本发明涉及一种治疗肿瘤的药物及其配制方法,其配方如下:天葵子1-10千克,猕猴桃根1-10千克,当归1-10千克,黄芪1-5克,胡桃皮10-25千克,胡桃枝5-20千克,枸杞子1-5千克,白糖1-15千克。剂型:口服液,或冲剂,或胶囊。功用:主治食道癌、胃癌、结肠癌等多种肿瘤及中晚期癌症放疗、化疗的辅助治疗。

本发明涉及到一种治疗肿瘤的药物及其配制方法,特别是中医药治疗肿瘤的药物及其配制方法。
肿瘤,特别是食道癌、胃癌、结肠癌是常见的恶性肿瘤。目前,国内外在治疗食道癌、胃癌、结肠癌方面,多采用手术治疗,或放疗,或化疗,或免疫方法,或光学疗法。效果也不十分理想,且对人体创伤较大,不良反应多,病人不愿接受。国内在中医中药治疗上述疾病方面,多采用辩证施治,收效也不理想。中成药“天仙丸”等抗癌药物因有效率太低,患者也不愿接受。因此,研究一种治疗肿瘤的药物是非常必要的。
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术特点,提供一种治疗肿瘤,尤其是食道癌、胃癌、结肠癌疗效较佳,不良反应最少的药物及其配制方法。
本发明药物是根据中医对癌瘤,既要治标,更要治本,标本兼顾,攻补兼施,祛邪扶正,调整阴阳、气血、脏腑、经络功能平衡,调动机体抗病能力,调整免疫功能。处方中天葵子、猕猴桃根清热解毒,化瘀散结,活血消肿,《陕西中草药》载猕猴桃根能治疗胃肠系统肿瘤,《中医肿瘤学》介绍的民间单方也记载用猕猴桃根治肿瘤及乳瘤,《浙江民间草药》载天葵子可治乳癌;当归能养血活血,软坚散结,舒肝解郁,泻脏腑热毒,兼有滋阴作用,治全身肿胀,血脉不和;黄芪益气活血,强心滋阴补脾,祛瘀生新,治一切气衰血虚之证;枸杞子滋肾、润肺、补肝、明目,增强免疫功能,治肝肾阴虚;胡桃青皮能解毒消肿,治痛肿疮毒,对胃肠系统有明显止痛作用;胡桃枝能杀虫解毒,镇痛补血,增进食欲,改善肿瘤症状,临床有报道可用于各种癌症的治疗,特别是对宫颈癌和肺癌,效果较显著。该处方集中了清热解毒药,软坚散结药,化痰理气药,活血化淤药,消肿止痛药,补虚扶正药,攻补兼施,协同作用,达到了抗肿瘤目的。
本发明的药物配方由下列药物组成:天葵子1-10千克,猕猴桃根1-10千克,当归1-10千克,黄芪1-5千克,胡桃皮10-25千克,胡桃枝5-20千克,枸杞子1-5千克,白糖1-15千克。
本发明的制造工艺是:1、制取当归挥发油提取液:取当归洗净后放在蒸馏锅下部装置的多孔板上面,通入蒸气,收集当归挥发油和水的混合液,低温贮存备用,当归渣留用下道工序。
2.胡桃醌混合物粗品的提取:取胡桃皮和胡桃枝,洗净后煎者两次,第一次加水3万毫升煎煮3小时,第二次加水2万毫升,煎煮2小时合并煎液过滤,滤液减压浓缩至1.5万毫升,用6mol/L盐酸调PH1.5,使沉淀析出,置冷藏室放置24小时,过滤,弃去滤液,固体用2000毫升石油醚回流溶解,过滤,回收石油醚,得稠膏状物,加3000毫升蒸馏水搅拌下用6mol/L氢氧化钠调PH为8,使溶液基本澄清,过滤,滤液含胡桃醌,胡桃氢醌和胡桃甙等有效成分,低温放置备用。
3.取天葵子、猕猴桃根、黄芪、枸杞子和当归渣,煎煮二次,第一次加水3万毫升;煎煮4小时,第二次加水2万毫升,煎煮2小时,合并煎液,用三层纱布过滤减压浓缩至稠膏状,冷却后加入乙醇至含醇量为60%,密封放置7天,使沉淀完全,过滤,回收乙醇,加水适量,放置24小时水沉,过滤至澄明,将当归挥发油提取液和胡桃醌混合物提取液、蔗糖,加入药液,搅拌均匀,用蒸馏水调整总量至10万毫升,搅匀、过滤、灌装,100℃灭菌30分钟。
本发是有具有清热解毒、祛邪扶正的作用。适用于食道癌、胃癌、结肠癌等多种肿瘤及中晚期癌肿放疗及化疗的辅助治疗。
口服,每日二至三次,每次10至20毫升,用时摇匀。
忌酸、辣、油腻食物、烟、禁洒。
本品每瓶10毫升,含生药(g/ml)100%。应避光、密封、存于阴凉处。
本发明是于1970年应用临床的,经过20多年的使用和研究,证明本品具有消肿散结,益气生津,扶助正气之功效,对多种肿瘤具有改善症状,增进食欲和增加机体抗病能力的作用。为了使本发明成为商品,更好地为广大患者服务,从1989年开始,根据《新药审批办法》的有关规定对本发明进行了系统研究。经解放军总医院,空军总医院、海军总医院、天津东兴医院应用本发明药物治疗食道癌125例,有效率为79.23%,治疗胃癌123例,有效率75.34%。动物试验证明,本品可明显抑制S130肉瘤的生长,显著促进PHA诱导的免疫抑制小鼠淋巴细胞增殖作用,使正常和免疫抑制鼠的迟发型超敏反应明显增强。急性毒性试验和长期毒性试验证明本品无毒。
实施例:
取胡桃枝12kg,胡桃皮18kg,洗净煎煮两次,第一次煎煮3小时,加水3万毫升,第二次煎煮2小时,加水2万毫升,合并煎液,滤过,减压浓缩至1.5万毫升,用6N HCL调PH1.5,使沉淀析出置冷藏室放置24小时,过滤,弃去滤液,固体用2000毫升石油醚回流溶解,过滤,回收石油醚,得稠膏状物,加3000毫升蒸馏水搅拌,用6N NaOH调PH为8,过滤,滤液备用。当归2kg,通水蒸汽蒸馏提取挥发油,另器保存。当归渣和天葵子4kg、猕猴桃根4kg、黄氏2kg、枸杞2kg煎煮二次,第1次4小时,加水3万毫升,第2次2小时,加水2万毫升,合并煎液,过滤,减压浓缩至稠膏状,冷却后加乙醇至含醇量为60%,密封7天,使沉淀完全、过滤,回收乙醇,加水适量,放置24小时水沉,过滤至澄明,加入当归挥发油和胡桃枝、胡桃皮提取液,蔗糖2kg搅拌均匀,用蒸馏水调整至10万毫升,搅均、过滤、灌装,100℃灭菌30分钟。
本品为深棕色的澄明液体(久贮略略有浑浊);味甜、微香。
本品的鉴别:(1)、取本品10毫升,用10毫升乙醚萃取,弃去水层,醚层加2毫升水洗,弃去水层,醚液至水浴中蒸干,加苯2毫升溶解,取苯溶液1滴,置试管中,加25%碳酸钠溶液,4%甲醛及5%邻二硝基苯的苯溶液各1滴,混匀后,置水浴中加热1-4分钟显紫色。
(2)、取本品10毫升,同(1)法,取醚液至水浴中浓缩至2毫升,取浓缩液1滴,至滤纸上,干燥后喷洒碳酸钠水溶液,颜色从淡黄色变为橙黄色,置紫外线(365NM)下观察,颜色从亮黄色荧光变成天兰色荧色。
(3)、取(2)制得的醚液2毫升,蒸干,残渣加2毫升盐酸溶液(1→100)溶解,过滤,加碘化汞钾3滴,生成灰白色沉淀。
本品的检查相对密度不低于1.10,(中国药典90版第二部附录34页)。
(4)、取本品15毫升至分液漏斗中,用乙醚萃取2次,每次10毫升,合并醚液,加5毫升蒸馏水洗一次,弃去水层,醚层浓缩至0.5毫升,取2UI点样至HF254硅胶荧光板上,用苯∶丙酮∶甲醇(80∶18∶2)展开,展距8CM,挥干,置紫外光(λ254NM)下观察,RF0.60亮黄色荧光斑点为胡桃青皮的特征斑点;RF0.52天兰色荧光斑点为猕猴桃根的特征斑点;RF0.49淡兰色荧光斑点为天葵子的特征斑点。
(5)、PH值应在3.5-4.5,(中国药典90版第1部附录40页)。
(6)、装置差异:取供试品5瓶,将内容物分别倒入经校正后的干燥量筒内,在室温下检视,每瓶装置量应不少于标示量,如有1瓶少于标示量时,不得超过标示量的5.0%。

Claims (2)
1.一种治疗肿瘤的药物,其特征在于它由下列原料制成:天葵子1-10千克,藤梨根1-10千克,当归1-10千克,黄芪1-5千克,胡桃皮10-25千克,胡桃枝5-20千克,枸杞子1-5千克,白糖1-15千克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗肿瘤的药物,其特征在于它由下述工艺制造:
(1)制备当归挥发油提取液:取当归洗净后放在蒸馏锅下部装置的多孔板上面,通入蒸气,收集当归挥发油和水的混合液,低温贮存备用,当归渣留用下一道工序;
(2)胡桃醌混合物粗品的提取:取胡桃皮和胡桃枝,洗净后煎煮两次,第一次加水3万ml,煎煮3小时,第二次加水万2ml煎煮2小时,合并煎液过滤,滤液减压浓缩至1.5万ml,用6mol/L盐酸调PH1.5,使沉淀析出,置冷藏室放置24小时,过滤,弃去滤液,固体用2000ml石油醚回流溶解,过滤,回收石油醚,得稠膏状物,加3000ml蒸馏水搅拌下用6mol/L氢氧化钠调PH为8,使溶液基本澄清,过滤,滤液低温放置备用;
(3)取天葵子、藤梨根、黄芪、枸杞子和当归渣,煎煮二次,第一次加水3万ml,煎煮4小时,第二次加水2万ml,煎煮2小时,合并煎液,用三层纱布过滤减压浓缩至稠膏状,冷却后加入乙醇至含醇量为60%,密封放置7天,使沉淀完全过滤,回收乙醇,加水适量,放置24小时水沉,过滤至澄明,将当归挥发油提取液和胡桃皮、胡桃枝的提取液、蔗糖,加入药液,搅拌均匀,用蒸馏水调整总量至10万ml,搅匀,滤过,灌装100℃灭菌30分钟。
