Abstract
本发明公开了一种成人用卫生纸尿裤，包括：包覆表层、底布以及设于两者之间的超强吸收层，所述包覆表层和底布的边缘贴合在一起并向上折边形成立体护围，所述包覆表层为纺粘无纺布以及贴合在纺粘无纺布表面的维生素E防护层，所述超强吸收层包括至少两层亲水无纺布以及置于亲水无纺布之间的高吸水性树脂层，所述底布包括至少两层防水无纺布。通过上述方式，本发明成人用卫生纸尿裤具有高效的吸水性能，保障尿液被充分吸收，可以抑制异味的扩散，减少细菌滋生，防止尿液外渗，及时排出湿气和热气，保证使用者更加舒适不刺激皮肤，还保障了纸尿裤与使用者衣服的贴合程度更加牢靠，避免纸尿裤在使用过程中发生移位。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纸尿裤技术领域，特别是涉及一种成人用卫生纸尿裤。
背景技术
纸尿裤的用户群体主要有婴儿与成年人两大类。其中中国市场主要为婴儿纸尿裤，中国每年有近2000万的婴儿出生，使用尿裤的0岁至2岁的婴儿达到4000多万。
而根据国家统计局的数据，2008年全国60岁以上人口达到1.599亿人，占总人口的12%，65岁以上的老年人口达到1.096亿人占总人口的8.3%。
成人的排泄量大大高于婴幼儿，因此成人纸尿裤的亲水吸水性能也要远远高于婴幼儿纸尿裤。目前我国市场上的成人纸尿裤存在很多缺陷，亲水性不够，容易渗漏，穿戴不便，使用起来也很不舒服。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种成人用卫生纸尿裤，具有高效的吸水性能，保障尿液被充分吸收，可以抑制异味的扩散，减少细菌滋生，防止尿液外渗，及时排出湿气和热气，保证使用者更加舒适不刺激皮肤，还保障了纸尿裤与使用者衣服的贴合程度更加牢靠，避免纸尿裤在使用过程中发生移位。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种成人用卫生纸尿裤，包括：包覆表层、底布以及设于两者之间的超强吸收层，所述包覆表层和底布的边缘贴合在一起并向上折边形成立体护围，所述包覆表层为纺粘无纺布以及贴合在纺粘无纺布表面的维生素E防护层，所述超强吸收层包括至少两层亲水无纺布以及置于亲水无纺布之间的高吸水性树脂层，所述底布包括至少两层防水无纺布。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，还包括一魔术贴，所述魔术贴绕着立体护围的外表面设置有一圈。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述超强吸收层中还喷涂有天然植物抑味剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述亲水无纺布为PP亲水无纺布，PP亲水无纺布表面均布有高分子锁水颗粒。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述防水无纺布包括有三层，它们之间通过热风穿透方式熔合在一起。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明成人用卫生纸尿裤具有高效的吸水性能，保障尿液被充分吸收，可以抑制异味的扩散，减少细菌滋生，防止尿液外渗，及时排出湿气和热气，保证使用者更加舒适不刺激皮肤，还保障了纸尿裤与使用者衣服的贴合程度更加牢靠，避免纸尿裤在使用过程中发生移位。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1至图2，本发明实施例包括：
一种成人用卫生纸尿裤，包括：包覆表层1、底布3以及设于两者之间的超强吸收层2。
所述包覆表层1和底布3的边缘贴合在一起并向上折边形成立体护围4，增加了纸尿裤的使用面积，可以抑制尿液的外渗，保证使用者的干爽舒适。
还包括一魔术贴5，所述魔术贴5绕着立体护围4的外表面设置有一圈，即在立体护围4的外表面均布有一整圈的魔术贴5，保证纸尿裤与使用者衣服的贴合程度更加牢靠，避免纸尿裤在使用过程中发生移位，避免影响穿戴的舒适程度。
所述包覆表层1为纺粘无纺布11以及贴合在纺粘无纺布11表面的维生素E防护层12，纺粘无纺布11能够提高纸尿裤内部的透气程度，及时排出湿气和热气，维生素E防护层12可以保证使用者更加舒适不刺激皮肤。
所述超强吸收层2包括至少两层亲水无纺布21以及置于亲水无纺布21之间的高吸水性树脂层22。
高吸水性树脂层22采用高分子的吸水树脂，其吸水倍数可达自身质量的数百乃至数千倍，具有高效的吸水性能。
所述亲水无纺布21为PP亲水无纺布，PP亲水无纺布表面均布有高分子锁水颗粒。
PP亲水无纺布的布面均匀，手感良好，透气性佳，拉力强劲，具有更好的延展性，吸水效果也很明显。
高分子锁水颗粒与高吸水性树脂层双重保障，可以进一步加强吸水性能，保障尿液被充分吸收。
所述超强吸收层2中还喷涂有天然植物抑味剂，具有极强的活性，可以抑制异味的扩散，减少细菌滋生，具有抑菌杀菌效果。
所述底布3包括至少两层防水无纺布31。优选地，所述防水无纺布31包括有三层，它们之间通过热风穿透方式熔合在一起，牢固可靠，可以有效防止尿液的外渗现象。
本发明成人用卫生纸尿裤的有益效果是：
具有高效的吸水性能，保障尿液被充分吸收，可以抑制异味的扩散，减少细菌滋生，防止尿液外渗，及时排出湿气和热气，保证使用者更加舒适不刺激皮肤，还保障了纸尿裤与使用者衣服的贴合程度更加牢靠，避免纸尿裤在使用过程中发生移位。

1. 一种成人用卫生纸尿裤，其特征在于，包括：包覆表层、底布以及设于两者之间的超强吸收层，所述包覆表层和底布的边缘贴合在一起并向上折边形成立体护围，所述包覆表层为纺粘无纺布以及贴合在纺粘无纺布表面的维生素E防护层，所述超强吸收层包括至少两层亲水无纺布以及置于亲水无纺布之间的高吸水性树脂层，所述底布包括至少两层防水无纺布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的成人用卫生纸尿裤，其特征在于，还包括一魔术贴，所述魔术贴绕着立体护围的外表面设置有一圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的成人用卫生纸尿裤，其特征在于，所述超强吸收层中还喷涂有天然植物抑味剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的成人用卫生纸尿裤，其特征在于，所述亲水无纺布为PP亲水无纺布，PP亲水无纺布表面均布有高分子锁水颗粒。
5.根据权利要求1所述的成人用卫生纸尿裤，其特征在于，所述防水无纺布包括有三层，它们之间通过热风穿透方式熔合在一起。
