Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的药物，属于以天然中药材为原料的医药配制品，该药物是用生黄芪、桔梗、当归、川芎、茯苓、猪苓、苍术、干姜、附子、桂枝、桃仁、红花、蜈蚣、蒲公英、地丁、乳香、没药、雄黄、生甘草烘干研为粉，炼蜜为丸，供服用。适用于各期不同类型的病症，尤其是久病不愈的长期应用。有效率达96.82%。
Description
本发明涉及以天然中药材为原料的医药配制品，特别是一种治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的药物。
血栓闭塞性脉管炎是一种慢性全身性血管疾患，其病因学尚不十分清楚，也无特殊疗法。通常采用外科手术即腰交感神经节切除术或物理疗法；药物治疗常采用血管扩张药。上述治疗疗效不甚显著，中国传统医学辩证施治分型，采用不同方药取得满意疗效。
《上海中医药杂志》1992·2“血栓闭塞性脉管炎研究进展”报道：虚寒型用阳和汤或四逆汤；气血淤滞型用化淤汤；湿热型用化湿袪痹汤；热毒型用四妙勇安汤。许多医者分型不同方药各异。
《新中医》1984·5“血栓闭塞性脉管炎治验摘介”分别公开了河南省邓县中医院、河北省唐山地区、黑龙江省哈尔滨市中医院的治验方。如基本方当归、黄芪各15克，党参、赤芍、牛膝、桃仁、地龙、水蛭各9克，川芎、红花各6克。热毒型酌加金银花、蒲公英、玄参各15克；阴寒型酌加附子、干姜各9克，桂枝15克；恢复期偏凉者加桂枝、熟地各15克；偏热者加玄参、生地各15克等等。
本发明的目的就是为了提供一种适用于各期不同类型血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者应用，尤其是久病不愈长期应用的治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的药物。
本发明以附子、干姜为主药温经散寒，桂枝偏走四肢以增其效，蜈蚣通经力最强，桃仁、红花治血袪淤，川芎与当归配伍补血行血，茯苓、猪苓渗湿利肌肤，蒲公英、地丁解毒力强，乳香、没药、雄黄袪腐、生肌、止痛，更以黄芪、茯苓、苍术健脾补气提高肌体免疫力。
本发明是由以下重量份药材组合加工而成：
生黄芪15-30、桔梗15-30、当归10-15、川芎10-15、
茯苓10-15、猪苓15-20、苍术10-15、干姜15-20、
附子6-10、桂枝10-15、桃仁10-15、红花10-15、
蒲公英10-15、蜈蚣3-6、地丁10-15、乳香5-10、
生甘草10-15、没药5-10、雄黄1-2。
制备本发明药物配方的理想的重量份配比是：
生黄芪15、桔梗15、当归12、川芎12、茯苓10、猪苓15、
苍术10、干姜15、附子6、桂枝10、桃仁10、红花10、
蒲公英10、蜈蚣6、地丁10、乳香6、没药6、雄黄1.5、
生甘草10。
上述各组份中药材制成本发明药物的方法是：
将上述药材经远红外线烘干箱80℃烘干灭菌24小时后，粉碎过80目筛，放射消毒，炼蜜为丸，每丸9克，入塑壳蜡封、包装，每盒十丸备用。
本发明药物用量及服用方法：口服本发明药物每天2次，每次2丸，温开水送服，一个月为一疗程。
经使用本发明药物临床治疗126例患者，三个疗程后临床治愈42例，占33.33％；显效58例，占46.03％；好转22例，占17.46％；无效4例，占3.18％；总有效率为96.82％。见附表。

实施例：
称取生黄芪15kg、桔梗15kg、当归12kg、川芎12kg、茯苓10kg、猪苓15kg、苍术10kg、干姜15kg、附子6kg、桂枝10kg、桃仁10kg、红花10kg、蜈蚣6kg、蒲公英10kg、地丁10kg、乳香6kg、没药6kg、雄黄1.5kg、生甘草10kg。分别放入远红外烘干箱80℃烘干灭菌24小时，去除水份及扬尘约19.85kg，可得烘干药材178.65kg，机械粉碎后过80目筛，采用钴60放射灭菌消毒混合均匀备用。称取蜂蜜196.52kg与以上混合后之药粉搅拌成团挤压成条切成形，入塑盒经蜡密封，约可得药丸41547个，每盒十丸，可分装4154盒，蜜与药混合比例为1.1∶1，每丸重9克，其中药4.3克、蜜4.7克。
此药药性温和、安全、疗效高，临床使用未发现毒副作用，总有效率达96.82％，是血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者可选用药物。

1.一种治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的药物，其特征在于该药物是由下述重量份的药物组合而成：
生黄芪15-30、桔梗15-30、当归10-15、川芎10-15、
茯苓10-15、猪苓15-20、苍术10-15、干姜15-20、附
子6-10、桂枝10-15、桃仁10-15、红花10-15、蜈蚣
3-6、蒲公英10-15、地丁10-15、乳香5-10、没药5
-10、雄黄1-2、生甘草10-15。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的药物，其特征在于本发明药物理想的重量份配比是：
生黄芪15、桔梗15、当归12、川芎12、茯苓10、猪苓15、苍
术10、干姜15、附子6、桂枝10、桃仁10、红花10、蜈蚣6、
蒲公英10、地丁10、乳香6、没药6、雄黄1.5、生甘草10。
