本发明公开了一种防锈透明切削液的配方,其原料组成为:防锈络合物:40‑50份;聚乙二醇:6‑8份;三乙醇胺:5‑9份;蓖麻油硫酸乙醇胺盐:7‑10份;苯并三氮唑:3‑5份;硫代硫酸钠:15‑20份;环烷酸锌:2‑4份;亚硝酸钠:15‑18份;四硼酸钠:1‑3份;碳酸钠:0.5‑1份;上述份数均为质量份数。上述防锈透明切削液的配方,适用于多种金属,提高了切削液的防锈性能,且透明稳定性好,有良好的极压性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防锈透明切削液的配方。
背景技术
防锈透明切削液是一种用在金属切、削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体, 同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释特点。
传统的防锈透明切削液的配方,比较简单,对应的,各种性能也无法达到更优。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种防锈透明切削液的配方,提高切削液的防锈性能,且透明稳定性好。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种防锈透明切削液的配方,其特征在于,其原料组成为:
防锈络合物:40-50份;
聚乙二醇:6-8份;
三乙醇胺:5-9份;
蓖麻油硫酸乙醇胺盐:7-10份;
苯并三氮唑:3-5份;
硫代硫酸钠:15-20份;
环烷酸锌:2-4份;
亚硝酸钠:15-18份;
四硼酸钠:1-3份;
碳酸钠:0.5-1份;
上述份数均为质量份数。
优选,所述防锈络合物是45份,所述份数为质量份数。
优选,所述硫代硫酸钠是17份,所述份数为质量份数。
优选,所述亚硝酸钠是16份,所述份数为质量份数。
本发明的有益效果是:上述防锈透明切削液的配方,适用于多种金属,提高了切削液的防锈性能,且透明稳定性好,有良好的极压性。

硫代硫酸钠:15-20份;
环烷酸锌:2-4份;
亚硝酸钠:15-18份;
四硼酸钠:1-3份;
碳酸钠:0.5-1份;
上述份数均为质量份数。
优选,所述防锈络合物是45份,所述份数为质量份数。
优选,所述硫代硫酸钠是17份,所述份数为质量份数。
优选,所述亚硝酸钠是16份,所述份数为质量份数。
优选,还包括三聚磷酸钾4-5份,所述份数为质量份数。
优选,所述蓖麻油硫酸乙醇胺盐是8份,所述份数为质量份数。
上述防锈透明切削液的配方,适用于多种金属,提高了切削液的防锈性能,且透明稳定性好,有良好的极压性。

环烷酸锌:2-4份;
亚硝酸钠:15-18份;
四硼酸钠:1-3份;
碳酸钠:0.5-1份;
上述份数均为质量份数。
