使用的防锈漆大致为油性和水性两种。油性防锈漆使材料表面油腻去除困难,已很少使用。油性防锈漆使用方便,价格低廉,但因含有亚硝酸盐、铬酸盐等有毒物质,对操作人员危害较大,国家已限制使用,且此类产品性能单一,不能满足磁性合金材料的防锈要求。环氧防锈漆多用于聚酰胺作为固化剂,双酚A环己酮为黏结剂,涂膜对底材附着力好,施工性能良好,漆膜柔韧性好,耐水、耐油耐化学品好。加入不同的防锈颜料,可以配制成不同的防锈漆,多为底漆。
水性金属防锈漆选用金属强力螯合剂肌醇六磷酸酯为主要成分,与其他几种水性助剂复配而成。肌醇六磷酸酯是从粮食作物中提取的天然无毒有机化工产品,当它作为磁性材料防锈剂使用时,能在表面与金属迅速螯合,形成一层致密的单分子络合物保护膜,可有效抑制金属的腐蚀。经该产品处理后的材料表面保持原色,不必水洗即可进入涂装等下道工序。常用的环氧防锈漆有环氧氯磺化聚乙烯防腐防锈漆、环氧铝粉防锈漆、环氧硬脂酸铝防锈漆、环氧氯磺化聚乙烯防腐防锈漆和环氧富锌底漆等。
防锈颜料是防锈漆的重要组成部分.物理防锈颜料是一类本身化学性质较为稳定的颜料,它们是靠本身的物理性能,化学性能稳定,质地坚硬,颗粒细微,优良的填充性,提高漆膜的致密度,降低漆膜的可渗性从而起到防锈的作用.氧化氯磺化聚乙烯就属这类物质.而金属铝粉的防锈性是由于铝粉具有鳞片状结构,形成漆膜紧密,还有较强的反射紫外线光的能力,可提高漆膜抗老化的能力。环氧氯磺化聚乙烯、环氧铝粉和环氧硬脂酸铝防锈漆氧化氯磺化聚乙烯是环氧防锈漆常用的防锈颜料,如果加入铝粉,则可以加强其防锈性能,含有硬脂酸铝和氧化氯磺化聚乙烯防腐防锈颜料的环氧硬脂酸铝防锈漆,除了用于钢铁表面的防锈,还特别可以用于镀锌件的防锈。需要注意是,由于硬脂酸铝微溶于水,所以含有硬脂酸铝颜料的防锈漆尽管防锈性能要优于只含有氯磺化聚乙烯的防锈漆,但是它不推荐长期用于水下部位,否则会产生起泡等问题。
无机硅酸锌车间底漆、无机硅酸锌车间底漆(高锌)、水性无机富锌底漆、水性无机富锌底漆(高锌)、乙烯磷化底漆、各色有机硅耐温漆(300℃)、银色有机硅耐温漆(400℃)、白醇酸船壳漆、黑醇酸船壳漆、绿醇酸船壳漆、兰灰醇酸船壳漆、浅灰醇酸船壳漆、紫红醇酸甲板漆、草绿醇酸甲板漆、铝粉沥青船底漆、沥青船底漆、棕沥青木船防污漆、棕沥青铁船防污漆、长效防污漆、煤焦沥青清漆、环氧煤沥青底漆、环氧煤沥青面漆、环氧沥青防锈漆、厚浆型铝粉环氧沥青防锈漆、厚浆型环氧沥青防锈漆、环氧煤沥青管道专用漆、沥青清漆、耐高温防腐涂料ZS(1800℃)、无机防腐涂料、沥青锅炉漆。
发明内容
本发明提供一种干燥快、防腐性好的金属用氯磺化聚乙烯防腐防锈漆,解决现有金属用材料干燥慢和防腐性能差等技术问题。
本发明采用以下技术方案:一种金属用氯磺化聚乙烯防腐防锈漆,其原料按质量份数配比如下:三聚桐油酸100份,氯磺化聚乙烯15-35份,环己酮2-6份,甲乙酮3-7份,硬脂酸铝0.2-0.6份,二甲苯3-7份,铝粉浆1-20份,三亚乙基三胺10-30份,磷酸锌15-35份,丁醇5-25份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述金属用氯磺化聚乙烯防腐防锈漆的原料按质量份数配比如下:三聚桐油酸100份,氯磺化聚乙烯20-30份,环己酮3-5份,甲乙酮4-6份,硬脂酸铝0.3-0.5份,二甲苯4-6份,铝粉浆5-15份,三亚乙基三胺15-25份,磷酸锌20-30份,丁醇10-20份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述金属用氯磺化聚乙烯防腐防锈漆的原料按质量份数配比如下:三聚桐油酸100份,氯磺化聚乙烯20份,环己酮3份,甲乙酮4份,硬脂酸铝0.3份,二甲苯4份,铝粉浆5份,三亚乙基三胺15份,磷酸锌20份,丁醇10份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述金属用氯磺化聚乙烯防腐防锈漆的原料按质量份数配比如下:三聚桐油酸100份,氯磺化聚乙烯30份,环己酮5份,甲乙酮6份,硬脂酸铝0.5份,二甲苯6份,铝粉浆15份,三亚乙基三胺25份,磷酸锌30份,丁醇20份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述金属用氯磺化聚乙烯防腐防锈漆的原料按质量份数配比如下:三聚桐油酸100份,氯磺化聚乙烯25份,环己酮4份,甲乙酮5份,硬脂酸铝0.4份,二甲苯5份,铝粉浆10份,三亚乙基三胺20份,磷酸锌25份,丁醇15份。
有益效果
本发明所述一种金属用氯磺化聚乙烯防腐防锈漆采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、用于金属表面防锈、防腐,粘度95-115s,细度30-50μm;2、防腐性能好,冲击性55-75cm,耐盐水性30-50d不起泡、不脱落;3、表干1-5h,实干16-20h,遮盖力110-150g/cm2,制备方法简单,原料简单易得,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。
具体实施方式
以下结合实例对本发明作进一步的描述,实施例仅用于对本发明进行说明,并不构成对权利要求范围的限制,本领域技术人员可以想到的其他替代手段,均在本发明权利要求范围内。
实施例1:
第一步:按照质量份数配比称取三聚桐油酸100份,氯磺化聚乙烯15份,环己酮2份,甲乙酮3份,硬脂酸铝0.2份,二甲苯3份,铝粉浆1份,三亚乙基三胺10份,磷酸锌15份,丁醇5份。
第二步:将三聚桐油酸、氯磺化聚乙烯、环己酮、甲乙酮和二甲苯投入反应釜中,加热至130℃,以250r/min速度搅拌25min。
第三步:将搅拌均匀后的液体静置80min,加入硬脂酸铝、铝粉浆、三聚桐油酸、磷酸锌和丁醇,在180℃混合均匀后投入研磨机研磨12h,过滤后包装。
用于金属表面防锈、防腐,粘度95s,细度50μm;防腐性能好,冲击性55cm,耐盐水性30d不起泡、不脱落;表干5h,实干20h,遮盖力110g/cm2,制备方法简单,原料简单易得,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。
实施例2:
第一步:按照质量份数配比称取三聚桐油酸100份,氯磺化聚乙烯35份,环己酮6份,甲乙酮7份,硬脂酸铝0.6份,二甲苯7份,铝粉浆20份,三亚乙基三胺30份,磷酸锌35份,丁醇25份。
第二步:将三聚桐油酸、氯磺化聚乙烯、环己酮、甲乙酮和二甲苯投入反应釜中,加热至150℃,以450r/min速度搅拌45min。
第三步:将搅拌均匀后的液体静置120min,加入硬脂酸铝、铝粉浆、三聚桐油酸、磷酸锌和丁醇,在200℃混合均匀后投入研磨机研磨14h,过滤后包装。
用于金属表面防锈、防腐,粘度110s,细度45μm;防腐性能好,冲击性60cm,耐盐水性35d不起泡、不脱落;表干4h,实干19h,遮盖力120g/cm2,制备方法简单,原料简单易得,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。
实施例3:
第一步:按照质量份数配比称取三聚桐油酸100份,氯磺化聚乙烯20份,环己酮3份,甲乙酮4份,硬脂酸铝0.3份,二甲苯4份,铝粉浆5份,三亚乙基三胺15份,磷酸锌20份,丁醇10份。
第二步:将三聚桐油酸、氯磺化聚乙烯、环己酮、甲乙酮和二甲苯投入反应釜中,加热至130℃,以250r/min速度搅拌25min。
第三步:将搅拌均匀后的液体静置80min,加入硬脂酸铝、铝粉浆、三聚桐油酸、磷酸锌和丁醇,在180℃混合均匀后投入研磨机研磨12h,过滤后包装。

第一步:按照质量份数配比称取三聚桐油酸100份,氯磺化聚乙烯30份,环己酮5份,甲乙酮6份,硬脂酸铝0.5份,二甲苯6份,铝粉浆15份,三亚乙基三胺25份,磷酸锌30份,丁醇20份。
第二步:将三聚桐油酸、氯磺化聚乙烯、环己酮、甲乙酮和二甲苯投入反应釜中,加热至150℃,以450r/min速度搅拌45min。
第三步:将搅拌均匀后的液体静置120min,加入硬脂酸铝、铝粉浆、三聚桐油酸、磷酸锌和丁醇,在200℃混合均匀后投入研磨机研磨14h,过滤后包装。

第一步:按照质量份数配比称取三聚桐油酸100份,氯磺化聚乙烯25份,环己酮4份,甲乙酮5份,硬脂酸铝0.4份,二甲苯5份,铝粉浆10份,三亚乙基三胺20份,磷酸锌25份,丁醇15份。
第二步:将三聚桐油酸、氯磺化聚乙烯、环己酮、甲乙酮和二甲苯投入反应釜中,加热至140℃,以350r/min速度搅拌35min。
第三步:将搅拌均匀后的液体静置100min,加入硬脂酸铝、铝粉浆、三聚桐油酸、磷酸锌和丁醇,在190℃混合均匀后投入研磨机研磨13h,过滤后包装。
用于金属表面防锈、防腐,粘度115s,细度30μm;防腐性能好,冲击性75cm,耐盐水性50d不起泡、不脱落;表干1h,实干16h,遮盖力150g/cm2,制备方法简单,原料简单易得,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。

1.一种金属用氯磺化聚乙烯防腐防锈漆,其特征在于,所述金属用氯磺化聚乙烯防腐防锈漆的原料按质量份数配比如下:三聚桐油酸100份,氯磺化聚乙烯15-35份,环己酮2-6份,甲乙酮3-7份,硬脂酸铝0.2-0.6份,二甲苯3-7份,铝粉浆1-20份,三亚乙基三胺10-30份,磷酸锌15-35份,丁醇5-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属用氯磺化聚乙烯防腐防锈漆,其特征在于,所述金属用氯磺化聚乙烯防腐防锈漆的原料按质量份数配比如下:三聚桐油酸100份,氯磺化聚乙烯20-30份,环己酮3-5份,甲乙酮4-6份,硬脂酸铝0.3-0.5份,二甲苯4-6份,铝粉浆5-15份,三亚乙基三胺15-25份,磷酸锌20-30份,丁醇10-20份。
