Abstract

一种快速排气阀，圆筒形阀体内有浮球桶，浮球桶内有浮球，浮球上方有阀芯，阀体内有在阀体轴线上的导向环，阀芯上方有插在导向环内的圆管形导向杆，导向杆在阀芯下方一端的管口嵌有管口密封圈，阀芯导向杆下端管口与浮球上顶之间有内、外套筒式连接颈，内套筒连在浮球上顶，外套筒连在阀芯下方，内套筒上筒口有外折边，外套筒下筒口有内折边，外折边的外径大于内折边的内径，内套筒的筒壁有径向通孔，内套筒的上筒口抵在阀芯下方后，浮球上顶与管口密封圈之间有合理的密封比压。本发明内套筒是浮球推动阀芯上升的传动件，浮球不会对管口密封圈产生没有约束的较大的压力，是一种具有能使管口密封圈受到合理密封比压的密封结构的快速排气阀。

Description

一种快速排气阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种快速排气阀，特别是一种快速排气阀的浮球与管口密封圈之间的密封结构。
背景技术
快速排气阀是在输送水系统管道中的重要装置。快速排气阀安装在输送水系统中高处或有闭气的地方。当管道中产生大量气体时，快速排气阀可以快速地排除管道内的空气，当管道中产生少量气体时，快速排气阀可以及时地排除管道内的少量气体，以防止管道内产生气阻，提高输水效率；当管道中产生负压时，快速排气阀可以快速吸入气体，防止管道因振动而损坏。
快速排气阀是重力式单向阀与浮球阀的组合阀。快速排气阀有圆筒形阀体，阀体的下端有进口，阀体的上端有出口，阀体内有浮球桶，浮球桶的下部有进水口，浮球桶内有浮球，浮球上方有阀芯，阀体内有与阀芯相配合的阀体密封圈，阀体的出口内有在阀体轴线上的导向环，阀芯上方有插在导向环内的圆管形导向杆，导向杆在阀芯下方一端的管口嵌有管口密封圈。
快速排气阀的阀体、阀体密封圈和阀芯组成吸气单向阀，浮球和阀芯组成大排气量浮球阀，浮球和管口嵌有管口密封圈的圆管形导向杆组成小排气量浮球阀。
上述浮球阀在使用时，浮球上升其上顶抵在管口密封圈上，推动阀芯上升使阀芯抵在阀体密封圈上实现出口密封同时也实现圆管形导向杆的密封，管口密封圈既是与浮球的上顶之间一对密封副，又是浮球推动阀芯上升的传动件，浮球是直接抵在管口密封圈的唇口上，使管口密封圈受到没有约束的较大的压力，这种不能约束密封压力远远超过浮球的上顶对管口密封圈的合理的密封比压，这种不能约束密封压力密封结构是不合理的，管口密封圈在较大的压力下会产生较大的变形，时间长了会损坏管口密封圈，这种快速排气阀的管口密封圈因为受到没有约束的较大的压力，极大地影响快速排气阀的使用性能和使用寿命。
现有技术中，没有具有能使管口密封圈受到合理密封比压的密封结构的快速排气阀。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述不足，提出一种具有能使管口密封圈受到合理密封比压的密封结构的快速排气阀。
本发明是用如下方法实现的。
快速排气阀有圆筒形阀体，阀体的下端有进口，阀体的上端有出口，阀体内有浮球桶，浮球桶的下部有进水口，浮球桶内有浮球，浮球上方有阀芯，阀体内有与阀芯相配合的阀体密封圈，阀体的出口内有在阀体轴线上的导向环，阀芯上方有插在导向环内的圆管形导向杆，导向杆在阀芯下方一端的管口嵌有管口密封圈，在阀芯导向杆下端管口与浮球上顶之间有内、外套筒式连接颈，内套筒连在浮球上顶上，外套筒连在阀芯下方，内套筒的上筒口有向筒外的环形外折边，外套筒的下筒口有向筒内的环形内折边，外折边的外径大于内折边的内径，内套筒的筒壁有径向通孔，内套筒的上筒口抵在阀芯下方后，浮球上顶与管口密封圈之间有合理的密封比压。
本发明安装在输送水系统中高处或有闭气的地方。快速排气阀在自然状态时，浮球落在浮球桶底，与浮球用内、外套筒式连接颈相连的阀芯离开阀体密封圈，管口密封圈抵在浮球上。
当输送水系统中的有大量气体需要排出时，输送水系统中的气体经进口、阀体与浮球桶之间的环形通道和出口排出，输送水系统中的气体排出后，水会进入阀体内，并进入浮球桶内让浮球升起，浮球升起可推动阀芯向上运动抵在阀体密封圈上，关闭快速排气阀的出口，防止输送水系统中的水排出。
当快速排气阀的出口处于关闭状态时，输送水系统中产生的少量气体会进入阀体内的阀芯下方，气体进入阀体后使浮球下降离开管口密封圈，少量气体会经内套筒筒壁的径向通孔、管口密封圈和导向杆排出，输送水系统中的少量气体排除后，浮球会重新上升抵在管口密封圈上，防止输送水系统中的水排出。
当输送水系统中产生负压时，与阀芯相连的浮球落会在浮球桶底，阀芯离开阀体密封圈，外部的气体经快速排气阀进入输送水系统中，消除输送水系统中的负压。
本发明的阀芯导向杆下端管口与浮球上顶之间有内、外套筒式连接颈，内套筒的上筒口抵在阀芯下方后，浮球上顶与管口密封圈之间有合理的密封比压，内套筒是浮球推动阀芯上升的传动件，浮球不会对管口密封圈产生没有约束的较大的压力，是一种具有能使管口密封圈受到合理密封比压的密封结构的快速排气阀。

图1~图3中，快速排气阀有圆筒形阀体1，阀体的下端有进口2，阀体的上端有出口3，阀体内有浮球桶4，浮球桶的下部有进水口5，浮球桶内有浮球6，浮球上方有阀芯7，阀体内有与阀芯相配合的阀体密封圈8，阀体的出口内有在阀体轴线上的导向环9，阀芯上方有插在导向环内的圆管形导向杆10，导向杆在阀芯下方一端的管口嵌有管口密封圈11，在阀芯导向杆下端管口与浮球上顶之间有内、外套筒式连接颈12，内套筒13连在浮球上顶上，外套筒14连在阀芯下方，内套筒的上筒口有向筒外的环形外折边15，外套筒的下筒口有向筒内的环形内折边16，外折边的外径大于内折边的内径，内套筒的筒壁有径向通孔17，内套筒的上筒口抵在阀芯下方后，浮球上顶与管口密封圈之间有合理的密封比压。

1.一种快速排气阀，有圆筒形阀体，阀体的下端有进口，阀体的上端有出口，阀体内有浮球桶，浮球桶的下部有进水口，浮球桶内有浮球，浮球上方有阀芯，阀体内有与阀芯相配合的阀体密封圈，阀体的出口内有在阀体轴线上的导向环，阀芯上方有插在导向环内的圆管形导向杆，导向杆在阀芯下方一端的管口嵌有管口密封圈，其特征在于：
在阀芯导向杆下端管口与浮球上顶之间有内、外套筒式连接颈，内套筒连在浮球上顶上，外套筒连在阀芯下方，内套筒的上筒口有向筒外的环形外折边，外套筒的下筒口有向筒内的环形内折边，外折边的外径大于内折边的内径，内套筒的筒壁有径向通孔，内套筒的上筒口抵在阀芯下方后，浮球上顶与管口密封圈之间有合理的密封比压。
