Abstract

一种旋转飞链式破碎振动器，包括与电机相连的转动轴、及数根索链；该索链的一端固定于该转动轴的一侧，另一端为自由端；如此，通过于表面冷却器的灰斗出料口底部装设本破碎振动器，由于索链仅装设于转动轴一侧，分布不均匀，使得索链在转动轴带动下转动时产生不平衡离心力，并引起振动，从而，使高温烟气在经过表面冷却器时由于高温氧化作用形成的块状物料，在经过灰斗时在该振动作用下，能迅速疏散下落，并被旋转的索链击打破碎成小块物料。

技术领域
本发明涉及有色金属冶炼行业，具体涉及一种利用单侧索链旋转产生振动同时破碎结块物料，达到振动落料和破碎结块物料目的的旋转飞链式破碎振动器。
背景技术
有色金属冶炼过程中排出的高温烟气在经过表面冷却器进行冷却时，由于烟气温度高，烟气中含有的金属粉尘在高温氧化作用下自结成块，加上表面冷却器下部出料处较窄，使块状物料不易落下。对于此类现象，常规的解决方法是人工用重物敲打表面冷却器壁，使块状物料敲散振落下来。该种解决方式极易引起器壁变形，同时加大了人工劳动强度，实有改进的必要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种可将高温烟气冷却时产生的块状物料击打破碎成易下落的小块物料的旋转飞链式破碎振动器。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：一种旋转飞链式破碎振动器，其特点是，其装设于表面冷却器的灰斗出料口底部，包括与电机相连的转动轴及数根索链；该索链的一端固定于该转动轴的一侧，另一端为自由端；该设于转动轴一侧的数根索链在该电机作用下，由转动轴带动转动而产生不平衡离心力，引起振动和破碎形成于表面冷却器中而下落至灰斗出料口中的结块物料。
所述灰斗出料口底部对称开设穿孔，该转动轴的两端分别伸出该穿孔，且其中一端伸出该穿孔后再与该电机相连。
如此，通过于表面冷却器的灰斗出料口底部装设本破碎振动器，由于索链仅装设于转动轴一侧，分布不均匀，使得索链在转动轴带动下转动时产生不平衡离心力，并引起振动，从而使高温烟气在经过表面冷却器时，由于高温氧化作用形成的块状物料通过灰斗出料口时在该振动作用下，能迅速疏散下落，并被旋转的索链击打破碎成小块物料。

具体实施方式
参见图1，本发明为一种旋转飞链式破碎振动器，其包括与电机（图中未示）相连的转动轴1、及数根索链2。该索链2的一端焊接于该转动轴1的一侧，另一端为自由端。该索链2焊接于转动轴1一侧时，可均匀分布，亦可不均匀分布。
使用时，是于该表面冷却器的灰斗出料口3底部对称开设穿孔（图中未示），本破碎振动器装设于该灰斗出料口3的底部，该转动轴1的两端分别伸出该穿孔，且一端伸出该穿孔后与一电机连接，索链2位于该灰斗出料口3中，穿孔与转动轴1结合处可依需要设置密封件。
结合参见图2，在电机作用下，转动轴1转动，带动索链2转动，由于索链2仅设于该转动轴1的一侧，索链2的分布不均匀而产生离心力，引起振动，从而使高温烟气在经过表面冷却器时，由于高温氧化作用形成的块状物料4在该振动作用下，能迅速疏散下落，并被旋转的索链2击打破碎成小块物料5。

1.一种旋转飞链式破碎振动器，其特征在于，其装设于表面冷却器的灰斗出料口（3）底部，包括与电机相连的转动轴（1）及数根索链（2）；该索链（2）的一端固定于该转动轴（1）的一侧，另一端为自由端；该设于转动轴（1）一侧的数根索链（2）在该电机作用下，由转动轴（1）带动转动而产生不平衡离心力，引起振动和破碎形成于表面冷却器中而下落至灰斗出料口（3）中的结块物料（4）。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种旋转飞链式破碎振动器，其特征在于，所述灰斗出料口（3）底部对称开设穿孔，该转动轴（1）的两端分别伸出该穿孔，且其中一端伸出该穿孔后再与该电机相连。
