本发明公开了一种床单面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:1)将1~2重量份壬基苯酚乙氧化物羧酸盐、1.4重量份丁香酚、0.9重量份巴西棕榈蜡、1.2重量份五氯苯酚依次投入20质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;2)再同时投入0.8重量份磷酸二氢铵、1.1重量份钼酸铵、0.4重量份聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二醇酯、0.9重量份N-甲基-N,N,N-三乙醇胺二牛油酯季铵盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。本发明床单面料的整理工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的抗菌、防霉、阻燃、防蛀、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

本发明涉及床单面料的整理工艺。
背景技术
现有面料的抗菌、防霉、阻燃、防蛀、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高,且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种床单面料的整理工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的抗菌、防霉、阻燃、防蛀、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种床单面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份壬基苯酚乙氧化物羧酸盐、1.4重量份丁香酚、0.9重量份巴西棕榈蜡、1.2重量份五氯苯酚依次投入20质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时投入0.8重量份磷酸二氢铵、1.1重量份钼酸铵、0.4重量份聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二醇酯、0.9重量份N-甲基-N,N,N-三乙醇胺二牛油酯季铵盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。

2)再同时投入0.8重量份磷酸二氢铵、1.1重量份钼酸铵、0.4重量份聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二醇酯、0.9重量份N-甲基-N,N,N-三乙醇胺二牛油酯季铵盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。

床单面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:

2.根据权利要求1所述的床单面料的整理工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
