技术领域
本发明涉及汽水,尤其涉及一种苹果味乳酸饮料。
背景技术
乳酸饮料可分为发酵型和调配型两种。其中,乳酸菌饮料都是牛奶经过乳酸菌发酵后制成的,属于发酵型乳酸饮料,而除此以外的乳酸饮料则属于调配型产品,是用牛奶、水、白糖、柠檬酸或乳酸配制而成的,不经过发酵,产品中没有乳酸菌及乳酸菌的代谢物。国家乳制品质量监督检验中心的一位专家指出,乳酸饮料同酸奶有着本质的区别。乳酸饮料的蛋白成分、钙等含量很少,大多是乳酸菌、调味剂和微量元素调制而成。如果家长试图用乳酸饮料代替奶制品,那么可能会导致孩子的骨骼发育不良。但是现有汽水中口味太少。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种苹果味乳酸饮料,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种苹果味乳酸饮料,包括阿巴斯甜0.3-0.5份,低聚异麦芽糖60-80份,高果糖浆40-50份,营养酵母2-4份,柠檬酸10-12份,柠檬酸钠2-4份,卡拉胶0.5-0.7份,苹果香精2-4份,乳酸香精1-3份,苯甲酸钠0.3-0.5份,水30-40份。
在一些实施方式中,混合所有原料,在75℃下杀菌30min,得到制成品。
本发明通过添加一定量的苹果香精,风味更佳。

实施例1:
一种苹果味乳酸饮料,包括阿巴斯甜0.3份,低聚异麦芽糖60份,高果糖浆40份,营养酵母2份,柠檬酸10份,柠檬酸钠2份,卡拉胶0.5份,苹果香精2份,乳酸香精1份,苯甲酸钠0.3份,水30份。
实施例2:
一种苹果味乳酸饮料,包括阿巴斯甜0.4份,低聚异麦芽糖70份,高果糖浆45份,营养酵母3份,柠檬酸11份,柠檬酸钠3份,卡拉胶0.6份,苹果香精3份,乳酸香精2份,苯甲酸钠0.4份,水35份。
实施例3:
一种苹果味乳酸饮料,包括阿巴斯甜0.5份,低聚异麦芽糖80份,高果糖浆50份,营养酵母4份,柠檬酸12份,柠檬酸钠4份,卡拉胶0.7份,苹果香精4份,乳酸香精3份,苯甲酸钠0.5份,水40份。
制作时,将甜味剂与增稠剂预先混合,将混合物倒入水中,搅拌至溶解,加入高果糖浆和,苯甲酸钠,混合搅拌均匀,75℃下杀菌30min,加入营养酵母、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠和香精热填充,包装。
综上所述,制作出来的一种苹果味乳酸饮料,通过添加一定量的苹果香精,风味更佳,有益健康。

1.一种苹果味乳酸饮料,其特征在于:包括阿巴斯甜0.3-0.5份,低聚异麦芽糖60-80份,高果糖浆40-50份,营养酵母2-4份,柠檬酸10-12份,柠檬酸钠2-4份,卡拉胶0.5-0.7份,苹果香精2-4份,乳酸香精1-3份,苯甲酸钠0.3-0.5份,水30-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种苹果味乳酸饮料,其特征在于:混合所有原料,在75℃下杀菌30min,得到制成品。
