Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗痔的药物，该药的有效成分包含枸橼酸钠、明矾、乙酸。其配比最好为：枸橼酸钠5-25重量%，明矾2-20重量%、乙酸2-20重量%、余量为载体。该药对内痔治疗总有效率达97.44%，且具有使用剂量小、疼痛轻、止血快、痊愈时间短，临床使用简便等优点。
Description
本发明涉及一种治疗痔的药物，特别是适用于治疗内痔的药物。
痔是一种常见多发的疾病，采用的治疗方法也较多，其中药物治疗以注射药疗效最佳。目前临床上最常用治疗的注射药为北京中医研究院广安门医院研制的“消痔灵”，对内痔治疗的有效率为95.5％。但该药一次注射量大，需15-20ml，患者痛苦大且时有并发症发生。
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗效果更好，一次注射用量少，患者痛苦少且无副作用及并发症的治疗痔的药物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：该药的有效成分包含枸橼酸钠、明矾、乙酸。
其配比最好为：枸橼酸钠5-25重量％，明矾2-20重量％、乙酸2-20重量％、载体以水最佳，制成注射剂型。当载体为油或凡士林时，也可制成膏剂型。
本发明的注射用药为无色透明溶液，治疗时将药物直接注入痔核粘膜下层，使痔核萎缩脱落，用量可根据痔核大小掌握，一般每个痔核用药量仅需0.2-0.5ml即可。
经临床应用并经统计学处理，表明该药对初期内痔的治愈率可达100％，总有效率达97.44％，优于“消痔灵”及其他药物。对内痔出血只需一针即可止血。
由于本发明的有效成份均无毒，无刺激，且使用量仅0.2-0.5ml，故病人痛苦少，注射后仅有5-10秒的微痛，且无任何副作用及并发症发生。使用也简便病人仅以几次门疹即可痊愈，无需住院。
实施例1
枸橼酸钠15克，明矾50克，加蒸馏水500ml，加热溶解，加36％乙酸200ml，用蒸馏水定容至1000ml，装入安瓿瓶制成每瓶0.5ml注射剂。

1、一种治疗痔的药物，其特征在于该药的各组份组成及配比为：枸橼酸钠5-25重量％，明矾2-20重量％、乙酸2-20重量％、余量为载体。
2、根据权利要求1所述治疗痔的药物，其特征在于：该药的载体为水。
