本发明公开了一种床单面料的整理工艺，包括如下步骤：1)将1～2重量份壬基苯酚乙氧化物羧酸盐、1.4重量份丁香酚、0.9重量份巴西棕榈蜡、1.2重量份五氯苯酚依次投入20质量份去离子水中，搅拌均匀；2)再同时投入0.8重量份磷酸二氢铵、1.1重量份钼酸铵、0.4重量份聚对苯二甲酸1，3-丙二醇酯、0.9重量份N-甲基-N，N，N-三乙醇胺二牛油酯季铵盐，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得整理液；3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理，取出后恒温烘干。本发明床单面料的整理工艺，其整理后的面料具有优异的抗菌、防霉、阻燃、防蛀、抗静电性能，且耐洗性强，手感柔软。

本发明涉及床单面料的整理工艺。
背景技术
现有面料的抗菌、防霉、阻燃、防蛀、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高，且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种床单面料的整理工艺，其整理后的面料具有优异的抗菌、防霉、阻燃、防蛀、抗静电性能，且耐洗性强，手感柔软。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是设计一种床单面料的整理工艺，包括如下步骤：
1)将1～2重量份壬基苯酚乙氧化物羧酸盐、1.4重量份丁香酚、0.9重量份巴西棕榈蜡、1.2重量份五氯苯酚依次投入20质量份去离子水中，搅拌均匀；
2)再同时投入0.8重量份磷酸二氢铵、1.1重量份钼酸铵、0.4重量份聚对苯二甲酸1，3-丙二醇酯、0.9重量份N-甲基-N，N，N-三乙醇胺二牛油酯季铵盐，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得整理液；
3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理，取出后恒温烘干。
优选的，床单面料的整理工艺，包括如下步骤：

2)再同时投入0.8重量份磷酸二氢铵、1.1重量份钼酸铵、0.4重量份聚对苯二甲酸1，3-丙二醇酯、0.9重量份N-甲基-N，N，N-三乙醇胺二牛油酯季铵盐，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得整理液；
3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理，取出后恒温烘干。

床单面料的整理工艺，包括如下步骤：
