Abstract
本发明公开了一种超柔绒面料的加工工艺,包括整理工艺,该整理工艺包括如下步骤:1)在12.8质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、1.6质量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.4质量份γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲基硅烷混合,搅拌均匀;2)再同时缓慢加入1.9质量份阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、0.8质量份脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理剂;3)将面料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干。本发明超柔绒面料的加工工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的抗菌性能、防污性能,且耐洗性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及超柔绒面料的加工工艺。
背景技术
现有面料的抗菌性能、防污性能和耐洗性能都有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种超柔绒面料的加工工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的抗菌性能、防污性能,且耐洗性强。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种超柔绒面料的加工工艺,包括整理工艺,该整理工艺包括如下步骤:
1)在12.8质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、1.6质量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.4质量份γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲基硅烷混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入1.9质量份阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、0.8质量份脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理剂;
3)将面料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干。

实施例1
一种超柔绒面料的加工工艺,包括整理工艺,该整理工艺包括如下步骤:
1)在12.8质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、1.6质量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.4质量份γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲基硅烷混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入1.9质量份阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、0.8质量份脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理剂;
3)将面料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干。

2)再同时缓慢加入1.9质量份阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、0.8质量份脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理剂;
3)将面料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干。
