一种薄壁气缸珩磨的辅助治具，包括上支架(1)和下支架(2)，上支架(1)和下支架(2)均由圆弧形的环体(a)和连杆(b)组成，环体(a)的外侧壁上成型有连杆(b)，上支架(1)的环体(a)上成型有若干个定位柱(11)，所述下支架(2)的环体(a)成型有若干个螺纹孔(21)，下支架(2)的连杆(b)上插接有螺杆(3)，螺杆(3)固定在上支架(1)的连杆(b)上，所述的螺杆(3)上螺接有两个螺母(4)，两个螺母(4)分别压靠在下支架(2)连杆(b)的上下两端上。它公开了一种辅助治具来与待加工的气缸缸体相连接，从而通过固定其辅助治具来限制珩磨过程中的气缸缸体的转动，保证珩磨质量。

Description

一种薄壁气缸珩磨的辅助治具
技术领域：
本发明涉及珩磨辅助装置的技术领域，更具体地说涉及一种薄壁气缸珩磨的辅助治具。
背景技术：
目前低温泵中使用到一种壁厚超薄的气缸，其气缸缸体的壁厚一般为0.5mm左右，同时在其气缸缸体的两端的成型有法兰，从而与冷屏相连接。上述气缸缸体先由车床进行切削成型，然后再由珩磨机进行珩磨内孔，而在珩磨过程中固定气缸缸体只能夹持在缸体两端的法兰，但为保证珩磨轴珩磨时自动找中心，其缸体两端的法兰又不能完全固定死，从而在珩磨过程中气缸缸体会发生转动，影响珩磨的质量。
发明内容：
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足，而提供一种薄壁气缸珩磨的辅助治具，其能限制珩磨过程中气缸缸体的转动，保证珩磨的质量。
本发明的技术解决措施如下：
一种薄壁气缸珩磨的辅助治具，包括上支架和下支架，上支架和下支架均由圆弧形的环体和连杆组成，环体的外侧壁上成型有连杆，上支架的环体上成型有若干个定位柱，所述下支架的环体成型有若干个螺纹孔，下支架的连杆上插接有螺杆，螺杆固定在上支架的连杆上，所述的螺杆上螺接有两个螺母，两个螺母分别压靠在下支架连杆的上下两端上。
所述上支架上的定位柱和固定在上支架上的螺杆分别位于上支架的两端面上。
所述上支架和下支架的环体均不大于1/2的圆环。
所述上支架的定位柱的上侧边上成型有倒角。
本发明的有益效果在于：
1、它公开了一种辅助治具来与待加工的气缸缸体相连接，从而通过固定其辅助治具来限制珩磨过程中的气缸缸体的转动，保证珩磨质量。
2、它同时方便拿取气缸缸体，避免手直接拿取而引起的变形。

具体实施方式：
实施例：见图1至3所示，一种薄壁气缸珩磨的辅助治具，包括上支架1和下支架2，上支架1和下支架2均由圆弧形的环体a和连杆b组成，环体a的外侧壁上成型有连杆b，上支架1的环体a上成型有若干个定位柱11，所述下支架2的环体a成型有若干个螺纹孔21，下支架2的连杆b上插接有螺杆3，螺杆3固定在上支架1的连杆b上，所述的螺杆3上螺接有两个螺母4，两个螺母4分别压靠在下支架2连杆b的上下两端上。
所述上支架1上的定位柱11和固定在上支架1上的螺杆4分别位于上支架1的两端面上。
所述上支架1和下支架2的环体a均不大于1/2的圆环。
所述上支架1的定位柱11的上侧边上成型有倒角。
工作原理：本治具与气缸缸体连接的状态见图3所示，连接时，1、先将上支架1抵靠到气缸缸体5一端法兰的内端面上，并将定位柱11插接到法兰上的连接孔内，2、再在螺杆3上移动下支架2，将下支架2抵靠到气缸缸体5另一端法兰的内端面上，然后使用螺栓6穿过气缸缸体5另一端法兰的连接孔紧固到下支架2上，然后在锁紧螺母4；从而就能手持螺杆3拿气缸缸体，从而在夹装气缸时限制螺杆3，就能防止气缸缸体转动。

1.一种薄壁气缸珩磨的辅助治具，包括上支架(1)和下支架(2)，其特征在于：上支架(1)和下支架(2)均由圆弧形的环体(a)和连杆(b)组成，环体(a)的外侧壁上成型有连杆(b)，上支架(1)的环体(a)上成型有若干个定位柱(11)，所述下支架(2)的环体(a)成型有若干个螺纹孔(21)，下支架(2)的连杆(b)上插接有螺杆(3)，螺杆(3)固定在上支架(1)的连杆(b)上，所述的螺杆(3)上螺接有两个螺母(4)，两个螺母(4)分别压靠在下支架(2)连杆(b)的上下两端上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄壁气缸珩磨的辅助治具，其特征在于：所述上支架(1)上的定位柱(11)和固定在上支架(1)上的螺杆(4)分别位于上支架(1)的两端面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄壁气缸珩磨的辅助治具，其特征在于：所述上支架(1)和下支架(2)的环体(a)均不大于1/2的圆环。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄壁气缸珩磨的辅助治具，其特征在于：所述上支架(1)的定位柱(11)的上侧边上成型有倒角。
