Abstract

本发明涉及一种双面覆膜中空板及其制备方法,该双面覆膜中空板从上至下依次为上抗震膜、上胶膜、中空板、下胶膜和下抗震膜,该双面覆膜的制备方法主要在中空板制备过程中,采用胶膜对覆盖在中空板上的抗震膜进行粘合,制作出的双面覆膜中空板具有强度高、使用寿命长、抗震效果好的特点。

一种双面覆膜中空板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种双面覆膜中空板及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,中空板作为一种环保型塑料板材,广泛适用于建筑行业,广告行业,农业,室内养殖业及包装行业等相关领域。目前,中空板大多采用PP、PC、PE、PVC、ABS等相关塑料为原料,通过一次性挤出工艺加工而成。制成后的中空板再通过裁剪能制成各种用途的产品,如包装盒、文件盒、多功能架等,制成的中空板盒还能够应用于多种领域中,比如可制作成盛放电子元器件的包装盒等。
中空板制成的用于电子元器件等需要防碰撞并高保护的包装盒时,现有技术中的中空板制成的包装盒在盛放此类物品时,不能起到很好的抗震、防撞效果。
发明内容
为了解决以上问题,本发明设计了一种双面覆膜中空板,以解决现有中空板制品防撞效果差、不能对所盛放物品起到保护作用的问题。
本发明的技术方案是:该双面覆膜中空板从上至下依次为上抗震膜、上胶膜、中空板、下胶膜和下抗震膜。
作为优选,所述上抗震膜和下抗震膜的材质为EPE膜。
作为优选,所述上胶膜和下胶膜的材质为EVA膜。
该中空板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将原材料聚丙烯颗粒装入至进料装置内,通过进料装置将聚丙烯颗粒输送至挤塑机内;
(2)进入挤塑机的聚丙烯颗粒通过挤塑机控制一定温度热熔后通过挤塑机挤出,挤塑机将挤出的聚丙烯原料挤入至磨具中,通过磨具挤压成型,制作出不同厚度的软质中空板;
(3)通过后段工序设置的第一牵引机,设定合适的电机转速和牵引转速,得到每平方米不同重量的中空板,从磨具中将软质中空板从磨具中牵引出至定型机,通过定型机上设置的循环水对软质中空板进行冷却,同时对中空板进行定型操作;
(4)定型后的中空板进入第一牵引机,将缠绕有上胶膜的上胶膜辊轴置于第一牵引机出口位置上端,将缠绕有下胶膜的下胶膜辊轴置于第一牵引机出口位置下端,通过中空板牵引的带动,使覆盖着上胶膜和下胶膜中空板进入到预热机中;
(5)通过预热机中设置的若干根加热管对中空板进行预热,预热温度控制在100℃-130℃,使上胶膜和下胶膜溶解并粘附在中空板上,并通过预热消除中空板应力;
(6)将缠绕有上抗震膜的上抗震膜辊轴置于预热机出口处上端,绕有下抗震膜的下抗震膜辊轴置于预热机出口处的下端,使上抗震膜置于中空板上表面、下抗震膜置于中空板下表面,通过中空板的带动将胶膜与抗震膜一起进入到复合机中;
(7)通过复合机的辊轴辊压方式对中空板进行复合;
(8)复合后的覆膜中空板通过后段第二牵引机的牵引进行自然冷却,自然冷却时将中空板牵引长度控制在10米-18米之间;
(9)将经过第二牵引机的覆膜中空板送入至分切机上进行分切。
作为优选,所述电机转速为680转/分钟-960转/分钟,牵引电机转速为300转/分钟-550转/分钟,中空板重量为500克/平方米-1500克/平方米。
作为优选,所述挤塑机的热熔温度为180℃-210℃。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的双面覆膜中空板,分别在中空板的两面上覆上抗震膜,具有减震、防撞的功能,并且按照本发明制作出的中空板具有生产灵活、强度高、使用寿命长的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-4所示:本发明的双面覆膜中空板从上至下依次为上抗震膜1、上胶膜2、中空板3、下胶膜4和下抗震膜5,上抗震膜1和下抗震膜5的材质为EPE膜,上胶膜2和下胶膜4的材质为EVA膜。
实施例一:
中空板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将原材料聚丙烯颗粒装入至进料装置6内,通过进料装置6将聚丙烯颗粒输送至挤塑机7内;
(2)进入挤塑机7的聚丙烯颗粒通过控制挤塑机7的热熔温度为180℃,热熔后通过挤塑机7挤出,挤塑机7将挤出的聚丙烯原料挤入至磨具8中,通过磨具8挤压成型,制作出不同厚度的软质中空板;
(3)通过后段工序设置的第一牵引机10,设定第一牵引机10的电机转速为960转/分钟,牵引转速为300转/分钟,牵引出的中空板重量为1500克/平方米。从磨具8中将软质中空板牵引出至定型机9,通过定型机9上设置的循环水对软质中空板进行冷却,同时对中空板进行定型操作;
(4)定型后的中空板13进入第一牵引机10,将缠绕有上胶膜2的上胶膜辊轴10-1置于第一牵引机10出口位置上端,将缠绕有下胶膜4的下胶膜辊轴10-2置于第一牵引机10出口位置下端,通过中空板牵引的带动,使覆盖着上胶膜2和下胶膜4中空板进入到预热机11中;
(5)通过预热机11中设置的若干根加热管11-1对中空板13进行预热,预热温度控制在100℃,使上胶膜2和下胶膜4溶解并粘附在中空板13上,并通过预热消除中空板13应力;
(6)将缠绕有上抗震膜1的上抗震膜辊轴11-2置于预热机11出口处上端,绕有下抗震膜5的下抗震膜辊轴11-3置于预热机11出口处的下端,使上抗震膜1置于中空板13上表面、下抗震膜5置于中空板13下表面,通过中空板13的带动将胶膜与抗震膜一起进入到复合机12中;
(7)通过复合机12的辊轴辊压方式对中空板进行复合;
(8)复合后的覆膜中空板通过后段第二牵引机14的牵引进行自然冷却,自然冷却时将中空板13牵引长度控制在10米;
(9)将经过第二牵引机14的覆膜中空板送入至分切机15上进行分切。
实施例二:
中空板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将原材料聚丙烯颗粒装入至进料装置6内,通过进料装置6将聚丙烯颗粒输送至挤塑机内;
(2)进入挤塑机7的聚丙烯颗粒通过控制挤塑机7的热熔温度为200℃,热熔后通过挤塑机7挤出,挤塑机7将挤出的聚丙烯原料挤入至磨具8中,通过磨具8挤压成型,制作出不同厚度的软质中空板;
(3)通过后段工序设置的第一牵引机10,设定第一牵引机10的电机转速为800转/分钟,牵引转速为400转/分钟,牵引出的中空板重量为700克/平方米。从磨具8中将软质中空板牵引出至定型机9,通过定型机9上设置的循环水对软质中空板进行冷却,同时对中空板进行定型操作;
(4)定型后的中空板13进入第一牵引机10,将缠绕有上胶膜2的上胶膜辊轴10-1置于第一牵引机10出口位置上端,将缠绕有下胶膜4的下胶膜辊轴10-2置于第一牵引机10出口位置下端,通过中空板牵引的带动,使覆盖着上胶膜2和下胶膜4中空板进入到预热机11中;
(5)通过预热机11中设置的若干根加热管11-1对中空板13进行预热,预热温度控制在120℃,使上胶膜2和下胶膜4溶解并粘附在中空板13上,并通过预热消除中空板13应力;
(6)将缠绕有上抗震膜1的上抗震膜辊轴11-2置于预热机11出口处上端,绕有下抗震膜5的下抗震膜辊轴11-3置于预热机11出口处的下端,使上抗震膜1置于中空板13上表面、下抗震膜5置于中空板13下表面,通过中空板13的带动将胶膜与抗震膜一起进入到复合机12中;
(7)通过复合机12的辊轴辊压方式对中空板进行复合;
(8)复合后的覆膜中空板通过后段第二牵引机14的牵引进行自然冷却,自然冷却时将中空板13牵引长度控制在14米;
(9)将经过第二牵引机14的覆膜中空板送入至分切机15上进行分切。
实施例三:
中空板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将原材料聚丙烯颗粒装入至进料装置6内,通过进料装置6将聚丙烯颗粒输送至挤塑机7内;
(2)进入挤塑机7的聚丙烯颗粒通过控制挤塑机7的热熔温度为210℃,热熔后通过挤塑机7挤出,挤塑机7将挤出的聚丙烯原料挤入至磨具8中,通过磨具8挤压成型,制作出不同厚度的软质中空板;
(3)通过后段工序设置的第一牵引机10,设定第一牵引机10的电机转速为680转/分钟,牵引转速为550转/分钟,牵引出的中空板重量为500克/平方米。从磨具8中将软质中空板牵引出至定型机9,通过定型机9上设置的循环水对软质中空板进行冷却,同时对中空板进行定型操作;
(4)定型后的中空板13进入第一牵引机10,将缠绕有上胶膜2的上胶膜辊轴10-1置于第一牵引机10出口位置上端,将缠绕有下胶膜4的下胶膜辊轴10-2置于第一牵引机10出口位置下端,通过中空板牵引的带动,使覆盖着上胶膜2和下胶膜4中空板进入到预热机11中;
(5)通过预热机11中设置的若干根加热管11-1对中空板13进行预热,预热温度控制在130℃,使上胶膜2和下胶膜4溶解并粘附在中空板13上,并通过预热消除中空板13应力;
(6)将缠绕有上抗震膜1的上抗震膜辊轴11-2置于预热机11出口处上端,绕有下抗震膜5的下抗震膜辊轴11-3置于预热机11出口处的下端,使上抗震膜1置于中空板13上表面、下抗震膜5置于中空板13下表面,通过中空板13的带动将胶膜与抗震膜一起进入到复合机12中;
(7)通过复合机12的辊轴辊压方式对中空板进行复合;
(8)复合后的覆膜中空板通过后段第二牵引机14的牵引进行自然冷却,自然冷却时将中空板13牵引长度控制在18米;
(9)将经过第二牵引机14的覆膜中空板送入至分切机15上进行分切。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种双面覆膜中空板,其特征在于所述双面覆膜中空板从上至下依次为上抗震膜、上胶膜、中空板、下胶膜和下抗震膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面覆膜中空板,其特征在于所述上抗震膜和下抗震膜的材质为EPE膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面覆膜中空板,其特征在于所述上胶膜和下胶膜的材质为EVA膜。
4.一种双面覆膜中空板的制备方法,其特征在于所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将原材料聚丙烯颗粒装入至进料装置内,通过进料装置将聚丙烯颗粒输送至挤塑机内;
(2)进入挤塑机的聚丙烯颗粒通过挤塑机控制一定温度热熔后通过挤塑机挤出,挤塑机将挤出的聚丙烯原料挤入至磨具中,通过磨具挤压成型,制作出不同厚度的软质中空板;
(3)通过后段工序设置的第一牵引机,设定合适的电机转速和牵引转速,得到每平方米不同重量的中空板,从磨具中将软质中空板牵引出至定型机,通过定型机上设置的循环水对软质中空板进行冷却,同时对中空板进行定型操作;
(4)定型后的中空板进入第一牵引机,将缠绕有上胶膜的上胶膜辊轴置于第一牵引机出口位置上端,将缠绕有下胶膜的下胶膜辊轴置于第一牵引机出口位置下端,通过中空板牵引的带动,使覆盖着上胶膜和下胶膜中空板进入到预热机中;
(5)通过预热机中设置的若干根加热管对中空板进行预热,预热温度控制在100℃-130℃,使上胶膜和下胶膜溶解并粘附在中空板上,并通过预热消除中空板应力;
(6)将缠绕有上抗震膜的上抗震膜辊轴置于预热机出口处上端,绕有下抗震膜的下抗震膜辊轴置于预热机出口处的下端,使上抗震膜置于中空板上表面、下抗震膜置于中空板下表面,通过中空板的带动将胶膜与抗震膜一起进入到复合机中;
(7)通过复合机的辊轴辊压方式对中空板进行复合;
(8)复合后的覆膜中空板通过后段第二牵引机的牵引进行自然冷却,自然冷却时将中空板牵引长度控制在10米-18米之间;
(9)将经过第二牵引机的覆膜中空板送入至分切机上进行分切。
5.根据权利要求4所述的双面覆膜中空板的制备方法,其特征在于所述电机转速为680转/分钟-960转/分钟,牵引电机转速为300转/分钟-550转/分钟,中空板重量为500克/平方米-1500克/平方米。
6.根据权利要求4所述的双面覆膜中空板的制备方法,其特征在于所述挤塑机的热熔温度为180℃-210℃。
