技术领域
本发明涉及具有能够保持儿童座椅的固定器的车辆用座椅。
背景技术
作为儿童座椅相对于车辆用座椅的保持方式，例如有国际标准规格ISO-FIX，例如在日本特开2002-211287号公报等中公开有具有能够保持该ISO-FIX类型的儿童座椅的对应于ISO-FIX的固定器的车辆用座椅。
在这种ISO-FIX类型的儿童座椅中，在其后部设置有左右一对卡合部件，承接该卡合部件的固定器配置在车辆用座椅的座椅座垫的后端等。
作为固定器，已知有如下的固定器：将线材(实心棒材)进行折弯加工而成形为通过前杆连接相互平行地向前方伸出的左右一对侧杆的前端而成的俯视观察下的大致“コ”字形。儿童座椅在背面下部具有向后方伸出的左右一对卡合部件，卡合部件形成为在前端具有长槽形的缺口(卡合口)的侧视观察下的大致分叉形状，通过将卡合部件前端的卡合口卡合于固定器的前杆，从而将儿童座椅保持在固定器上。通常，卡合部件的下臂形成得比上臂短，使得卡合部件与前杆顺畅地卡合。
固定器设在座椅座垫后端或座椅靠背下端。座椅座垫和座椅靠背都在构成其骨架的座椅座垫框架上覆盖由发泡聚氨酯等发泡材料构成的填充物，并通过装饰罩覆盖填充物而构成。对将固定器设于座椅座垫后端的情况进行叙述，座椅座垫框架成形为通过例如连接管连接左右侧框架的前后端而成的俯视观察下的大致矩形形状，固定器固定在前后的连接管中的后方的连接管，并设于座椅座垫后端。

发明内容
通常，儿童座椅以背面侧下沉的倾斜的姿势，将背面的卡合部件卡合在座椅座垫后端的固定器的前杆。但由于儿童座椅倾斜，因此大致分叉形状的卡合部件可能会咬入开口后方的装饰罩末端。尤其是当卡合部件的下臂形成得比上臂短时，下臂容易咬入装饰罩末端。
当卡合部件的下臂进入到装饰罩的开口并咬入开口后方的装饰罩末端时，装饰罩末端咬入到卡合部件前端的卡合口。并且，前杆不会到达卡合部件的卡合口的末端而形成卡合不良，固定器对儿童座椅的保持可能会不充分。
另外，在卡合部件咬入开口后方的装饰罩末端而向卡合口咬入时，咬入到卡合口的装饰罩末端损伤。因此，装饰罩的外观质量受损。
如日本特开2002-211287号公报所述，当为了安装固定器而使用托架时，收纳固定器的填充物的凹部在前后方向上变长。并且，装饰罩末端容易向卡合部件前端的卡合口咬入。
本发明的目的在于提供即使使用托架也能够防止装饰罩末端向卡合部件前端的卡合口咬入的车辆用座椅。
在本发明中，连接部件张设于托架与装饰罩的开口的后方的装饰罩末端之间，并将开口后方的装饰罩末端拉入到填充物的凹部。
即，根据本发明的第一方面，车辆用座椅具有用于保持儿童座椅的固定器，固定器形成为通过前杆连接左右一对侧杆的前端而成的俯视观察下的大致“コ”字形，儿童座椅背面的卡合部件能够卡合于前杆，侧杆经由托架而固定于沿左右方向架设的座椅座垫或座椅靠背的连接管，收纳固定器的凹部在座椅座垫后端或座椅靠背下端形成于填充物，覆盖填充物的装饰罩在填充物的凹部的上方开口，儿童座椅背面的卡合部件形成为在前端具有能够与固定器的前杆卡合的卡合口的侧视观察下的大致分叉形状，连接部件卷绕连接管并张设于开口后方的装饰罩末端与托架之间，将开口后方的装饰罩末端拉入到填充物的凹部，上述连接部件的一端连接于包围装饰罩的开口的装饰罩末端中的、开口后方的装饰罩末端，上述连接部件的另一端卡定于托架。
发明效果
在本发明的第一方面中，连接部件卷绕连接管，并张设于开口后方的装饰罩末端与托架之间，将开口后方的装饰罩末端拉入到填充物的凹部。由此，开口后方的装饰罩末端退避到下方。因此，即使以儿童座椅的背面侧下沉倾斜的姿势将背面的卡合部件卡合在固定器的前杆上，卡合部件也不会咬入开口后方的装饰罩末端。并且，防止装饰罩末端向卡合部件前端的卡合口咬入。

座椅座垫14在构成其骨架的座椅座垫框架上覆盖由发泡聚氨酯等发泡材料构成的填充物，并通过装饰罩覆盖填充物而构成。例如座椅座垫框架由左右一对侧框架及分别架设在侧框架的前端之间和后端之间的前后连接管构成，而形成为俯视观察下的大致矩形形状。在实施例中，仅图示了在侧框架的后端之间沿左右方向架设的后方的连接管16。连接管16通常由圆形截面的管材形成，但不一定必须限定为圆形截面的管材。
关于填充物和装饰罩在后面进行说明，收纳固定器的凹部形成于填充物。覆盖填充物的装饰罩在填充物的凹部的上方开口，包围开口的装饰罩末端通过缝合等而被处理(末端处理)。
例如，在座椅座垫14的后端，以在车辆用座椅10的左右方向上空有预定间隔的方式配置有用于将ISO-FIX类型的儿童座椅20保持在座椅座垫上的左右一对对应于ISO-FIX的固定器30。
如图1所示，儿童座椅20在背面22的下部具有向后方伸出的左右一对卡合部件24，卡合部件在前端具有由长槽形的缺口构成的卡合口24a。另外，如图2及图3(A)所示，固定器30是将线材进行折弯加工而成形为通过前杆30b连接相对于直立位置向斜前方相互平行地伸出的左右一对侧杆30a的前端而成的俯视观察下的大致“コ”字形的。
通常，儿童座椅以背面侧下沉的倾斜姿势，如图1箭头所示，从前方接近与儿童座椅的左右一对卡合部件24对应的固定器30。并且，使卡合部件的卡合口(缺口)24a卡合于前杆30b。由此，儿童座椅20被保持在固定器上而配置在座椅座垫14上。通过固定器的前杆30b卡合至卡合部件的卡合口24a的末端，从而能够通过固定器30充分地保持儿童座椅20(参照图3(A))。
图4表示与经由托架固定有固定器的连接管的正交面上的座椅座垫的概略局部剖视图。如图4所示，在座椅座垫后端切去填充物14-1而形成有凹部14-1’，覆盖填充物的装饰罩14-2在填充物的凹部的上方开口。开口14-2’周围的装饰罩末端(开口前方的末端14-2a、开口后方的末端14-2b等)通过例如缝合等而被处理(末端处理)。在实施例中，填充物的凹部14-1’在上下方向上贯通填充物而形成，但也可以形成为有底的形状。
如图2、图3所示，固定器30以相对于直立位置向斜前方伸出的方式经由托架32而在侧框架的后端之间固定在沿左右方向架设的后方的连接管16上，并与托架一起收纳及配置于填充物的凹部14-1’中(参照图4)。托架32是例如对钢板进行冲压加工而成形为通过前壁32b连接左右一对侧壁32a的前端而成的俯视观察下的大致“コ”字形的，在托架的内表面上固定有固定器的左右一对侧杆30a的后端。侧杆30a向托架32的内表面的固定例如通过焊接进行，但不限于此。
如图2所示，侧杆30a的后端在侧壁32a及前壁32b的角部固定在各自的内表面，但不限于此，例如也可以在远离侧壁的位置固定在前壁的内表面(背面)。但是，若将侧杆30a的后端配置在侧壁32a及前壁32b的角部，则由于能够焊接在侧壁和前壁两方，因此能够牢固地进行固定。
在托架的侧壁32a的后端形成有与连接管16的前周面对应的圆弧形状的缺口32c。固定有固定器30的托架32以其缺口32c抱持连接管16的前周面的方式，在与卡合部件24对应的位置从前方安装在连接管上。此时，侧杆30a相对于直立位置向斜前方伸出，并且在侧杆产生变形而卡合部件24与侧杆一起下降时，在与卡合部件抵接的位置，托架32例如通过焊接固定在连接管16上。
如图3(A)所示，在实施例中，固定器的侧杆30a向比直立位置偏前方15°的方向倾斜并伸出，但该前倾角α不限定于15°。前倾角α只要是使侧杆30a主要不是产生弯曲变形而是产生压弯变形的角度即可，例如可以设为10～25°。
由于托架的前壁的上端32b’位于最远离连接管16的位置，因此通常以下降的卡合部件的下表面24’与前壁的上端抵接的方式对托架32进行定位。但是，不限于卡合部件的下表面24’与托架的前壁上端32b’的抵接，只要在与下降的卡合部件24抵接并阻止其下降的位置(卡合部件的下方位置)设置托架即可。
通常，儿童座椅20利用卡合部件24与固定器30的卡合和限制带而保持在座椅10上，由于限制带与本发明没有直接关系，因此省略其说明。
设于卡合部件24的前端的卡合口(缺口)24a在实施例中呈长槽形，但能够与固定器30(前杆30b)卡合而将儿童座椅20保持在座椅座垫14上即可，不限于长槽形。
另外，由于卡合部件24具有卡合口24a，因此设为上下具有臂24U及24L的侧视观察下的大致分叉形状，下臂24L形成得比上臂24U短，使得顺畅地与固定器的前杆30b卡合。
如图4所示，带状的连接部件40张设于开口后方的装饰罩末端14-2b与托架32之间，将开口后方的装饰罩末端拉入到装饰罩的开口14-2’即填充物的凹部14-1’。
图5表示连接部件的立体图，概略地将初始形状设为单点划线所示的平板形状，在使用时以实线所示的形状安装。
带状连接部件40由兼备伸缩性和拉伸强度的布料成形，例如，可以是与装饰罩相同的布料，也可以是与座椅安全带的带件相同的聚酯纤维等布料。
连接部件的一端40a缝合于开口后方的装饰罩末端14-2b。而且，连接部件的另一端40b卷绕于连接管16并穿过，从而卡定于托架32，详细来说卡定于托架的前壁32b。在此，钩形的卡定片42安装于连接部件的另一端40b，通过使卡定片卡定于前壁的上端32b’，从而能够通过一次操作将连接部件的另一端卡定于托架32。并且，连接部件40在开口后方的装饰罩末端14-2b、托架32之间卷绕连接管16而张设。连接部件40能够将装饰罩末端14-2b拉入到填充物的凹部14-1’而退避到下方。
卡定片42例如由树脂材料成形。若由树脂材料成形卡定片，则通过缝合容易地安装于由布料构成的连接部件的另一端40b。
为了避免露出卡定片42，在实施例中，通过布片14-3覆盖卡定片而将其隐藏。例如，与装饰罩14-2相同材质的布片14-3的一端缝合于开口前方的装饰罩末端14-2a，另一端覆盖卡定片42并使其下垂至凹部14-1’，由此将卡定片隐藏。
如图1所示，以儿童座椅的背面侧下沉的倾斜姿势，将儿童座椅背面的卡合部件24卡合于座椅座垫后端的固定器的前杆30b。由于儿童座椅倾斜，大致分叉形状的卡合部件可能会咬入开口后方的装饰罩末端14-2b。
但是，将连接部件40卷绕连接管16并张设于开口后方的装饰罩末端14-2b与托架32之间，因此装饰罩末端被拉入到填充物的凹部14-1’，开口后方的装饰罩末端退避到下方。因此，即使以儿童座椅20的背面侧下沉的倾斜姿势将卡合部件24卡合于固定器的前杆30b，也不会使卡合部件的下臂24L咬入开口后方的装饰罩末端14-2b。而且，能够防止装饰罩末端向卡合部件前端的卡合口咬入。
并且，由于装饰罩末端不会咬入到卡合部件的卡合口24a，因此，固定器的前杆30b进入至卡合口的末端而被卡合。因此，将儿童座椅20可靠地保持在固定器30上。
另外，由于装饰罩末端不会咬入到卡合部件的卡合口24a，因此，能够避免卡合部件对装饰罩末端造成损伤。因此，不会损伤装饰罩的外观质量。
由于固定器30经由托架32固定在连接管16上，因此填充物的凹部14-1’、装饰罩的开口14-2’在前后方向上变长。但是，由于将装饰罩的开口后方的装饰罩末端14-2b拉入到填充物的凹部14-1’而退避到下方。因此，即使凹部14-1’、开口14-2’在前后方向上变长，卡合部件也不会咬入开口后方的装饰罩末端14-2b。由此，能够防止装饰罩末端咬入。
通过将连接部件40的另一端卡定于托架32，从而能够有效利用对开口后方的装饰罩末端14-2b的咬入方面并没有多少帮助的托架。
另外，由于连接部件40卷绕在连接管16上，因此能够容易地将连接部件张设于开口后方的装饰罩末端14-2b与托架32之间。因此，能够通过适当的牵引力将装饰罩末端14-2b拉入到填充物的凹部14-1’。
当由于后部碰撞、紧急停车等而较大的载荷作用于儿童座椅20时，该载荷经由儿童座椅的卡合部件24传递到固定器的前杆30b，固定器30以弯曲刚度承受该载荷。并且，由于固定器的侧杆30a的后端固定于连接管16，且固定器30成形为前杆30b连接于侧杆前端的悬臂状。因此，当较大的载荷作用于固定器而无法以弯曲刚度承受载荷时，无法避免固定器的变形、具体来说是侧杆的变形。
但是，由于固定器的侧杆30a相对于直立位置向斜前方伸出地设置(参照图3(A))，因此，侧杆不产生弯曲变形而是产生压弯变形(参照图3(B))，与弯曲变形相比其变形量较小。
此外，卡合于前杆30b的儿童座椅的卡合部件24随着侧杆30a的变形而下降，但托架32在卡合部件的下方位于能够抵接的位置。因此，下降的卡合部件的下表面24’与前壁的上端32b’抵接，托架承受载荷而阻止卡合部件的下降，即阻止侧杆的变形。
因此，即使由于后部碰撞、紧急停车等而较大的载荷作用于儿童座椅20，并经由卡合部件传递到固定器30，也能够在不使固定器的直径变大的情况下可靠地防止固定器的过度变形。
另外，由于将抱持连接管16的前周面的缺口32c设于托架的侧壁32a的后端，因此，能够确保充分的固定长度(焊接长度)。因此，托架32牢固地固定在连接管16上，能够充分承受从儿童座椅20传递到固定器30的载荷。
此外，由于托架的前壁32b位于与卡合部件24的延伸方向(前后方向)正交的方向(左右方向)。因此，即使儿童座椅20沿左右方向偏移地载置于座椅10，卡合部件的下表面24’也可靠地与前壁上端32b’抵接。
如上所述，由于通过张设连接部件而将装饰罩末端拉入到填充物的凹部，从而将开口后方的装饰罩末端退避到下方。因此，不会使儿童座椅背面的卡合部件咬入开口后方的装饰罩末端，能够防止装饰罩末端向卡合部件前端的卡合口咬入。并且，固定器的前杆进入至卡合口的末端而被卡合，从而将儿童座椅可靠地保持在固定器上。
上述的实施例用于说明本发明，但对本发明没有任何限定，在本发明的技术范围内实施的变形、改造等全部包含在本发明内，这是不言而喻的。
例如，在实施例中，固定器设于座椅座垫侧。即，固定器经由托架而固定于架设在座椅靠背框架的左右一对侧框架的后端之间的连接管上。但是，也可以将固定器设于座椅靠背侧，也可以经由托架固定在沿左右方向架设在座椅靠背框架的左右一对侧框架的下端之间的连接管上。
另外，作为儿童座椅，通常使用ISO-FIX类型的儿童座椅，但不限于此，本发明也可以应用于除ISO-FIX类型的儿童座椅以外的儿童座椅。
工业实用性
本发明能够广泛应用在具有用于保持儿童座椅的固定器的车辆用座椅。

Claims (5)

1.一种车辆用座椅，
具有用于保持儿童座椅的固定器，
所述固定器形成为通过前杆连接左右一对侧杆的前端而成的俯视观察下的大致“コ”字形，儿童座椅背面的卡合部件能够卡合于前杆，侧杆经由托架而固定于沿左右方向架设的座椅座垫或座椅靠背的连接管，
收纳所述固定器的凹部在座椅座垫后端或座椅靠背下端形成于填充物，覆盖填充物的装饰罩在填充物的凹部的上方开口，
儿童座椅背面的所述卡合部件形成为在前端具有能够与所述固定器的前杆卡合的卡合口的侧视观察下的大致分叉形状，
连接部件卷绕所述连接管并张设于开口后方的装饰罩末端与托架之间，将开口后方的装饰罩末端拉入到填充物的凹部，所述连接部件的一端连接于包围所述装饰罩的开口的装饰罩末端中的、开口后方的装饰罩末端，所述连接部件的另一端卡定于所述托架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用座椅，其中，
所述连接部件在另一端具有卡定片，连接部件的另一端通过卡定片而卡定于所述托架。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆用座椅，其中，
所述连接部件由布料形成，所述卡定片由树脂材料形成，
所述连接部件的一端缝合于开口后方的所述装饰罩末端，所述连接部件的另一端缝合于所述卡定片。
4.根据权利要求1～3中任一项所述的车辆用座椅，其中，
所述固定器支撑在所述托架上并相对于直立位置向斜前方伸出，
所述托架设于：在由于经由儿童座椅的所述卡合部件传递到所述前杆的向下方的载荷而使侧杆产生变形且卡合部件下降时、所述托架能够与卡合部件抵接的位置。
5.根据权利要求1～4中任一项所述的车辆用座椅，其中，
所述连接管在座椅座垫框架的左右一对侧框架的后端之间及座椅靠背框架的左右一对侧框架的下端之间中的任一处沿左右方向架设。
