技术领域
本发明涉及防锈剂,尤其涉及一种金属除油除锈防锈剂。
背景技术
目前,国内大型机加工零件在安装前及中途运输过程中大都需要防锈处理,现在普遍采用牛油或普通的防锈油进行防锈,这些防锈剂虽然具有一定的防锈作用,但是效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种金属除油除锈防锈剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种金属除油除锈防锈剂,包括氢氧化钠50-80份,铁粉100-200份,环氧甲烷100-250份,六亚乙基四胺120-300份,聚氧丙烯脂肪醇醚50-80份,浓度为70%的磷酸500-700份,山梨醇20-70份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
本发明的除锈剂化学性能稳定,对金属能打到除油除锈防锈的一步法,制作成本低,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
实施例1:包括氢氧化钠50份,铁粉100份,环氧甲烷100份,六亚乙基四胺120份,聚氧丙烯脂肪醇醚50份,浓度为70%的磷酸500份,山梨醇20份。
实施例2:包括氢氧化钠60份,铁粉150份,环氧甲烷180份,六亚乙基四胺210份,聚氧丙烯脂肪醇醚70份,浓度为70%的磷酸600份,山梨醇50份。
实施例3:包括氢氧化钠80份,铁粉200份,环氧甲烷250份,六亚乙基四胺300份,聚氧丙烯脂肪醇醚80份,浓度为70%的磷酸700份,山梨醇70份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
综上所述,化学性能稳定,对金属能打到除油除锈防锈的一步法,制作成本低,使用寿命长。
