本发明涉及一种前门外饰条与侧围亮条间隙调整辅具，属于汽车检测领域。
背景技术
在汽车制造业中，前门外饰条与侧围亮条是必不可少的零件，对其装配精度有着极高的要求，以往都是有卡尺粗略的测量两者的间隙，效率低，装配精度也达不到要求，鉴于此，一种前门外饰条与侧围亮条间隙调整辅具是业内急需。
发明内容
本发明提供一种前门外饰条与侧围亮条间隙调整辅具，其组成包括：辅具1和定位装置2，其中定位装置2中的支架202与辅具1中的仿形块通过螺栓连接，且定位销201与仿形块101同轴度配合，仿形块101的材料为绿尼龙，其目的是防止划坏车身。
本发明解决了在装配前门外饰条与侧围亮条测量两者之间间隙时，精度低的问题。
本发明的优点在于结构简单、成本低、操作方便。

具体实施方式
1.参阅图1、图2、图3，本实施方式的一种前门外饰条与侧围亮条间隙调整辅具，其组成包括：辅具1和定位装置2，其中定位装置2中的支架202与辅具1中的仿形块通过螺栓连接，且定位销201与仿形块101同轴度配合，仿形块101的材料为绿尼龙，其目的是防止划坏车身。
2.参阅图2，辅具1由仿形块101、把手102和磁铁103组成，其中仿形块101与把手102通过螺纹连接，磁铁103与仿形块101通过螺栓连接，仿形块101上并带有刻度线，方便直接观察度数，磁铁103是仿形块101与车身贴合。
3.参阅图3，定位装置2由定位销201、支架202、弹簧203、限位销204和垫圈205组成，其中定位销201与支架202同轴度配合，弹簧203与定位销201同轴度配合，限位销204与定位销201相互垂直并穿在定位销201的孔里，垫圈205与定位销201同轴度配合。

1.一种前门外饰条与侧围亮条间隙调整辅具，它由辅具(1)和定位装置(2)组成，其特征在于定位装置(2)中的支架(202)与辅具(1)中的仿形块通过螺栓连接，且定位销(201)与仿形块(101)同轴度配合，仿形块(101)的材料为绿尼龙，其目的是防止划坏车身。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种前门外饰条与侧围亮条间隙调整辅具，所述的辅具(1)由仿形块(101)、把手(102)和磁铁(103)组成，其特征在于仿形块(101)与把手(102)通过螺纹连接，磁铁(103)与仿形块(101)通过螺栓连接，仿形块(101)上并带有刻度线，方便直接观察度数，磁铁(103)是仿形块(101)与车身贴合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种前门外饰条与侧围亮条间隙调整辅具，所述的定位装置(2)由定位销(201)、支架(202)、弹簧(203)、限位销(204)和垫圈(205)组成，其特征在于定位销(201)与支架(202)同轴度配合，弹簧(203)与定位销(201)同轴度配合，限位销(204)与定位销(201)相互垂直并穿在定位销(201)的孔里，垫圈(205)与定位销(201)同轴度配合。
