Abstract

本发明的一种带端面油槽的轴向定位卡圈安装在附件传动装置轴承座中的卡圈槽内,对轴承进行轴向定位。包括一个弹性卡圈体、两个卡圈头部。每个卡圈头部开有一个直径为4毫米孔,为安装卡圈用。在弹性卡圈体的一侧端面上开有平行油槽,当弹性卡圈体安装在轴承座上对轴承进行轴向定位时,将开有油槽的一侧端面紧靠轴承安装,可以将从进入支撑座和轴承座孔流出的润滑油经过弹性卡圈体上的油槽流入轴承滚道,对轴承的滚动体进行润滑和冷却。

一种带端面油槽的轴向定位卡圈
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴向定位卡圈,尤其涉及一种带端面油槽的轴向定位卡圈
技术背景
在一些传动装置中,主要是包含传动齿轮和轴承等零组件,装配处结构空间非常紧凑,往往齿轮上轴承被齿轮挡住,润滑油到轴承又被轴向定位卡圈等零件堵住,不能对轴承进行直接润滑和冷却。需要对轴向定位卡圈等零件进行改进设计。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述不足之处,利用附件传动装置中的轴向定位卡圈,设计出一种带端面油槽的轴向定位卡圈。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种带端面油槽的轴向定位卡圈安装在附件传动装置轴承座中的卡圈槽内,对轴承进行轴向定位。包括一个弹性卡圈体、两个卡圈头部。每个卡圈头部开有一个直径为4毫米孔,为安装卡圈用。
所述的弹性卡圈体的一侧端面上开有平行油槽,当弹性卡圈体安装在轴承座上对轴承进行轴向定位时,将开有平行油槽的一侧端面紧靠轴承安装,可以将从进入支撑座和轴承座孔流出的润滑油经过弹性卡圈体上的油槽流入轴承滚道,对轴承的滚动体进行润滑和冷却。
所述的一个弹性卡圈体上的平行油槽一般设计有4到8个,油槽宽度的总长度一般为端面长度的30~50%,每个油槽的宽度按油槽数量平均分布,可以保证均匀向轴承供油。
所述的油槽深度一般在0.5~1毫米,不大于弹性卡圈体厚度的25%;油槽的两侧根部半径R为0.3毫米~0.6毫米;油槽在满足轴承润滑油量的基础上,计算弹性卡圈体的刚性和强度应符合储备要求。
本发明的有益效果在于:
带端面油槽的卡圈通过在附件传动装置中的使用,不仅解决了轴承的轴向定位问题,而且还解决了轴承的润滑和冷却问题。

具体实施方式:
下面通过具体实例对本发明做进一步详述。以下实施只是描述性的不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
由图1和图2可知,一种带端面油槽的轴向定位卡圈安装在附件传动装置轴承座中的卡圈槽内,对轴承进行轴向定位;包括一个弹性卡圈体1、两个卡圈头部2。每个卡圈头部2开有一个直径为4毫米的孔5,为安装卡圈用。
所述的弹性卡圈体1的端面3上开有平行油槽4,当弹性卡圈体1安装在轴承座上对轴承进行轴向定位时,将开有平行油槽4的端面3紧靠轴承安装,可以将从进入支撑座和轴承座孔流出的润滑油经过弹性卡圈体1上的平行油槽4流入轴承滚道,对轴承的滚动体进行润滑和冷却。
所述的一个弹性卡圈体1上的油槽4一般设计有4到8个,油槽宽度7的总长度一般为端面3长度的30~50%,每个油槽4的宽度按油槽数量平均分布,可以保证均匀向轴承供油。

1.一种带端面油槽的轴向定位卡圈是安装在附件传动装置轴承座中的卡圈槽内,对轴承进行轴向定位;包括一个弹性卡圈体、两个卡圈头部;其特征在于:弹性卡圈体(1)的端面(3)上开有平行油槽(4),当弹性卡圈体(1)安装在轴承座上对轴承进行轴向定位时,将开有平行油槽(4)的端面(3)紧靠轴承安装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带端面油槽的轴向定位卡圈,其特征在于:一个弹性卡圈体(1)上的平行油槽(4)一般设计有4到8个,油槽宽度(7)的总长度一般为端面(3)长度的30~50%,每个油槽(4)的宽度按油槽数量平均分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带端面油槽的轴向定位卡圈,其特征在于:油槽深度(6)一般在0.5~1毫米,不大于弹性卡圈体(1)厚度的25%;油槽(4)的两侧根部半径R(8)为0.3毫米~0.6毫米。
