背景技术
面条,一种用谷物或豆类的面粉加水和成面团,之后或者压或擀制成片再切或压,或者使用搓、拉、捏等手段,制成条状(或窄或宽,或扁或圆)或小片状,最后经煮、炒、烩、炸而成的一种食品。考古发现与史料证明,面条起源于中国,已有四千多年的制作食用历史。面条是一种制作简单,食用方便,营养丰富,即可主食又可快餐的健康保健食品。早已为世界人民所接受与喜爱。
现在人们的生活节奏快,饮食无规律,经常暴饮暴食,或因工作忘记吃饭,导致胃部不适,长此以往会形成胃病,且工作压力大,会导致食欲不佳,长期不调整,胃口差,会导致人的精神差,气色不佳,严重者会导致精神萎靡,长期吃西药治疗副作用大,并且直接食用中药味道差。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种健脾开胃的面条,全部采用纯天然材料,无毒副作用,可长期食用,口味清新独特,对食欲不佳,厌食人群有很好的开胃效果,促进胃的蠕动,提高消化能力,增加食欲,长期食用还能对胃有保护作用。
为解决上述问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种健脾开胃的面条,该面条是由下列重量份配比的材料成份组成:粳米100g、籼米100g、薏米100g、玉米50g、莲子30g、山楂5g、青皮8g、陈皮8g、山药5g、炮姜3g、茯苓5g、芡实5g、扁豆10g、麦芽9g、藕粉10g、黄芪6g、人参8g、厚朴6g、白术3g、木香7g、桃仁8g。
进一步地,所述面条内还含有发酵剂6g。

所述面条的制作方法如下:
1)按重量份配比取粳米100g、籼米100g和薏米100g共三种米,混合在一起淘洗干净,沥干,得混合米;
2)取步骤1的混合米上制粉机进行加工,得米粉;
3)按重要份配比取玉米50g、莲子30g、山楂5g、山药5g和扁豆10g共五种材料,清洗干净后,放入蒸箱内蒸,蒸箱设定温度为90-100度,时间为5-10分钟,得蒸煮物;
4)按重要份配比取桃仁8 g和取步骤3的蒸煮物放入搅碎机内搅碎,得搅碎物;
5)按重要份配比取青皮8g、陈皮8g、山药5g、炮姜3g、茯苓5g、芡实5g、麦芽9g、黄芪6g、人参8g、厚朴6g、白术3g和木香7g共十二种材料,放入容器内,倒入清水浸泡,清水没过药面,浸泡时间为10-12小时,浸泡温度为50-60度,去除药渣,得浸泡液;
6)按重要份配比取藕粉10g和步骤2的米粉,倒入步骤5的浸泡液进行和面,在和面的同时加入步骤4的搅碎物,得面团;
7)按重要份配比取发酵剂6g,放入步骤7的面团进行发酵,发酵时间为1-2小时。得发酵面团;
8)取步骤7的发酵面团,放入面条机加工,得面条。
本发明所述的健脾开胃的面条,配方组成所用药材和药用辅料均有国家法定标准,剂型均为《中国药典》收载剂型。
本发明所述的健脾开胃的面条,其药材功效为:
1、粳米含淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪,尚含少量B族维生素。能补脾胃、养五脏,壮筋骨,通血脉,益精强志,润颜,粳米米糠层的粗纤维分子,有助胃肠蠕动,对胃病、便秘、痔疮等疗效很好;粳米能提高人体免疫功能,促进血液循环,从而减少高血压的机会;粳米能预防糖尿病、脚气病、老年斑和便秘等疾病;粳米中的蛋白质、脂肪、维生素含量都比较多,多吃能降低胆固醇,减少心脏病发作和中风的几率;梗米可防过敏性疾病,因梗米所供养的红细胞生命力强,又无异体蛋白进人血流,故能防止一些过敏性皮肤病的发生。
2、籼米性味甘,微温;有补中益气、健脾养胃、益精强志、和五脏、通血脉、聪耳明目、止烦、止渴、止泻的功效;《本草蒙筌》:“温中健脉,益卫养荣,长肌肤,调脏腑。”
3、薏米性凉,味甘、淡;功能主治健脾渗湿,除痹止泻。薏米可用于治疗水肿、脚气、小便不利、湿痹拘挛、脾虚泄泻,“《本草新编》:薏仁最善利水,不至损耗真阴之气,凡湿盛在下身者,最宜用之,视病之轻重,准用药之多寡,则阴阳不伤,而湿病易去。故凡遇水湿之症,用薏仁一、二两为君,而佐之健脾去湿之味,未有不速于奏效者也,倘薄其气味之平和而轻用之,无益也。”
4、玉米味甘,性平;能调中健胃,利尿;含蛋白质,脂肪油,氨基酸,生物碱,淀粉,钙,磷,铁,维生素B1.B2.B6,玉米黄素,玉米油,烟酸,泛酸,胡萝卜素,槲皮素等成分;开胃、利胆、通便、利尿、软化血管、延缓细胞朽迈、防癌抗癌等,适合用于高血压、高血脂、动脉硬化、老年人习惯性便秘、慢性胆囊炎、小便晦气等疾患的食疗保健。
5、莲子味甘,平;“《本经逢原》:石莲子,本莲实老于莲房,堕入淤泥,经久坚黑如石,故以得名。为热毒噤口痢之专药。补助脾阴而涤除热毒,然必兼人参之大力开提胃气,方始克应。若痢久胃气虚寒,口噤不能食,则为戈戟也。”
6、山楂性微温,味酸甘,入脾、胃、肝经,有消食健胃、活血化淤、收敛止痢之功能;对肉积痰饮、痞满吞酸、泻痢肠风、腰痛疝气、产后儿枕痛、恶露不尽、小儿乳食停滞等,均有疗效。“《本草求真》:山楂,所谓健脾者,因其脾有食积,用此酸咸之味,以为消磨,俾食行而痰消,气破而泄化,谓之为健,止属消导之健矣。至于儿枕作痛,力能以止;痘疮不起,力能以发;犹见通瘀运化之速。有大小二种,小者入药,去皮核,捣作饼子,日干用。出北地,大者良。”
7、青皮性味、归经: 苦辛、温;入肝、胆、胃经,疏肝破气,消积化滞;用于胸胁胀痛,疝气,乳核,乳痈,食积腹痛。
8、陈皮性温,味辛、味苦,入脾经、胃经、肺经;主治功效理气健脾,调中,燥湿,化痰。主治 脾胃气滞之脘腹胀满或疼痛、消化不良。湿浊阻中之胸闷腹胀、纳呆便溏。痰湿壅肺之咳嗽气喘。用于胸脘胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。“《本草汇言》:味辛善散,故能开气;胃苦开泄,故能行痰;其气温平,善于通达,故能止呕、止咳,健脾和胃者也。东垣曰:夫人以脾胃为主,而治病以调气为先,如欲调气健脾者,橘皮之功居其首焉。”
9、山药味甘,性平,归脾、肺、肾经,用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴,山药中富含大量蛋白质、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素E、葡萄糖、粗蛋白氨基酸、胆汁碱、尿囊素等;其中重要的营养成分薯蓣皂是合成女性荷尔蒙的先驱物质,滋阴补阳、增强新陈代谢的功效;而新鲜块茎中含有的多糖蛋白成分的粘液质、消化酵素等,可预防心血管脂肪沉积,有助于胃肠的消化和吸收。
10、炮姜性味苦,涩,温。辛、热;归脾、胃、肾、心、肺经;温中散寒,温经止血;用于脾胃虚寒,腹痛吐泻,吐衄崩漏,阳虚失血。《得配本草》:“炮姜守而不走,燥脾胃之寒湿,除脐腹之寒痞,暖心气,温肝经,能去恶生新,使阳生阴长,故吐衄下血有阴无阳者宜之。”
11、茯苓性味甘淡平,入心、肺、脾经。具有渗湿利水,健脾和胃,宁心安神的功效。可治小便不利,水肿胀满,痰饮咳逆,呕逆,恶阻,泄泻,遗精,淋浊,惊悸,健忘等症。茯苓之利水,是通过健运脾肺功能而达到的,与其它直接利水的中药不同。《本草正》:“茯苓,能利窍去湿,利窍则开心益智,导浊生津;去湿则逐水燥脾,补中健胃;祛惊痫,厚肠藏,治痰之本,助药之降。以其味有微甘,故曰补阳。但补少利多,故多服最能损目,久弱极不相宜。若以人乳拌晒,乳粉既多,补阴亦妙。”
12、芡实味甘,涩,性平。归脾、肾经。具有益肾固精,补脾止泻,祛湿止带的功能。生品性平,涩而不滞,补脾肾而兼能祛湿。常用于白浊,带下,遗精,小便不禁,兼湿浊者尤宜。“《本草经百种录》:鸡头实,甘淡,得土之正味,乃脾肾之药也。脾恶湿而肾恶燥,鸡头实淡渗甘香,则不伤于湿,质粘味涩,而又滑泽肥润,则不伤干燥,凡脾肾之药,往往相反,而此则相成,故尤足贵也。”
13、扁豆性甘,平,入脾、胃经。主治健脾和中,消暑化湿。治暑湿吐泻,脾虚呕逆,食少久泄,水停消渴,赤白带下,小儿疳积。
14、麦芽甘,平;归脾、胃经、肝经;具有行气消食,健脾开胃,退乳消胀之功效;主治食积不消,脘腹胀痛,脾虚食少,乳汗郁积,乳房胀痛,妇女断乳;“《本草汇言》:大麦芽,和中消食之药也。补而能利,利而又能补,如腹之胀满,膈之郁结,或饮食之不纳,中气之不利,以此发生之物而开关格之气,则效非常比也。”
15、藕粉味甘、性平,主治肺热咳嗽、烦躁口渴、脾虚泄泻、食欲不振及各种血症。
16、黄芪性味:甘,微温,归肺、脾、肝、肾经;有益气固表、敛汗固脱、托疮生肌、利水消肿之功效。用于治疗气虚乏力,中气下陷,久泻脱肛,便血崩漏,表虚自汗,痈疽难溃,久溃不敛,血虚萎黄,内热消渴,慢性肾炎,蛋白尿,糖尿病等。
17、人参性平、味甘、微苦,微温;归脾、肺经、心经;主治劳伤虚损、食少、倦怠、反胃吐食、大便滑泄、虚咳喘促、自汗暴脱、惊悸、健忘、眩晕头痛、阳痿、尿频、消渴、妇女崩漏、小儿慢惊及久虚不复,一切气血津液不足之症。
18、厚朴性味:苦;辛;性温,归脾经;胃经;大肠经,主治食积气滞;腹胀便秘;湿阻中焦,脘痞吐泻;痰壅气逆;胸满喘咳;“《本草汇言》:厚朴,宽中化滞,平胃气之药也。凡气滞于中,郁而不散,食积于胃,羁而不行,或湿郁积而不去,湿痰聚而不清,用厚朴之温可以燥湿,辛可以清痰,苦可以下气也。故前古主中风、伤寒头痛寒热,呕逆泻利,虫积痞积,或肺气胀满,痰涎喘嗽,或胃气壅滞,水谷不行,用此消食化痰,去湿散胀,平土、金二脏,以致于中和也。”
19、白术性苦、甘,温;归脾、胃经;具有补气健脾、燥湿利水、止汗、安胎之功效;“《药性论》:主大风顽痹,多年气痢,心腹胀痛,破消宿食,开胃,去痰诞,除寒热,止下泄,主面光悦,驻颜去皯,治水肿胀满,止呕逆,腹内冷痛,吐泻不住,及胃气虚冷痢。”
20、木香性味辛;苦;性温;归脾;胃;肝;肺经;主治脾胃气滞之脘腹胀满或疼痛,嗳气,恶心呕吐;“《纲目》:木香,乃三焦气分之药,能升降诸气。诸气膹郁,皆属于肺,故上焦气滞用之者,乃金郁则泄之也;中气不运,皆属于脾,故中焦气滞宜之者,脾胃喜芳香也;大肠气滞则后重,膀胱气不化则癃淋,肝气郁则为痛,故下焦气滞者宜之,乃塞者通之也。”
21、桃仁性苦、甘,平;归心、肝、大肠经;活血祛瘀,润肠通便,止咳平喘;用于经闭,痛经,癓瘕痞块,跌扑损伤,肠燥便秘;“《药品化义》:桃仁,味苦能泻血热,体润能滋肠燥。若连皮研碎多用,走肝经,主破蓄血,逐月水,及遍身疼痛,四肢木痹,左半身不遂,左足痛甚者,以其舒经活血行血,有去瘀生新之功,若去皮捣烂少用,入大肠,治血枯便闭,血燥便难,以其濡润凉血和血,有开结通滞之力。”
本发明的有益效果是:全部采用纯天然材料,无毒副作用,可长期食用,口味清新独特,面条内具有健脾开胃的药效,对于厌食、食欲不佳者,有很好的治疗作用。

以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种健脾开胃的面条,该面条是由下列重量份配比的材料成份组成:粳米100g、籼米100g、薏米100g、玉米50g、莲子30g、山楂5g、青皮8g、陈皮8g、山药5g、炮姜3g、茯苓5g、芡实5g、扁豆10g、麦芽9g、藕粉10g、黄芪6g、人参8g、厚朴6g、白术3g、木香7g、桃仁8g。
其中,所述面条内还含有发酵剂6g。
所述面条的制作方法如下:
1)按重量份配比取粳米100g、籼米100g和薏米100g共三种米,混合在一起淘洗干净,沥干,得混合米。
2)取步骤1的混合米上制粉机进行加工,得米粉。

5)按重要份配比取青皮8g、陈皮8g、山药5g、炮姜3g、茯苓5g、芡实5g、麦芽9g、黄芪6g、人参8g、厚朴6g、白术3g和木香7g共十二种材料,放入容器内,倒入清水浸泡,清水没过药面,浸泡时间为10-12小时,浸泡温度为50-60度,去除药渣,得浸泡液,本实施例中,浸泡时间为12小时,浸泡温度为60度。
6)按重要份配比取藕粉10g和步骤2的米粉,倒入步骤5的浸泡液进行和面,在和面的同时加入步骤4的搅碎物,得面团。

实验例1
实验依据,给10名食欲不佳,胃口差的患者食用本发明的面条,每天食用一次,每次食用100g,连续食用一个月后,有7名患者食欲好,开胃,饭量增加,有2名患者食欲好转,胃口比食用好,有1名患者依然食欲不佳,胃口差,因此,本发明具有健脾开胃,增加食欲的功效,长期食用效果明显。
实验例2
实验依据,给10名胃部不适,患有胃病的患者食用本发明的面条,每天食用两次,每次食用50g,连续食用一个月后,10名患者胃部不适症状减轻,再食用两个月后,胃部不适症状消失,胃恢复健康,长期食用胃部舒适,因此,本发明对胃有治疗效果,长期使用有保胃的功效。
典型案例
方某,女,30岁,长期食欲不佳,胃口差,有厌食症状,导致气色差,精神不佳,每天食用一次,每次食用80g,连续食用一个月后,看见饭菜有食欲,胃口好,且自身的精气神也好了,长期食用一年后,也没有出现厌食,食欲不佳的状况。
本发明的有益效果是:全部采用纯天然材料,无毒副作用,可长期食用,口味清新独特,面条内具有健脾开胃的药效,对于厌食、食欲不佳者,有很好的治疗作用。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下得出的其他任何与本发明相同或相近似的产品,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
1.一种健脾开胃的面条,其特征在于:该面条是由下列重量份配比的材料成份组成:粳米100g、籼米100g、薏米100g、玉米50g、莲子30g、山楂5g、青皮8g、陈皮8g、山药5g、炮姜3g、茯苓5g、芡实5g、扁豆10g、麦芽9g、藕粉10g、黄芪6g、人参8g、厚朴6g、白术3g、木香7g、桃仁8g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的健脾开胃的面条,其特征在于:所述面条内还含有发酵剂6g。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的健脾开胃的面条的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的面条制作方法如下:
1)按重量份配比取粳米100g、籼米100g和薏米100g共三种米,混合在一起淘洗干净,沥干,得混合米;
2)取步骤1的混合米上制粉机进行加工,得米粉;
3)按重要份配比取玉米50g、莲子30g、山楂5g、山药5g和扁豆10g共五种材料,清洗干净后,放入蒸箱内蒸,蒸箱设定温度为90-100度,时间为5-10分钟,得蒸煮物;
4)按重要份配比取桃仁8 g和取步骤3的蒸煮物放入搅碎机内搅碎,得搅碎物;
5)按重要份配比取青皮8g、陈皮8g、山药5g、炮姜3g、茯苓5g、芡实5g、麦芽9g、黄芪6g、人参8g、厚朴6g、白术3g和木香7g共十二种材料,放入容器内,倒入清水浸泡,清水没过药面,浸泡时间为10-12小时,浸泡温度为50-60度,去除药渣,得浸泡液;
6)按重要份配比取藕粉10g和步骤2的米粉,倒入步骤5的浸泡液进行和面,在和面的同时加入步骤4的搅碎物,得面团;
7)按重要份配比取发酵剂6g,放入步骤7的面团进行发酵,发酵时间为1-2小时;得发酵面团;
8)取步骤7的发酵面团,放入面条机加工,得面条。
