饼干是常见的休闲食品,甜酥可口,深受人们的喜爱,市场上的饼干大部分是面粉和奶油等制成,营养价值低,并不能满足人们日益增加的保健意识,随着人们生活水平的提高,具有一定的保健功效的饼干会越来越受人们的欢迎,特别是年轻人。
燕麦富含蛋白质、脂肪,淀粉、糖及维生素B1、B2和人体所需的多种矿物质等成分,是一种良好饮食原料和强身滋补品;非常适于成长期的儿童少年用作营养补充食材,加上其好消化吸收,老年人也喜爱,富含各种微量元素和氨基酸;甜味适度,热量低;具有活血化瘀、润肤排毒养颜的功效;具有天然花香,口感上佳。

一种干果燕麦饼干,由下列重量份的原料组成:小麦粉120-160份、蜂蜜15-25份、燕麦粉50-60份、鸡蛋10-12份、奶粉20-40份、黄油8-10份、板栗10-12份、核桃仁10-12份、果汁1-3份、杏仁10-12份、食盐1-3份。
