一种管状工件径向孔钻削用翻转式工装。主要解决现有卡具加工操作费时费力,加工精度低的问题。其特征在于:主体(1)外为六面体,主体(1)外有凹槽,凹槽内置有定位板(3),定位板(3)和主体(1)上对应有定位孔(4),芯轴(2)连接在主体(1)横向的孔内,主体(1)横向的孔内芯轴(2)左端外有环形凸台(5),环形凸台(5)与工件内孔动配合,芯轴(2)右端通过螺母连接有压板(6)。该管状工件径向孔钻削用翻转式工装具有加工操作省时省力,加工精度高,方便装卡的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钻床所用工装,尤其是管状工件径向孔钻削用翻转式工装。
背景技术
在机械加工领域中,钻床经常加工批量多方位径向孔的工件。加工批量多方位径向孔的工件时,需要卡具将工件卡在钻床工作台上。而现有卡具由于结构原因存在加工操作费时费力,加工精度低的问题,因此影响加工成本和效率。
发明内容
为了解决现有卡具加工操作费时费力,加工精度低的问题。本发明提供一种管状工件径向孔钻削用翻转式工装。该管状工件径向孔钻削用翻转式工装具有加工操作省时省力,加工精度高,方便装卡的特点。
本发明的技术方案是:该管状工件径向孔钻削用翻转式工装包括主体、芯轴以及定位板。主体外为六面体,主体外有凹槽,凹槽内置有定位板,定位板和主体上对应有定位孔,芯轴连接在主体横向的孔内,主体横向的孔内芯轴左端外有环形凸台,环形凸台与工件内孔动配合,芯轴右端通过螺母连接有压板。
本发明具有如下有益效果:该管状工件径向孔钻削用翻转式工装由于采用主体外为六面体,主体外有凹槽,凹槽内置有定位板,定位板和主体上对应有定位孔,芯轴连接在主体横向的孔内,主体横向的孔内芯轴左端外有环形凸台,环形凸台与工件内孔动配合,芯轴右端通过螺母连接有压板的结构。因而提高加工精度,使加工操作省时省力,方便装卡。所以说该管状工件径向孔钻削用翻转式工装具有加工操作省时省力,加工精度高,方便装卡的特点。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
由附图所示,该管状工件径向孔钻削用翻转式工装包括主体1、芯轴2以及定位板3。主体1外为六面体,主体1外每一个有凹槽,凹槽内置有定位板3,定位板3和主体1上对应开有定位孔4,定位孔4内镶嵌有钻套,芯轴2连接在主体1横向的孔内,主体1横向的孔内芯轴2左端外有环形凸台5,环形凸台5与工件内孔动配合,芯轴2右端通过螺母连接有压板6。
该管状工件径向孔钻削用翻转式工装工作过程,首先将管状工件置于主体1横向的孔内,管状工件内孔内端套在芯轴2的环形凸台5上,再由螺母和压板6固定在主体1内,然后将钻床的钻头对准定位孔4钻削,钻完后翻转该管状工件径向孔钻削用翻转式工装进行另一面钻削,即完成钻削操作。
该管状工件径向孔钻削用翻转式工装用于加工套筒上多方向径向孔加工。当一个方向上孔钻削完成后,将钻模翻转工件加工的角度就可钻削另一方的孔。使用不同角度及孔位置较高工件加工。装卡方便定位度精度较高。一次装卡加工多个孔,提高工效。适用批量生产。

1.一种管状工件径向孔钻削用翻转式工装,包括主体(1)、芯轴(2)以及定位板(3),其特征在于:主体(1)外为六面体,主体(1)外有凹槽,凹槽内置有定位板(3),定位板(3)和主体(1)上对应有定位孔(4),芯轴(2)连接在主体(1)横向的孔内,主体(1)横向的孔内芯轴(2)左端外有环形凸台(5),环形凸台(5)与工件内孔动配合,芯轴(2)右端通过螺母连接有压板(6)。
