Abstract
本发明公开了一种防火吸音板，由以下重量份原料组成：32～36份木质纤维、50～55份的二水石膏、4～6份玻璃纤维丝、5～8份丙烯酸乳液、3～5份无机铝盐防水剂、50-60份工业废水，其具体的制备方法依次进行以下步骤，成分中增加耐磨配方，保证了石膏板的强度和硬度同时，具有良好的耐磨性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于室内装修的建筑材料领域，具体属于防火吸音板。
背景技术
石膏板因具有质轻、强度高、隔音绝热、防火、便于加工等优点而广泛应用于建筑装修材料。石膏板的耐磨性能一般，在建材方面的研究的一个方向，但其应用范围仍需开拓。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防火吸音板，成分中增加耐磨配方，保证了石膏板的强度和硬度同时，具有良好的耐磨性。
本发明的技术方案如下：
防火吸音板，由以下重量份原料组成：32～36份木质纤维、50～55份的二水石膏、4～6份玻璃纤维丝、5～8份丙烯酸乳液、3～5份无机铝盐防水剂、50-60份工业废水，纤维石膏板的具体制备方法如下：
1)、木质纤维的制备，将重量比为1:2-3椰树皮、松树皮用粉碎机粉碎成粒径为0.5-1.5mm的树皮碎削，再将以上的树皮碎削放进装有弱酸溶液的浸泡池里浸泡2-4个小时，往复2-4次后把抽滤后的浸泡液体合并一起蒸馏处理，即得；
2)、将步骤1)得到木质纤维与二水石膏、玻璃纤维丝混合同时加入石膏重量40-60%的工业废水，搅拌6～10h后输入陈化库陈化，将陈化后的原料进行二次混合，搅拌速度为900-1000rpm，搅拌时间为8～10h，得到主料；
3)、在步骤2)所得到的主料中加入丙烯酸乳液、无机铝盐防水剂、剩余的工业废水，混合搅拌3～4h，得混合料，混合料进行成型、固化处理，得石膏板。
本发明以槐树炭、石膏、陶瓷粉末为主要原料，再分散性乳胶粉，实现石膏、陶瓷粉末的资源再利用，变废为宝，减少了环境污染，同时，本发明的板材具有质地坚硬，不吸水，防污染，耐酸碱，抗老化，绿色环保，无放射性毒害等优点，可广泛使用在建筑装饰中。
具体实施方式
防火吸音板，由以下重量份原料组成：32～36份木质纤维、50～55份的二水石膏、4～6份玻璃纤维丝、5～8份丙烯酸乳液、3～5份无机铝盐防水剂、50-60份工业废水，纤维石膏板的具体制备方法如下：

Claims (1)
1.防火吸音板，其特征是：由以下重量份原料组成：12～16份木质纤维、4～5份的水泥、20-25份石膏、4～6份玻璃纤维丝、12～18份硅藻土、3～5份氧化铝、10-12份石棉粉、8-10份吸音材料、3.5-5.5份无机凝胶、50-60份工业废水，其具体制备方法如下：
1)、木质纤维的制备，将重量比为1:2-3椰树皮、松树皮用粉碎机粉碎成粒径为0.5-1.5mm的树皮碎削，再将以上的树皮碎削放进装有弱酸溶液的浸泡池里浸泡2-4个小时，往复2-4次后把抽滤后的浸泡液体合并一起蒸馏处理，即得；
2)、将上述重量份的玻璃纤维丝、木质纤维用12-15%盐酸浸泡3-4小时，再用去离子水洗涤，后用10-12%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时，再用去离子水洗涤至中性，过滤后与水泥、石膏均匀混合后成颗粒状，焙烧1-1.5小时，焙烧温度700-800℃；焙烧后投入粉磨机粉碎得到基质料；
3)、将基质料与氧化铝、石棉粉、吸音材料、无机凝胶、工业废水一起投入到高速搅拌机中，转速保持在1200-1300r/min，不断搅拌混合并以20℃/小时升温到400℃后，冷却到室温后静置2-3小时，最后进行坯体模具内挤压成型，制得成型坯料。
