Abstract
本发明提供一种中药消毒剂,它是以花叶,油桐子及熟石灰为原料药,其制备方法是将花叶水煎,油桐子烧灰后与过筛的熟石灰一起入上述水煎液,充分振摇后,过滤即得。该中药消毒剂不仅高效,广谱,无刺激性,无腐蚀性的特点,而且具有止血,止痒,促进伤口愈合的作用,并且成本低廉,是一种有开发前途的中药消毒剂。
Description
本发明涉及中药消毒剂。
消毒是贯彻我国卫生工作“预防为主,防治结合”方针的重要手段之一。目前,在卫生防疫和医疗上使用的消毒剂有含氯消毒剂、过氧化物类消毒剂、醛类消毒剂、季铵盐类消毒剂、含碘消毒剂、乙醇等,共计20余种,较常用的仍为酒精、碘酒、络合碘等。酒精对细菌芽胞无效、对乙肝表面抗原消毒作用较差。含碘消毒剂杀菌效果好但成本较高,碘原料依赖进口。其他化学消毒剂或灭菌效果较差,如新洁尔灭,消毒净;或毒性、腐蚀性较大,如石碳酸。杀菌力强的消毒剂,容易损毁伤口组织,一般均禁止直接涂擦伤口。
中国专利申请号为92100929.1,公开号为CN1075602A的发明专利申请提供了一种中药消毒剂的配方,它是由大黄、丹皮、厚朴、丁香、薄荷等中药与附加剂组成的。该方组方成份较多,制备工艺较复杂,成本较高。
本发明的目的是提供一种高效、广谱、无刺激性、无腐蚀性、成本低廉的中药消毒剂。
本发明提供的中药消毒剂中原料药是花叶、油桐子和熟石灰。其重量配比为:花叶∶油桐子∶熟石灰:18-22∶18-22∶5-9;其制备方法是将花叶水煎,油桐子烧灰后与过筛的熟石灰一起入花叶煎液,经过滤后即得;每100ml消毒剂中含生药40-50g。
方中花叶为全缕科木属木的茎叶,味甘、苦,性凉;有清热解毒,止血功能。临床上可用本品水煎液作皮肤消毒剂及外伤出血的治疗。油桐子为大戟科油桐属油桐的果壳,味辛、性寒、有解毒、生肌,杀虫功能。临床用于外科痈疽丹毒的治疗。熟石灰为石灰岩经煅烧后放置陈年者,味辛、性温、有杀虫、止血、定痛作用,临床用于多种外伤出血疔肿疮疡。全方配位,具有较强的消毒杀菌作用。
所得消毒剂中Ca(OH)2含量应在5.0-6.6mg/ml之间。
上述中药消毒剂经湖南省卫生防疫站根据卫生部颁发的《消毒技术规范》中急性毒性的评价标准测试表明,该受试物属无毒;根据卫生部颁发的《消毒技术规范》中反映刺激强度的评分标准,该消毒剂对豚鼠皮肤反应积分为0分,属无刺激性。
本发明提供的中药消毒剂具有高效、广谱的杀菌作用。湖南省卫生防疫站对本发明提供的中药消毒剂的消毒效果作了下列测试。
测试条件:T:27℃ RH:75%
测试方法:卫生部《消毒技术规范》
1、对细菌繁殖体、芽胞的杀灭效果,见表1

3、稳定性试验
样品送检时检测其杀菌效果,然后将其置于56℃温箱中,存放十四天后,观察其杀菌效果变化情况。见表3、表4

上述测试表明:
1、该消毒剂用原液作用5分钟能杀灭99.989%的大肠杆菌;99.998%的金黄色葡萄球菌;99.968%的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞。
2、该消毒剂在10%的小牛血清存在下,作用5分钟,用原液能99.948%的杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞,说明在有机物存在下,该消毒剂对芽胞的杀灭效果没有影响。
3、该消毒剂原液作用5分钟能100.00%地破坏乙型肝炎表面抗原。
所以,该消毒剂对微生物的杀灭效果达到卫生部消毒卫生标准。与常用消毒剂,75%酒精和络合碘相比较,消毒效果显著高于75%酒精而与络合碘相当。
本发明提供的消毒剂不仅具有高效、广谱、无刺激性、无腐蚀性的特点,而且具有止血、止痒、促进伤口愈合的作用,故对外科伤口皮肤溃疡及湿疹消毒非常适合。本消毒剂配方简单,制备方便,成本低廉,是一种有开发前景的中药消毒剂。
实施例1:
将190g花叶水煎煮二次,每次1小时,合并二次煎液,浓缩至1000ml;将190g油桐子烧成灰后与70g过筛的熟石灰一起入上述煎液中,充分振摇,放置12小时,过滤,灌装即得。
用上述中药消毒液作多种手术的皮肤消毒。方法:按常规手术区准备,用消毒剂替代碘酒、酒精消毒,从切口中心开始,逐渐涂擦到周围,一般涂擦2-3次。临床观察74例(其中腹部手术38例,颈部手术6例,胸部手术3例,鼻部手术10例,盆腔手术10例,四肢及骨关节手术7例),皆获一期愈合。
实施例2:
配方为花叶220g,油桐子200g,熟石灰50g。制备方法按上例。
用上述配方中药消毒液作注射前皮肤消毒。方法:用本消毒剂以注射点为中心,螺旋形由内向外涂擦消毒,临床观察180例,未发生感染病例。
实施例3:
配方为花叶210g,油桐子200g,熟石灰84g。制备方法同上例。
上述配方消毒剂用于皮肤创伤消毒。对皮肤创伤,用本消毒剂涂擦、冲洗伤口;原有伤口感染者,用本消毒剂连续湿敷,共观察82例,除7列原始伤口感染严重者同时使用抗菌素外其余75例均单用本消毒剂。结果一期愈合68例,二期愈合7例。
实施例4:
配方为花叶210g,油桐子210g,熟石灰80g,制备方法同上例。
上述消毒剂用于外搽湿疹局部每日3-5次,治疗28例,有明显的止痒、消除丘疹及减少糜烂面渗出的作用,有效率为100%。
Claims (1)
1、中药消毒剂,其中的原料药是花叶,油桐子和熟石灰,其重量配比是18-22∶18-22∶5-9;其制备方法是将花叶水煎,油桐子烧灰后与过筛的熟石灰一起入花叶煎液,经过滤后即得,每100ml该消毒剂中含生药40-55g。
