技术领域
本发明涉及一种滑动构件。
背景技术
滑动轴承用作用于汽车发动机和其他工业机器发动机的主轴承等。滑动轴承具有金属衬背和衬层(轴承合金层),并且被加工成具有圆柱或半轴承的形状。两个半轴承被结合在一起并用作圆柱轴承。这种类型的滑动轴承引起了对配合轴的失准、同轴度等的关心,并且存在主轴和滑动轴承之间发生局部接触的情况。因而,已经提出了一种解决由于局部接触引起的问题的轴承(例如,参见专利文献1)。
图6示出了沿着在专利文献1中描述的半轴承505的轴线截取的剖视图。半轴承505具有金属衬背507、轴承合金509和覆盖层511。冠状部(平缓斜坡)513设置在轴承合金层509相对于轴向方向的两个端部中。覆盖层511形成在轴承合金509上的包括冠状部513的区域中。

技术问题
在专利文献1中,覆盖层511的表面是平的(水平的)。因而,存在这样的情况,即:如果配合轴引起边缘载荷,则过多载荷被施加至相对于轴向方向的端部,从而导致覆盖层511分离。
为了解决该问题,本发明提供了一种抑制覆盖层分离的滑动构件。
解决方案
本发明提供了一种滑动构件,该滑动构件包括:衬层,该衬层具有相对于配合轴滑动的滑动表面和设置在所述滑动表面的轴向端部中的倒角部分;以及覆盖层,该覆盖层由树脂形成并覆盖所述倒角部分的至少一部分。
所述覆盖层可以具有从斜坡起始位置朝向所述轴向端部倾斜的冠状形状,该斜坡起始位置是距离轴向端面的距离小于W/2的位置,W是所述衬层在轴向方向上的宽度。
在所述覆盖层中,所述斜坡起始位置和所述滑动表面的轴向端部位置之间的高度差可以等于或小于6μm。
所述覆盖层可以包括固体润滑剂和硬材料中的至少一种以及结合剂树脂。
所述结合剂树脂可以包括聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂、聚酰亚胺树脂、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、聚缩醛树脂、聚醚醚酮树脂和聚苯硫醚树脂中的至少一种。
所述固体润滑剂可以包括MoS2、PTFE、石墨、WS2、h-BN和SB2O3中的至少一种。

具体实施方式
1.结构
图1示出了根据实施方式的主轴承(滑动轴承)11的结构。主轴承11是滑动构件的实施例,并且可以用作例如内燃发动机的曲轴和连杆或曲轴和发动机缸体之间的轴承。主轴承11由两个半轴承13构成。将两个半轴承13结合在一起提供了圆柱轴承。应该注意,图1仅仅示出了单个半轴承13。
半轴承13具有金属衬背15、衬(轴承合金)层17和覆盖层19。金属衬背15是用于增强衬层17的机械强度的层。金属衬背15例如由钢形成。衬层17沿着轴承的滑动表面(与轴接触的表面)设置。衬层17是用于提供轴承特性(即,例如诸如摩擦特性(滑动特性)、抗咬合性、耐磨性、顺应性、嵌入性(抵抗异物的健壮性)、抗腐蚀性等)的层。衬层17由轴承合金形成。为了防止附着至轴,避免所谓的“共合金(共材料)”,即,避免轴承合金和轴由类似的组成的金属(材料)制成,并且使用与用于轴的那些材料不同的材料用于轴承合金。在该实施例中,轴承将用于由钢形成的轴,因此可以使用铝合金或铜合金作为轴承合金。
覆盖层19是用于提高衬层17的特性(例如,摩擦系数、顺应性、抗腐蚀性、嵌入性(抵抗异物的健壮性)等)的层。覆盖层19含有结合剂树脂和分散在结合剂树脂中的固体润滑剂和硬材料中的至少一种。应该指出,优选的是,覆盖层19由固体润滑剂(30体积%到70体积%)、硬材料(0到5%)和结合剂树脂(余量)构成。
可以使用例如热固性树脂作为结合剂树脂。具体地说,结合剂树脂包括聚酰胺酰亚胺(PAI)树脂、聚酰亚胺(PI)树脂、聚酰胺树脂、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、聚缩醛树脂、聚醚醚酮树脂和聚苯硫醚树脂中的至少一种。
添加固体润滑剂是为了提高摩擦特性。固体润滑剂包括例如MoS2、WS2、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、石墨、h-BN和SB2O3中的至少一种。例如,MoS2提供了良好的润滑性。PTFE由于分子间粘合力较低而具有降低摩擦系数的作用。此外,石墨改善了润湿性并提高了初始顺应性。初始顺应性是指在滑动开始之后在与配合材料滑动接触时允许滑动表面被磨损并变得光滑的特性,由此提高可滑动性。当可滑动性由于初始顺应性的改善而提高时,降低了滑动层的总的磨损量。
添加硬材料是为了提高抗磨损性。硬材料例如包括SiC、Al2O3、TiN、AlN、CrO2、Si3N4、ZrO2和Fe3P中的至少一种。
图2是示出了沿着箭头A-A的方向截取的半轴承13的剖视图的示意图。也就是说,图2示出了与轴向方向平行(并垂直于滑动方向)的半轴承13的剖视图。尽管在图2中没有示出可滑动的配合轴,但是假定配合轴位于图2的上部中。也就是说,位于图2中的上侧的表面是滑动表面。在主轴承11中,覆盖层19、衬层17和金属衬背15从最接近配合轴的位置以该顺序层压在一起。
在半轴承13中,倒角部分25形成在位于滑动表面28的相对端处的端部中,以便例如移除毛刺或防止毛刺形成。各倒角部分相对于滑动表面28的角度θ1在例如30°到60°的范围内。
图3是图2中的B部的放大图。覆盖层19在轴向方向(图2中的左右方向)上延伸,并且覆盖滑动表面28和倒角部分25的至少一部分。也就是说,覆盖层19形成在其中配合轴的载荷不利用衬层17施加至界面27的位置。如这里使用的,“配合轴的载荷不……施加……的位置”是指其中覆盖层19覆盖倒角部分25的至少一部分的位置。
此外,覆盖层19具有冠状形状。冠状形状是指平缓的倾斜形状。斜坡的角度θ2在例如0°到10°的范围内。覆盖层19从斜坡起始位置P朝向轴向端部23倾斜。对于斜坡起始位置P,从轴向端面24到斜坡起始位置P的距离w1满足w1<W/2,其中W代表两个轴向端面24之间的距离(即,轴承的宽度)。
这里,优选的是,滑动表面28的轴向端部的位置D和斜坡起始位置P之间的膜厚度差(覆盖层19的高度差)S1等于或小于6μm。斜坡起始位置P和配合轴之间的摩擦阻力能够通过将膜厚度差限制到该范围进行抑制。
图4示出了轴向端部的另一个形状。在该实施例中,覆盖层19具有鼓起部分29。鼓起部分29是高度(膜厚度)大于其他部分的部分。鼓起部分29相对于斜坡起始位置P位于外侧(比斜坡起始位置P更接近端部)。对于斜坡起始位置P,从轴向端面24到斜坡起始位置P的距离w1满足w1<W/2,其中W代表两个轴向端面24之间的距离。优选的是,鼓起部分29的顶点31与覆盖19的任何其他部分之间的高度差S2等于或小于6μm。应该注意,覆盖层19的其他部分的高度是指覆盖层19的除了鼓起部分29的那些部分的代表值,并且可以是例如平均值。另选地,覆盖层19的轴向中央部分的高度可以用作该代表值。
而且,在该实施例中,可以说覆盖层19的冠状部开始于鼓起部分29的顶点31。因而,优选的是,轴向端部的位置D和鼓起部分29的顶点31之间的膜厚度差S3等于或小于6μm。
对于图4中所示的结构,如果使用高亲油树脂作为覆盖层19的材料,则当发动机停止时,润滑油更容易被保持在主轴承11的内周面和配合轴之间的油保持部分33中。而且,在启动期间,润滑油也能够被更容易地引入到配合轴和主轴承11之间的空间内。这致使油膜厚度增加,因而减轻了启动期间配合轴和主轴承11之间的接触。
图5示出了根据相关技术的滑动构件的结构。图5是位于与图2中的B部对应的位置的放大图。在该实施例中,覆盖层419形成在衬层17上。覆盖层419没有形成在倒角部分25上,而是仅仅形成在滑动表面28上。也就是说,覆盖层419相对于滑动表面28的端部位置18(滑动表面28和倒角部分25之间的边界)形成在内侧。也就是说,可以说在该实施例中,覆盖层419的端部形成在其中配合轴的载荷可能施加的位置。
相比而言,根据当前实施方式,覆盖层19形成为延伸至倒角部分25。因而,当与图5所示的结构相比时,覆盖层19和基材(衬层17)之间的紧密接触面积增加,因而增加了紧密接触量。在覆盖层的端部中,存在润滑油可能从与基材的界面进入端部的可能,结果导致覆盖层分离。然而,根据当前实施方式,由于与覆盖层19的界面没有暴露在滑动表面28附近,因此与图5中所示的结构相比,能够降低润滑油进入的可能。此外,由于覆盖层19和衬层17之间的界面形成在其中配合轴的载荷不可能施加至该界面的位置,因此能够减少由配合轴载荷引起的膜分离,此外,由于倒角部分25相对于配合轴滑动的可能性较小,因此覆盖层19的覆盖倒角部分25的部分对滑动特性仅仅具有较小的影响。也就是说,可以在不需要为覆盖层19花费太多成本的情况下就可以形成覆盖层19。
2.制造方法
制造根据一个实施方式的轴承的方法包括如下步骤:
(a)制备含有固体润滑剂和结合剂树脂的覆盖前体;
(b)形成轴承基材;
(c)将覆盖前体施加到轴承基材上;
(d)将覆盖前体干燥;以及
(e)烘焙覆盖前体。
在制备覆盖前体的步骤(a)中,对于将固体润滑剂与结合剂树脂混合的方法没有具体限制,并且可以使用已知的方法。例如,将固体润滑剂和结合剂树脂加载到混合机内并在0.1到2m/s的剪切速率的条件下进行混合,因而调节覆盖前体。
为了制备覆盖前体,结合剂树脂可以是不相容的,但是从实践应用的角度来看,优选的是该结合剂树脂是至少部分相容的。相容性可以通过在施加高剪切的同时执行机械混合而获得。
在步骤(b)中,将金属衬背和轴承合金层例如压力焊接以形成轴承基材。此外,将该轴承基材加工成预定形状,例如,圆柱形状或半圆柱形状。
在步骤(c)中,当将覆盖前体(涂覆材料)施加到轴承基材上时,优选的是使用稀释剂从而允许固体润滑剂和结合剂树脂能够均匀地分散。尽管对稀释剂没有任何具体限制,但是可以使用例如N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)。此外,相对于固体含量,稀释剂的混合比可以为例如30%到70%。
当将覆盖前体施加到轴承合金层上并形成覆盖前体层时,使用已知方法,例如涂层移印、丝网印刷、空气喷涂、无气喷涂、静电涂覆、滚涂、挤压法、辊方法等等。此外,对于所有的膜形成方法来说,如果膜厚度不足,则可以多次重复执行再次涂覆,而不是增加稀释剂中的覆盖层的浓度。
用覆盖层19涂覆衬层17的方法的实施例包括喷涂和使用辊进行的涂覆。在使用喷涂的情况下,可以通过多次施加前体溶液的薄层来抑制滑动表面28轴向端部35的鼓起。也就是说,配合轴和树脂覆盖层19的鼓起部分29之间的局部接触和所导致的咬合能够得到抑制。轴向端部和除了这些端部之外的部分可以通过调节喷涂的喷射角度单独进行涂覆,因而能够形成冠状形状。在这种情况下,也能够如上所述通过多次施加前体溶液的薄层来抑制轴向端部由于表面张力而引起的鼓起。
作为另一个实施例,在采用使用辊进行涂覆的情况下,使用形状与期望的覆盖形状一致的辊。应该注意,为了涂覆倒角部分25,可以使用轴向方向上的宽度与滑动表面28的内周面在轴向方向上的长度基本相等的辊,并且照此样子使用从该辊的相对端挤压出来的涂覆溶液。这是因为对于倒角部分25的涂层的形状和厚度来说会提供相当大的公差。
在步骤(d)中,通过将覆盖前体干燥而将稀释剂去除。只要稀释剂能够被干燥,则诸如干燥时间、干燥温度等条件不受具体限制,但是优选在大气中以50到150℃将覆盖前体干燥5分钟到30小时。更优选地,干燥时间为5到30分钟。
步骤(e)中的烘焙能够提供其中形成了覆盖层的轴承。具体地说,例如,在步骤(d)之后将轴承基材的温度以每分钟5到15℃的温升速率逐渐增加至烘焙温度,然后在大气中以150到300℃将轴承基材烘焙0.2到1.5小时。
3.实施例
生产了在覆盖层19和斜坡起始位置P的膜厚度差d(高度差)方面变化的样品(实施例1至8和比较例1至5),并且测量这些样品的起始转矩和咬合表面压力。应该注意,起始转矩是表示形成在配合轴23和主轴承11之间的油膜厚度的指数。油膜厚度难以直接测量,为此测量作为表示油膜厚度的指数的起始转矩。起始转矩越小表示油膜越厚。咬合表面压力是表示抗咬合性的指数。咬合表面压力越高表示抗咬合性越好。较高的咬合表面压力表示发生覆盖层分离的可能性较小。
3-1.样本的生产
首先,以如下方式生产样品。将用作衬层17的铝合金压力焊接至由钢制成的金属衬背15。将该材料加工成半圆柱形状。利用溶剂(N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮)稀释覆盖层19的材料,以调节涂覆溶液。通过空气喷涂施加该涂覆溶液以形成涂层。然后,在以100℃干燥20分钟之后,以200℃进行60分钟的烘焙。
实施例1至7和比较例1至4所共有的特性如下:
轴承宽度K:15mm
覆盖层的中心处的膜厚度:6μm
覆盖层的成分:58体积%的结合剂树脂
40体积%的固体润滑剂(石墨)
1体积%的硬材料(SiC)
在表1中示出了每个样本的覆盖层19和斜坡起始位置P的膜厚度差h。
3-2.起始转矩的测量
使用由Shinko工程有限公司制造的旋转载荷测试机来进行起始转矩的测量。该测试机由附装至壳体和载荷施加壳体(该载荷施加壳体通过球轴承连接至轴)的两组测试轴承部分以及通过测矩器连接至驱动马达的配合轴构成。油通过轴承的油孔从壳体馈送到测试部分。使用与测量接触角度所用的发动机油相同的油作为该润滑油。所馈送的油温设定在30℃。操作模式被设置为启动-停止,并且在20秒的单个循环中,加速(1.7m/s)至700rpm的轴转速,随后执行10秒恒速操作,并且执行10秒以上的加速和停止。连续施加2000N的载荷(1.2MPa)。循环数量被设置为180个循环,并且测试时间被设置为1小时。在测量起始转矩时,测量启动过程中发生的转矩峰值;然而,由于转矩在测试的早期阶段显著变化,使用最终的20个循环作为目标,并且针对这20个循环利用测量值的平均值进行比较和评价。
3-3.咬合表面压力的测量
在如下条件下进行咬合测试,并且将在咬合发生时的表面压力测量为咬合表面压力:
转数:8000rpm
润滑油:0W-20
馈油温度:140℃
载荷:以3kN的增量每隔3分钟增加载荷

表1示示出了评价结果

高度差为1至6μm和斜坡起始位置w/W小于1/2的样品(实施例1至8)都表现出了起始转矩小于2.0Nm和咬合表面压力为80MPa或更大的有利特性。相比之下,斜坡起始位置w/W是1/2或更大的样品(比较例1和2)都表现出了2.0Nm或更大的起始转矩,并且咬合表面压力低于80MPa。此外,高度差为7μm或更大的样品(比较例3至5)都表现出了2.1Nm或更大的起始转矩,并且咬合表面压力低于70MPa。

Claims (10)

1.一种滑动构件,该滑动构件包括:
衬层,该衬层具有相对于配合轴滑动的滑动表面和设置在所述滑动表面的轴向端部的倒角部分,所述倒角部分相对于所述滑动表面的角度在30°到60°的范围内;以及
覆盖层,该覆盖层由树脂形成并且覆盖所述倒角部分的仅一部分和所述滑动表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滑动构件,其中所述覆盖层具有从斜坡起始位置朝向所述轴向端部倾斜的冠状形状,该斜坡起始位置是距离轴向端面的距离小于W/2的位置,W是所述衬层在轴向方向上的宽度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的滑动构件,其中在所述覆盖层中,所述斜坡起始位置和所述滑动表面的轴向端部位置之间的高度差不大于6μm。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的滑动构件,其中所述覆盖层包括:
结合剂树脂;以及
固体润滑剂和硬材料中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的滑动构件,其中所述结合剂树脂包括聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂、聚酰亚胺树脂、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、聚缩醛树脂、聚醚醚酮树脂和聚苯硫醚树脂中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求4所述的滑动构件,其中所述固体润滑剂包括MoS2、PTFE、石墨、WS2、h-BN和SB2O3中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的滑动构件,其中所述固体润滑剂包括MoS2、PTFE、石墨、WS2、h-BN和SB2O3中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求4所述的滑动构件,其中所述硬材料包括SiC、Al2O3、TiN、AIN、CrO2、Si3N4、ZrO2和P中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求5所述的滑动构件,其中所述硬材料包括SiC、Al2O3、TiN、AIN、CrO2、Si3N4、ZrO2和P中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求6所述的滑动构件,其中所述硬材料包括SiC、Al2O3、TiN、AIN、CrO2、Si3N4、ZrO2和P中的至少一种。
