Abstract
本发明是一种治哮喘药物的生产方法，根据湿胜生痰、肺通调水道的中医理论，辩证施治，突破了中药“十八反”，方剂中有8味“反药”，用海藻、芫花、桂枝、赤芍、麻黄、百部、天南星、制半夏、制川乌、五味子、北细辛、鲜柏树果仁、杏仁、藜芦、干姜、甘草配制成。对正虚邪实、寒热错杂的哮喘病症能使寒热平调、解表蠲饮、祛痰止咳、宣肺平喘，即治支气管哮喘、支气管炎、肺结核。配制工艺简单。适宜制药厂、医院制剂室应用。
Description
本发明涉及治疗哮喘病的一种中成药品的配制生产方法。
渊源流长的中药‘十八反’的缺点是过于呆滞。现有的治疗哮喘病的药的品种多，对于不同类型的哮喘病各有不同程度的治疗效果，但不能根治。
本发明的目的在于弘扬传统的中医药、辩证施治，突破中药‘十八反’、提供一种治疗哮喘病的中成药——治咳喘药的配制生产方法。
本发明是这样实现的：配制每万片药剂取海藻4.5-5Kg、芫花1.3-1.7Kg、桂枝4-5Kg、赤芍4.5-5Kg、麻黄2.8-3.5Kg、百部2.8-3.5Kg、天南星2.8-3.5Kg、制半夏4-5Kg、制川乌2.8-3.5Kg、五味子2.8-3.5Kg、北细辛1.3-1.7Kg、鲜柏树果仁4-5Kg、杏仁4.5-5Kg、藜芦1.3-1.7Kg、干姜2.8-3.5Kg、甘草1.2-1.8Kg。首先，除去芫花的细绒毛，海藻洗去盐与沙土。将藜芦、细辛、芫花粉碎，100-120目过筛，细粉待用做药片，粗末加入另13味粉碎过的药内煎5-7次，每次煎沸40-60分钟后过滤出药液，然后将过滤出的药液浓缩至稠膏状，冷却后加入藜芦、细辛、芫花的细粉，并加淀粉2.8-3.5Kg，混合搅匀，制成均匀的颗粒，经100-120℃烘干，再粉碎后压制成片，外裹用5％的硬脂酸镁、3％的滑石粉及食糖配制成的糖衣，再经100-120℃干燥后装瓶待用。日服三次，每次4-6片，温开水送服。
本发明根据湿胜生痰，肺通调水道的中医理论，辩证施治，突破了中药‘十八反’，方剂中有8味‘反药’，能解表蠲饮、止咳平喘祛痰，对正虚邪实、寒热错杂的哮喘病症能使寒热平调。鲜柏树果仁作药用，突破了‘药典’的记载范围。经临床验证，治支气管哮喘、支气管炎的治愈率达70％以上，总的有效率达99％以上，治肺结核的治愈率达85％以上。配制工艺简单，适宜制药厂、医院制剂室配制中成药应用。
本发明以下将结合实施例进一步描述：
配制每万片药剂，取海藻4.5Kg、芫花1.5Kg、桂枝4.5Kg、赤芍4.5Kg、麻黄3Kg、百部3Kg、天南星3Kg、制半夏4.5Kg、制川乌3Kg、五味子3Kg、北细辛1.5Kg、鲜柏树果仁4.5Kg、杏仁4.5Kg、藜芦1.5Kg、干姜3Kg、甘草1.5Kg。首先，将芫花装在棉布袋内揉搓，脱掉细绒毛。海藻煎前洗去盐与沙土。将藜芦、北细辛、芜花粉碎，用120目的细筛过筛，细粉待用做药片，粗末加入另13味粉碎过的药内一起煎，提取药液6次，每次煎沸1小时，过滤出药液，然后将6次过滤出的药液混合后浓缩至稠膏状，冷却后加入藜芦，细辛，芫花的细粉，并加入淀粉3Kg，混合搅匀，制成均匀的颗粒，经100-120℃烘干，再粉碎后压制成片，外裹糖衣，再经100-120℃干燥后装瓶待用。糖衣用5％的硬脂酸镁、3％的滑石粉与食糖调成，裹于药片上，防腐、美观。

1.一种治哮喘药物的生产方法，其特征在于：(1)配制每万片药剂取海藻4.5-5kg、芫花1.3-1.7kg、桂枝4-5kg、赤芍4.5-5kg、麻黄2.8-3.5kg、百部2.8-3.5kg、天南星2.8-3.5kg、制半夏4-5kg、制川乌2.8-3.5kg、五味子2.8-3.5kg、北细辛1.3-1.7kg、鲜柏树果仁4-5kg、杏仁4.5-5kg、藜芦1.3-1.7kg、干姜2.8-3.5kg、甘草1.2-1.8kg；(2)除去芫花的细绒毛，海藻洗去盐与沙土，将藜芦、细辛、芫花粉碎，100-120目过筛，细粉待用做药片，粗末加入另13味粉碎过的药内煎5-7次，每次煎沸40-60分钟后过滤出药液；(3)将过滤出的药液浓缩至稠膏状，冷却后加入藜芦、细辛、芫花的细粉，并加淀粉2.8-3.5kg，混合搅匀，制成均匀的颗粒，经100-120℃烘干；(4)再粉碎后压制成片，外裹用5％的硬脂酸镁、3％的滑石粉及食糖配制成的糖衣后，再经100-120℃干燥。
