粘剂、接着剂、双面胶带、溶剂型胶水、书本装订版、色装、胶布、烯烃胶布、牛皮纸卡胶布、胶带 标签、木工胶、压敏胶、热溶胶、密封胶、油漆和油墨及其它聚合物改质剂等方面。但其也存在着一些不可忽视的缺点,即颜色较深。
发明内容
本发明提供一种浅色萜烯树脂的制备方法,该方法制得的萜烯树脂具有颜色浅的优点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
按重量份计,将25份~30份甲苯、30份~35份松节油、0.1份~0.2份无水三氯化铝、0.2份~0.3份三氟氯乙烯、0.05份~0.1份四氟乙烯投入反应釜中混合均匀,并在0℃~5℃下保温反应0.5小时~1小时,然后进行蒸馏。
由于采用上述技术方案 ,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明在现有萜烯树脂的制备方法的基础上,通过在其制备过程加入一定比例的三氟氯乙烯、四氟乙烯,使得本发明制得的产物萜烯树脂颜色变得更浅。

下面结合具体实例,对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1--制作浅色萜烯树脂的方法:
将25kg甲苯、30kg松节油、0.2kg无水三氯化铝、0.3kg三氟氯乙烯、0.05kg四氟乙烯投入反应釜中混合均匀,并在0℃下保温反应1小时,然后进行蒸馏。
本实施例制得的产物萜烯树脂的加纳色号为1。
实施例2--制作浅色萜烯树脂的方法:
将30kg甲苯、32kg松节油、0.15kg无水三氯化铝、0.2kg三氟氯乙烯、0.1kg四氟乙烯投入反应釜中混合均匀,并在5℃下保温反应0.5小时,然后进行蒸馏。
本实施例制得的产物萜烯树脂的加纳色号为1。
实施例3--制作浅色萜烯树脂的方法:
将26kg甲苯、35kg松节油、0.1kg无水三氯化铝、0.25kg三氟氯乙烯、0.08kg四氟乙烯投入反应釜中混合均匀,并在3℃下保温反应0.5小时,然后进行蒸馏。
本实施例制得的产物萜烯树脂的加纳色号为1。

1.一种浅色萜烯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
按重量份计,将25份~30份甲苯、30份~35份松节油、0.1份~0.2份无水三氯化铝、0.2份~0.3份三氟氯乙烯、0.05份~0.1份四氟乙烯投入反应釜中混合均匀,并在0℃~5℃下保温反应0.5小时~1小时,然后进行蒸馏。
