Abstract
本发明涉及一种橡筋复合装置，包括机架及依流水线设于机架上的橡筋旋转机构、橡筋缠绕输送机构、压实机构、电气控制系统，所述橡筋缠绕输送机构包括设于机架前后两端上的输送电机、设于输送电机上的两个丝杆，所述橡筋旋转机构包括设于机架上的旋转电机、旋转盘，所述旋转盘通过中空转轴可转动地设于机架上，所述旋转盘与旋转电机传动相连以实现转动，所述中空转轴上设有一导线孔，所述旋转盘的周侧上设有一导线轮，所述压实机构包括可转动地设于机架上的主动辊、设于机架上的升降气缸、可转动地设于升降气缸活塞杆上的被动辊、与主动辊传动相连的辊压电机，所述两丝杆分别位于主动辊的前后两端。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡筋复合装置。
背景技术
在一次性卫生用品领域，弹性材料广泛应用在纸尿裤的束腰弹性圈中，增强婴儿穿着纸尿裤时的舒适性，产品的性能检测，弹性腰围是不可或缺的组成单元。传统的弹性腰围施加方法为：弹性腰围经切刀切断成单片弹性材料，转移到八字轮，经八字轮将弹性材料横向拉开，贴到产品上。在此背景下，由于弹性材料的价格普遍偏高，导致尿不湿生产厂家强烈呼吁一种能够在线复合弹性腰围的技术，从而减少生产成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够实现在线连续复合弹性腰围、工作稳定、工作效率高的橡筋复合装置。
为达到上述目的，本发明的技术方案是：一种橡筋复合装置，包括机架及依流水线设于机架上的橡筋旋转机构、橡筋缠绕输送机构、压实机构、电气控制系统，所述橡筋缠绕输送机构包括设于机架前后两端上的输送电机、设于输送电机上的两个丝杆，所述橡筋旋转机构包括设于机架上的旋转电机、旋转盘，所述旋转盘通过中空转轴可转动地设于机架上，所述旋转盘与旋转电机传动相连以实现转动，所述中空转轴上设有一导线孔，所述旋转盘的周侧上设有一导线轮，所述压实机构包括可转动地设于机架上的主动辊、设于机架上的升降气缸、可转动地设于升降气缸活塞杆上的被动辊、与主动辊传动相连的辊压电机，所述两丝杆分别位于主动辊的前后两端，所述输送电机、旋转电机、辊压电机、升降气缸分别与电气控制系统相连。
优选的，所述主动辊的前后两端还设有用于熔断橡筋的电热圈，所述电热圈与电气控制系统相连。
优选的，所述压实机构的一侧还设有用于将熔断后的橡筋废料吸附转移的废料转移机构，所述废料转移机构包括可转动地设于机架上的滚筒、与滚筒传动相连的转移电机，所述滚筒靠近橡筋缠绕输送机构的一侧为负压吸附区，远离橡筋缠绕输送机构的一侧为正压吸附区，所述滚筒、转移电机分别与电气控制系统相连。
优选的，所述机架的前后两端位于滚筒的一侧还设有用于收纳橡筋废料的存放箱。
优选的，所述机架上位于橡筋旋转机构的前方还设有用于控制橡筋输入速度与张力的橡筋传输机构。
上述技术方案具有如下有益效果：本橡筋复合装置利用旋转机构使得橡筋的线输入转换成绕圆周的转动的方式输出，而利用两个丝杆，使得橡筋绕两个丝杆之间连续缠绕，形成一个正弦状的曲线，而通过输送电机带动丝杆旋转，就可以让这个正弦状的曲线产生平移，从而进入压实机构，而通过压实机构就可以将橡筋压实于纸尿裤的腰贴上，从而实现复合；进一步的，利用电热圈可以实现橡筋的熔断，即可以将不必要的橡筋切除；进一步的，利用废料转移机构可以方便对被切除的橡筋进行吸附转移，保证工序顺畅进行，且通过正压区与负压区的设置，可以很方便地实现吸附与释放。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体的实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
图1至图5所示，一种橡筋复合装置，包括机架1及依流水线设于机架1上的橡筋输入机构2、橡筋旋转机构3、橡筋缠绕输送机构4、压实机构5、废料转移机构6、电气控制系统，所述橡筋缠绕输送机构4包括设于机架1前后两端上的输送电机41、设于输送电机41上的两个丝杆42，所述橡筋旋转机构3包括设于机架1上的旋转电机31、旋转盘32，所述旋转盘32通过中空转轴33可转动地设于机架1上，所述旋转盘32与旋转电机31传动相连以实现转动，所述中空转轴33上设有一导线孔331，所述旋转盘32的周侧上设有一导线轮321，所述压实机构5包括可转动地设于机架1上的主动辊51、设于机架1上的升降气缸52、可转动地设于升降气缸52活塞杆上的被动辊53、与主动辊51传动相连的辊压电机，所述两丝杆42分别位于主动辊51的前后两端。所述废料转移机构6设于压实机构5的两侧用于将熔断后的橡筋废料吸附转移，所述废料转移机构6包括可转动地设于机架1上的滚筒61、与滚筒61传动相连的转移电机，所述滚筒61靠近橡筋缠绕输送机构4的一侧为负压吸附区611，远离橡筋缠绕输送机构4的一侧为正压吸附区612。所述机架1的前后两端位于滚筒61的一侧还设有用于收纳橡筋废料的存放箱7。所述输送电机41、旋转电机31、辊压电机、升降气缸52、转移电机、滚筒61分别与电气控制系统相连。所述主动辊51的前后两端还设有用于熔断橡筋的电热圈511，所述电热圈511与电气控制系统相连。
上述的橡筋也可以利用多条同时输入的方式，只要在旋转盘上设置多个导线轮即可，也可以相应设置多个导线孔；上述橡筋输入机构为普通的线输入调节机构，其结构已为公知，在此不予赘述。
本橡筋复合装置利用旋转机构使得橡筋的线输入转换成绕圆周的转动的方式输出，而利用两个丝杆，使得橡筋绕两个丝杆之间连续缠绕，形成一个正弦状的曲线，而通过输送电机带动丝杆旋转，就可以让这个正弦状的曲线产生平移，从而进入压实机构，而通过压实机构就可以将橡筋压实于纸尿裤的腰贴上，从而实现复合；进一步的，利用电热圈可以实现橡筋的熔断，即可以将不必要的橡筋切除；进一步的，利用废料转移机构可以方便对被切除的橡筋进行吸附转移，保证工序顺畅进行，且通过正压区与负压区的设置，可以很方便地实现吸附与释放。
以上仅是本发明一个较佳的实施例，本领域的技术人员按权利要求作等同的改变都落入本案的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种橡筋复合装置，其特征在于：包括机架及依流水线设于机架上的橡筋旋转机构、橡筋缠绕输送机构、压实机构、电气控制系统，所述橡筋缠绕输送机构包括设于机架前后两端上的输送电机、设于输送电机上的两个丝杆，所述橡筋旋转机构包括设于机架上的旋转电机、旋转盘，所述旋转盘通过中空转轴可转动地设于机架上，所述旋转盘与旋转电机传动相连以实现转动，所述中空转轴上设有一导线孔，所述旋转盘的周侧上设有一导线轮，所述压实机构包括可转动地设于机架上的主动辊、设于机架上的升降气缸、可转动地设于升降气缸活塞杆上的被动辊、与主动辊传动相连的辊压电机，所述两丝杆分别位于主动辊的前后两端，所述输送电机、旋转电机、辊压电机、升降气缸分别与电气控制系统相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡筋复合装置，其特征在于：所述主动辊的前后两端还设有用于熔断橡筋的电热圈，所述电热圈与电气控制系统相连。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种橡筋复合装置，其特征在于：所述压实机构的一侧还设有用于将熔断后的橡筋废料吸附转移的废料转移机构，所述废料转移机构包括可转动地设于机架上的滚筒、与滚筒传动相连的转移电机，所述滚筒靠近橡筋缠绕输送机构的一侧为负压吸附区，远离橡筋缠绕输送机构的一侧为正压吸附区，所述滚筒、转移电机分别与电气控制系统相连。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种橡筋复合装置，其特征在于：所述机架的前后两端位于滚筒的一侧还设有用于收纳橡筋废料的存放箱。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一权利要求所述的一种橡筋复合装置，其特征在于：所述机架上位于橡筋旋转机构的前方还设有用于控制橡筋输入速度与张力的橡筋传输机构。
