Description

本发明涉及一种旋回破碎机，特别涉及其主轴在轴承上的安装及其调整柱塞。
在本发明中，旋回破碎机指的是所有按下述这种调整原理工作的主轴和锥头式破碎机，即破碎是在两个通常为破碎锥头之间发生的，不管其结构的机械构造如何。
在通用的旋回破碎机中，主轴及其内破碎头与止推轴承组件一起支撑在调整柱塞顶上，破碎机的径向力从调整柱塞的上方传递给机架。这种措施的一个缺点在于，其结构不可避免地要造的很高。
如上所述这种型式的一种旋回破碎机，从芬兰专利出版物55452号中可以了解到。
根据本发明的一种旋回破碎机，它包括一个置放在可转动的摆轴的倾斜孔中的轴，轴的底端通过止推轴承组件倚靠在可垂直移动的柱塞上，柱塞的形状象一个开顶圆筒，该圆筒环绕摆轴，并安装在位于摆轴的轴承上，从而使轴的径向力通过柱塞传递给破碎机机架。

图1  示出本发明的旋回破碎机的侧剖视图。
旋回破碎机包括主轴1，它由装配到轴2上的破碎锥头3组成。摆轴4的倾斜线孔使主轴1在工作循环中产生悬垂约束运动，使破碎锥头之间的破碎间隙5变窄或变宽，从而将岩石粉碎。在工作循环中的最小破碎间隙5的数值称之为旋回破碎机的调整量。调整量的变化可借助于液压控制设备来进行。将液压介质输送至柱塞6下面的空腔7中，于是主轴1上升，将调整量减小。相应地，将液压介质从空腔7卸放时，主轴1下降，将调整量增大。
柱塞6是一个开顶圆筒。轴2的底端支承在圆筒内底的止推轴承上。圆筒的上部内侧安装在摆轴的外表面上的径向轴承上。因此，轴的径向力通过调整柱塞传递给破碎机的机架。

Claims (2)

1、一种旋回破碎机，包括一个置放在可转动的摆轴(4)的倾斜孔中的轴(2)，轴(2)的底端通过止推轴承组件倚靠在可垂直移动的柱塞上，其特征在于柱塞(6)的形状象一个开顶圆筒，该圆筒环绕摆轴(4)，并安装在位于摆轴(4)上的轴承(8)上，从而使轴(2)的径向力通过柱塞(6)传送给破碎机机架。
2、根据权利要求所述的破碎机，其特征在于柱塞（6）是利用径向轴承（8）安装在摆轴（4）的外表面上。
