Abstract
本发明公开了安全低泄漏的隔离阀,包括阀体、阀座、叶片、叶片转轴、连杆机构、驱动装置、橡胶密封圈和叶片复合运动机构,所述叶片复合运动机构包括用于限制叶片打开角度限位机构、旋副、旋副内垫块、弹簧销和弹簧,旋副一端与叶片转轴固定联接,另一端与叶片通过销轴连接,旋副内垫块可转动地设置在旋副上,弹簧销一端穿过旋副内垫块的通孔固定设置在叶片上,另一端设有自锁螺母,所述弹簧套装在弹簧销上并限制于旋副内垫块与自锁螺母之间。本发明具有以下有益效果:结构紧凑;采用可调式压缩弹簧则能有效控制产生力矩,促使叶片自由开关过程中均受约束固定,且产生复合运动保证了叶片启闭状态下跟橡胶密封圈之间无干涉自由平移压缩。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于工业通风空调系统的一种对介质进行隔离的专用阀门,具体涉及一种安全低泄漏的隔离阀。
背景技术
目前此类隔离阀主要用于核燃料厂房的通风空调系统,中国发明专利CN101358655B中披露了一种具有安全位置的矩形隔离风阀,此矩形隔离风阀是一种多叶片的隔离阀,它采用挂靠拉伸弹簧而实现复合运动,使叶片脱离阀座而打开;这种采用拉伸弹簧两端挂靠而实现叶片的复合运动的,促使该类结构造成隔离阀在开关动作的同时发生地震,而造成弹簧的脱落,导致叶片开关失效,严重削弱该类阀门的安全性和可靠性。还有中国发明专利CN101430011B中披露了一种电磁驱动快速隔离矩形风阀,此矩形隔离风阀是一种双叶片的隔离阀,它采用内嵌不可调压缩弹簧而实现复合运动,使叶片脱离阀座而打开;这类采用内嵌压缩弹簧,当叶片完全打开后,却没有对弹簧进行压缩固定,促使遇到地震灾难时,叶片会因无固定而发生碰撞而失效。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种安全可靠地让叶片通过复合运动实现正常开关的安全低泄漏的隔离阀。
实现本发明目的的技术解决方案为:安全低泄漏的隔离阀,包括阀体、阀座、叶片、叶片转轴、连杆机构、驱动装置、橡胶密封圈和叶片复合运动机构,其特征在于:所述叶片复合运动机构包括用于限制叶片打开角度限位机构、旋副、旋副内垫块、弹簧销和弹簧,所述旋副一端与叶片转轴固定联接,另一端与叶片通过销轴连接,旋副内垫块可转动地设置在旋副上,弹簧销一端穿过旋副内垫块的通孔固定设置在叶片上,另一端设有自锁螺母,所述弹簧套装在弹簧销上并限制于旋副内垫块与自锁螺母之间。
所述限位机构是由在阀体内的两侧对称安装用于限制叶片打开角度的定位销组成,一件叶片对应四个定位销。
本发明安全低泄漏的隔离阀具有以下有益效果:结构紧凑,安全性高;采用可调式压缩弹簧则能有效控制产生力矩,促使叶片自由开关过程中均受约束固定,且产生复合运动保证了叶片启闭状态下跟橡胶密封圈之间无干涉自由平移压缩;限位机构采用定位销,结构简单;方便隔离阀的维修、操作。

具体实施方式
如图1~图4所示,安全低泄漏的隔离阀,包括阀体1、阀座2、叶片3、叶片转轴4、连杆机构5、驱动装置6、橡胶密封圈7和叶片复合运动机构8,所述叶片复合运动机构8包括用于限制叶片打开角度限位机构8.1、旋副8.2、旋副内垫块8.3、弹簧销8.4和弹簧8.5,所述限位机构8.1是由在阀体内的两侧对称安装用于限制叶片打开角度的定位销组成,一件叶片对应四个定位销;所述旋副8.2一端与叶片转轴4固定联接,另一端与叶片3通过销轴8.6连接,旋副内垫块8.3可转动地设置在旋副8.2上,弹簧销8.4一端穿过旋副内垫块8.3的通孔8.31固定设置在叶片3上,另一端设有自锁螺母8.7,使得旋副内垫8.3受限制于弹簧销8.4且在旋副8.2之间做有限的转动,所述弹簧8.5套装在弹簧销8.4上并限制于旋副内垫块8.3与自锁螺母8.7之间,通过调节自锁螺母,实现弹簧8.5压缩量可调。
如图5所示,安全低泄漏的隔离阀的叶片复合运动机构其实施方式如图5.1到图5.2,所述叶片转轴4带动旋副8.2打开旋转,叶片3与阀座2之间则失去压紧力,弹簧8.5释放压缩量推动自锁螺母8.7上移,从而带动叶片3下端部逐渐靠近至贴紧叶片转轴4,相应叶片3上端部几乎近似于不动;实现叶片4单端有效脱离阀座2上的橡胶密封圈7。
如图5.2到图5.3,所述叶片3贴紧叶片转轴4继续打开旋转,叶片3上端部逐渐也有效脱离阀座2上的橡胶密封圈7;旋转至叶片3下端面与限位机构8.1a相切,其过程叶片3下端部紧贴叶片转轴4旋转而有效避免与橡胶密封圈7间的旋转过程干涉。
如图5.3到图5.4,所述叶片3下端面与限位机构8.1a相切后旋副8.2继续打开旋转,在销轴8.6的带动下叶片3下端面绕着限位机构8.1a切面转动,同时弹簧8.5逐渐压缩,也推动叶片3上端面与限位机构8.1b相切,而形成完全打开状态。

1.安全低泄漏的隔离阀,包括阀体、阀座、叶片、叶片转轴、连杆机构、驱动装置、橡胶密封圈和叶片复合运动机构,其特征在于:所述叶片复合运动机构包括用于限制叶片打开角度限位机构、旋副、旋副内垫块、弹簧销和弹簧,所述旋副一端与叶片转轴固定联接,另一端与叶片通过销轴连接,旋副内垫块可转动地设置在旋副上,弹簧销一端穿过旋副内垫块的通孔固定设置在叶片上,另一端设有自锁螺母,所述弹簧套装在弹簧销上并限制于旋副内垫块与自锁螺母之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全低泄漏的隔离阀,其特征在于:所述限位机构是由在阀体内的两侧对称安装用于限制叶片打开角度的定位销组成,一件叶片对应四个定位销。
