Abstract
本发明提供一种铅酸电池管理系统,包括:蓄电池组,电池温度传感器,环境温度传感器,分流器,电池管理控制盒及组合仪表;所述蓄电池组由多个蓄电池依次串接而成;各蓄电池、分别通过连接导线与电池管理控制盒相连接;电池温度传感器通过连接导线与电池管理控制盒相连接,用于对蓄电池温度进行实时检测;环境温度传感器通过连接导线与电池管理控制盒相连接,用于对蓄电池组工作环境的温度进行实时检测;分流器通过连接导线与电池管理控制盒相连接,用于对各蓄电池放电电流进行实时检测;电池管理控制盒用于接收所述电池温度传感器、环境温度传感器、分流器传入的数据信号;组合仪表通过数据线与电池管理控制盒相连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池管理系统,具体涉及一种铅酸电池管理系统。
背景技术
现有电动汽车电池在使用时为串联成组使用,且都没有电池管理系统。由于电池出厂时产品的离散性及使用条件不同,各单体电池容量差异,造成电池在使用过程中一致性较差,如果在充、放电过程中没有得到应有的控制,会加速电池的老化使电池容量降低、充电不足及过充电等,造成电池容量、寿命降低,车辆续驶里程短等问题。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种铅酸电池管理系统,用于解决现有技术中上述的问题。
为实现上述目的及其他相关目的,本发明提供一种铅酸电池管理系统,包括:蓄电池组,电池温度传感器,环境温度传感器,分流器,电池管理控制盒及组合仪表;
所述蓄电池组由1号蓄电池、2号蓄电池、……N号蓄电池依次串接而成,所述1号蓄电池、2号蓄电池、……N号蓄电池为铅酸电池,其中,N为正整数;
所述1号蓄电池、2号蓄电池、……N号蓄电池分别通过连接导线与所述电池管理控制盒相连接;
所述电池温度传感器通过连接导线与所述电池管理控制盒相连接,用于对蓄电池温度进行实时检测;
所述环境温度传感器通过连接导线与所述电池管理控制盒相连接,用于对蓄电池组工作环境的温度进行实时检测;
所述分流器通过连接导线与所述电池管理控制盒相连接,用于对各蓄电池充、放电电流进行实时检测;
所述电池管理控制盒用于接收所述电池温度传感器、所述环境温度传感器、所述分流器传入的数据信号,并对接收的数据进行处理;
所述组合仪表通过数据线与所述电池管理控制盒相连接,用于接收所述电池管理控制盒传入的数据;
所述电池管理控制盒与所述组合仪表均与12伏车辆电源连接。
优选的,所述组合仪表可显示蓄电池组中的每块电池的端电压、温度、充、放电电流及电池组总电压、总电流。
进一步优选的,所述组合仪表还可显示各电池的剩余电量及对应的车辆可行驶剩余里程。
优选的,所述电池管理控制盒内设置CAN通讯模块,使用时可与电动汽车的CAN通讯网络进行通讯。
如上所述,本发明的铅酸电池管理系统,具有以下有益效果:
1.准确估测动力电池组的荷电状态,即电池剩余电量,保证SOC维持在合理的范围内,防止由于过充电或过放电对电池的损伤;随时预报车辆蓄电池还剩余多少能量及剩余电量可行驶里程。
2.在电池充放电过程中,实时采集电动汽车蓄电池组中的每块电池的端电压和温度、充放电电流及电池组总电压、总电流,通过组合仪表进行显示,防止电池发生过充电或过放电现象。
3.该系统还可同时能够及时给出每只电池的状况,当单只电池压差超过设定压差时可通过仪表或蜂鸣器进行报警,方便用户直观判断有问题电池,保持整组电池运行的可靠性和高效性。
4.车辆在静止充电、车辆关闭停靠后及使用过程中都可为蓄电池组单体电池进行均衡充电,使电池组中各个电池都达到均衡一致的状态,最大程度地延长电池使用寿命,保障车辆运行的稳定性及可靠性。
5.该系统采用CAN总线技术可与车内网进行通讯,将电池的运行信息发送至后台服务器,可为每辆车的每只电池建立使用历史档案,为产品优化及电池质量信息等提供技术资。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种铅酸电池管理系统,包括:蓄电池组,电池温度传感器,环境温度传感器,分流器,电池管理控制盒及组合仪表;
所述蓄电池组由1号蓄电池1、2号蓄电池2、……6号蓄电池8依次串接而成,1号蓄电池1、2号蓄电池2、……6号蓄电池8为铅酸电池;
1号蓄电池、2号蓄电池、……6号蓄电池分别通过连接导线与电池管理控制盒10相连接;
电池温度传感4器通过通过连接导线与电池管理控制盒10相连接,用于对蓄电池温度进行实时检测;
环境温度传感器12通过连接导线与所述电池管理控制盒10相连接,用于对蓄电池组工作环境的温度进行实时检测;
分流器9通过连接导线与电池管理控制盒10相连接,用于对各蓄电池放电电流进行实时检测;
电池管理控制盒10用于接收电池温度传感器4、环境温度传感器12、分流器9传入的数据信号,并对接收的数据进行处理;电池管理控制盒10内设置CAN通讯模块,使用时可与电动汽车的CAN通讯网络进行通讯。
组合仪表11通过数据线与电池管理控制盒10相连接,用于接收电池管理控制盒10传入的数据;组合仪表11可显示蓄电池组中的每块电池的端电压、温度、充、放电电流及电池组总电压、总电流和各电池的剩余电量及对应的车辆可行驶里程。
电池管理控制盒10与组合仪表11均与12伏车辆电源连接。
使用时,整车电源接通后,给电池管理控制盒10和组合仪表11供电,电池管理控制盒10通过连接导线与电动汽车的动力电池1、2、3、5、6、8连接在一起,对电池1、2、3、5、6、8的电压、电流进行实时检测;通过电池温度传感器4、7及环境温度传感器12对电池及环境温度温度进行实时检测;通过分流器9对放电电流进行检测;当电动汽车电池1、2、3、5、6、8在充电、使用及停靠时铅酸电池管理系统可实时检测蓄电池组电压、电流和单体电池电压的参数;通过电池管理控制盒10分析每节单电池1、2、3、5、6、8状况,然后有效的对落后电池及电压过高电池进行均衡处理;通过软硬件技术手段,分析电池健康(SOH)程度,可在组合仪表11对进行显示;电池管理控制盒10通过环境温度传感器12及电池温度传感器4、7及当前电池电量进行综合分析,计算出当前电量可行驶剩余里程,通过组合仪表11对当前剩余电量及可行驶里程进行显示;还可对当前铅酸电池管理系统的故障进行分析,通过组合仪表11对故障问题进行显示。电池管理控制盒10内置CAN通讯技术,可以和整车CAN网络进行通讯,将电池的运行信息发送至企业后台服务器,为每辆车的每只电池建立使用历史档案,为产品优化及电池质量信息等提供技术资料。

Claims (4)
1.一种铅酸电池管理系统,其特征在于,包括:蓄电池组,电池温度传感器,环境温度传感器,分流器,电池管理控制盒及组合仪表;
所述蓄电池组由1号蓄电池、2号蓄电池、……N号蓄电池依次串接而成,所述1号蓄电池、2号蓄电池、……N号蓄电池为铅酸电池,其中,N为正整数;
所述1号蓄电池、2号蓄电池、……N号蓄电池分别通过连接导线与所述电池管理控制盒相连接;
所述电池温度传感器通过连接导线与所述电池管理控制盒相连接,用于对蓄电池温度进行实时检测;
所述环境温度传感器通过连接导线与所述电池管理控制盒相连接,用于对蓄电池组工作环境的温度进行实时检测;
所述分流器通过连接导线与所述电池管理控制盒相连接,用于对各蓄电池充、放电电流进行实时检测;
所述电池管理控制盒用于接收所述电池温度传感器、所述环境温度传感器、所述分流器传入的数据信号,并对接收的数据进行处理;
所述组合仪表通过数据线与所述电池管理控制盒相连接,用于接收所述电池管理控制盒传入的数据;
所述电池管理控制盒与所述组合仪表均与12伏车辆电源连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铅酸电池管理系统,其特征在于:所述组合仪表可显示蓄电池组中的每块电池的端电压、温度、充放电电流及电池组总电压、总电流。
3.根据权利要求2所述的铅酸电池管理系统,其特征在于:所述组合仪表还可显示各电池的剩余电量及对应的车辆可行驶剩余里程。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铅酸电池管理系统,其特征在于:所述电池管理控制盒内设置CAN通讯模块,使用时可与电动汽车的CAN通讯网络进行通讯。
