Abstract
本发明公开了一种吸收制品及其表面层。表面层包括接触层和渗透层，接触层包括多个纤维团，纤维团间隔且凸出设置于渗透层上，并用于接触肌肤，纤维团的柔软度及疏水性大于渗透层。表面层使得体液能够经过纤维团导流后经渗透层完全渗入吸收制品的吸收芯层中，接触层具有优于渗透层的柔软度，确保肌肤接触时有较好的舒适感，且体液不会在与肌肤接触的接触层上停留，使得接触层能够保持足够的干爽度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纸尿裤、女性用吸收制品、成人失禁用品等吸收制品及其表面层。
背景技术
现有吸收制品的基本结构组成大都包括表面层、吸收芯层、不透液底层以及单片包装层，其中吸收芯层通过胶粘结设置在表面层与不透液底层之间。其中表面层为吸收制品在使用过程中接触使用者皮肤的表面，不透液底层为吸收制品在使用过程接触衣物的表面，体液透过吸收制品的表面层被吸收芯层吸收以及储存，不透液层可防止体液渗漏。
现有的该种结构的吸收制品在使用过程中存在下述问题：当表面层采用棉质感较强的材料，如无纺布/水刺布时，该吸收制品在使用时其接触皮肤的表面具有较好的舒适感，但是由于棉质材料的液体渗透效果较差，使得体液由表面层渗透至吸收芯层的速度较慢，且存在体液部分残留在表面层的情况，从而导致了吸收制品的接触皮肤的表面层不够干爽，使吸收制品的舒适度下降。当表面层采用液体渗透效果较佳的材料，如打孔膜时，体液由表面层渗透至吸收芯层的速度较快，吸收制品在使用过程中较为干爽，但是由于打孔膜等较棉质材料来说，其透气性较差，也不够柔软，使用过程中会产生粘腻感，以及不柔软感，使吸收制品的舒适度下降。
为了改善上述问题，目前市面上出现了三片式设计的吸收制品，该制品的表面层沿制品纵向的左右两侧部分采用棉质感较强的材料，如无纺布等，表面层沿制品纵向的中间部分采用液体渗透效果较好的打孔膜。该种结构的吸收制品存在的问题是：沿制品纵向的两端的中间区域的打孔膜仍然会造成较强的摩擦感，降低了吸收制品的舒适度。
市面上也出现了具有复合的表面层的吸收制品，该吸收制品的表面层是由柔软舒适的棉质材料，如无纺布和渗透效果较好的材料，如打孔膜复合而成的，其中棉质材料层设置在接触使用者皮肤的一侧，渗透材料层设置在棉质材料层和吸收芯体之间。但由于无纺布自身的存水率会造成面层潮湿感。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种同时兼顾舒适性能和吸水性能的吸收制品及其表面片。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种吸收制品的表面层，该表面层包括接触层和渗透层，接触层包括多个纤维团，纤维团间隔且凸出设置于渗透层上，并用于接触肌肤，纤维团的柔软度及疏水性大于渗透层。
其中，纤维团通过超声波结合的方式或者通过3D打印的方式设置于渗透层上。
其中，纤维团由PE纤维或PET纤维制成。
其中，纤维团的密度为10-60个/mm2。
其中，纤维团的密度为20-55个/mm2。
其中，纤维团的密度为30-40个/mm2。
其中，纤维团的高度为0.5-1.5mm。
其中，纤维团的高度为0.7-1.2mm。
其中，纤维团的高度为0.8-1mm。
其中，渗透层的中央位置处的纤维团的高度大于渗透层的边缘位置处的纤维团的高度。
其中，渗透层的中央位置处的纤维团的密度大于渗透层的边缘位置处的纤维团的密度。
其中，渗透层上设置有开孔，且渗透层的开孔率为25%-45%，开孔的孔径为0.1-0.8mm，纤维团对开孔的覆盖率不超过20%。
其中，渗透层的开孔率为30%-40%，开孔的孔径为0.2-0.6mm，纤维团对开孔的覆盖率不超过15%。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的另一个技术方案是：提供一种吸收制品，该吸收制品包括吸收芯层、不透液层以及如上所述的表面层，吸收芯层设置于表面层的渗透层和不透液层之间。
本发明的有益效果是：区别于现有技术的情况，本发明吸收制品的表面层包括接触层和渗透层，接触层包括多个间隔且凸出设置于渗透层上的纤维团，纤维团与皮肤接触且其柔软度及疏水性均大于渗透层；使得体液能够经过纤维团导流后经渗透层完全渗入吸收制品的吸收芯层中，接触层具有优于渗透层的柔软度，确保肌肤接触时有较好的舒适感，且体液不会在与肌肤接触的接触层上停留，使得接触层能够保持足够的干爽度。

具体实施方式
参阅图1，本发明吸收制品的表面层1包括接触层11和渗透层12。吸收制品（未图示）除表面层1外至少还包括吸收芯层（未图示）和不透液层（未图示）。吸收芯层位于表面层1和不透液层之间，表面层1的渗透层12全面覆盖吸收芯层，接触层11远离吸收芯层设置，用于与肌肤接触。吸收芯层用于吸收及储存体液，不透液层在使用过程中接触衣物表面，避免吸收层吸收的体液渗透至衣物上。
为了确保渗透层12具有较好的渗透性能，优选地，渗透层12可以是打孔膜或者粗纤维制成的导流层。
接触层11包括多个纤维团111，纤维团111凸出设置于渗透层12上，使用时，纤维团111与使用者的肌肤接触。纤维团111的柔软度及疏水性大于渗透层12，因此，与肌肤接触时，有良好的触感，当体液排出至吸收制品上时，因为纤维团111具有疏水性，故，体液经纤维团导流至渗透层12并经渗透层12快速渗透后被吸收芯层吸收，使得接触层11能够保持较好的干爽性。纤维团111的材料可以是PE纤维或者PET纤维等。纤维团111可以是半球状、球状或者具有平滑过渡表面的其他立体形状。
优选地，形成接触层11的纤维团111通过超声波结合的方式或者通过3D打印的方式设置于渗透层12上。与传统的粘接、热压复合或热熔复合等方式相比，接触层11的纤维团111之间未受到挤压，因此能够确保体液的导流和渗透效果，而且接触层11与渗透层12之间的结合更加牢靠，且生产效率较高，能够量产和市场化。
凸出设置于渗透层12上的纤维团111不同区域的高度和密度可以不同。一般情况下，吸收制品的中央位置处为体液集中吸收区，为了增强该区域的体液导流及吸收效果、确保吸收制品的干爽、舒适性能，优选地，渗透层12的中央位置处的纤维团111的密度大于渗透层12的边缘位置处的纤维团的密度；渗透层12的中央位置处的纤维团111的高度大于渗透层12的边缘位置处的纤维团111的高度。
实际应用中，若凸出设置于渗透层12上的纤维团111密度过小，则其形成的接触层11所起到的减小吸收制品与皮肤的接触的作用较为微弱，起不到预期的作用；若凸出设置于渗透层12上的纤维团111的密度过大，则使得露出吸收制品的表面的渗透层的露出率过低，大大降低体液的吸收速率，影响吸收制品表面层的干爽度。经过申请人长期研究、大量实验及改进，优选地，凸出设置于渗透层12上的纤维团111的密度为10-60个/mm2;更优选地，凸出设置于渗透层12上的纤维团111的密度为20-55个/mm2;再优选地，凸出设置于渗透层12上的纤维团111的密度为20-50个/mm2;最优选地，凸出设置于渗透层12上的纤维团111的密度为30-40个/mm2。
当凸出设置于渗透层12上的纤维团111的高度太小时，其形成的接触层11所起到的导流体液至渗透层12的作用较弱，而且吸收制品的接触层11没有将渗透层12与肌肤充分隔离，使得柔软舒适度降低；当凸出设置于渗透层12上的纤维团111的高度太大时，吸收制品的接触层11在穿戴的过程中容易坍塌，降低体液渗透的效率、且会在接触层11上形成残留。经过申请人长期研究、大量实验及改进，优选地，凸出设置于渗透层12上的纤维团111的高度为0.5-1.5mm;更优选地，凸出设置于渗透层12上的纤维团111的高度为0.7-1.2mm;再优选地，凸出设置于渗透层12上的纤维团111的高度为0.8-1.0mm。
凸出设置于渗透层12上的纤维团111可以按照一定的规则排列，例如，在不同的区域排列成不同的密度、或者不同的区域的高度按照一定规律形成，使得接触层11形成一定的图案。根据吸收制品的使用人群的消费心理，接触层11的不同区域还可以使用不同的颜色形成不同的图案。
为了确保渗透层12的渗透效果，渗透层12上设置有开孔121。开孔121可以是贯穿渗透层12设置的通孔，也可以是自渗透层12的与接触层11连接的表面凹设的凹槽。优选地，渗透层12的开孔率为25%-45%；更优选地，渗透层12的开孔率为30%-40%；开孔率即开孔的面积占渗透层12的整个表面的面积的比值。开孔121的孔径为0.1-0.8mm，更优选地，开孔121的孔径为0.2-0.6mm。纤维团111的底部对开孔121的覆盖率不超过20%；更优选地，纤维团111的底部对开孔121的覆盖率不超过15%。
区别于现有技术，本发明吸收制品的表面层1包括接触层11和渗透层12，接触层11包括多个间隔且凸出设置于渗透层12上的纤维团111，纤维团111与皮肤接触且其柔软度及疏水性均大于渗透层12；使得体液能够经过纤维团111导流后经渗透层12完全渗入吸收制品的吸收芯层中，接触层11具有优于渗透层12的柔软度，确保肌肤接触时有较好的舒适感，且体液不会在与肌肤接触的接触层11上停留，使得接触层12能够保持足够的干爽度。
本发明还保护一种吸收制品，该吸收制品包括吸收芯层、不透液层和表面层1。表面层1的结构在前述实施例中已经详尽描述，吸收芯层设置于表面层1的渗透层12和不透液层之间。

2.根据权利要求1所述的表面层，其特征在于，所述纤维团通过超声波结合的方式或者通过3D打印的方式设置于所述渗透层上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的表面层，其特征在于，所述纤维团由PE纤维或PET纤维制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的表面层，其特征在于，所述纤维团的密度为10-60个/mm2。
