Abstract
本发明属于医疗器械领域，特别公开了一种妇产科用止血囊。该妇产科用止血囊，包括子宫气囊，其特征在于：所述子宫气囊上连接有进气外管，进气外管内包裹有阴道气囊，阴道气囊上连接有进气内管，进气内管端头安装有控制开关。本发明结构简单，使用方便，设计合理，应用灵活，可有效快速对子宫腔进行压迫止血，疼痛刺激性小，减少了感染风险，适于广泛推广应用。
Description
（一） 技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械领域，特别涉及一种妇产科用止血囊。
（二） 背景技术
产后出血是产科最常见的并发症，其中因产后子宫收缩乏力或胎盘剥离而出血占80%以上，有时出血量极大，危及产妇生命安全，为此，必须进行药物治疗。
当药物止血无效时，通常采用宫腔填塞纱条来止血，这是一种非常原始和简单的止血方法。填塞过程耗时相当长，且对产妇的疼痛刺激重，在非麻醉状态下病人较难忍受，而且，如果经阴道填塞，无法避免纱条接触阴道壁而使无菌纱条被污染，使宫腔感染风险大大增加。
此外，对于医疗条件较差的基层医疗单位而言，对于大出血，必须能迅速止血，才能够争取到转院的时间，为了止血采用水囊来压迫子宫止血是较为有效的手段。现有的水囊容易漏水，不能持久全面压迫子宫，使子宫依然出血，而且产后宫颈松弛，宫腔内的水囊很容易滑出，导致压迫止血失败，鉴于上述原因，现有水囊不能在子宫止血中发挥很好的作用。
（三） 发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种结构简单、使用方便的妇产科用止血囊。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种妇产科用止血囊，包括子宫气囊，其特征在于：所述子宫气囊上连接有进气外管，进气外管内包裹有阴道气囊，阴道气囊上连接有进气内管，进气内管端头安装有控制开关。
本发明通过子宫气囊和阴道气囊的设置对子宫和阴道进行压迫止血，由于气囊内填充的介质为气体，因此不会因气体的泄露造成子宫内部的感染，同时，气囊较现用的水囊容易检测器漏气状态，能有效保证使用的安全性，阴道气囊设置在子宫气囊的进气外管内，除了对阴道进行压迫止血外，还起到对进汽外管的密封作用及固定作用，防止其发生漏气或位置移动。
本发明的更优方案为：
所述进气外管端头套设有定位罩，有效防止因外界作用使子宫内部的气囊滑出，保证了使用的稳固性。
本发明结构简单，使用方便，设计合理，应用灵活，可有效快速对子宫腔进行压迫止血，疼痛刺激性小，减少了感染风险，适于广泛推广应用。

（五） 具体实施方式
附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括子宫气囊1，所述子宫气囊1上连接有进气外管2，进气外管2内包裹有阴道气囊3，阴道气囊3上连接有进气内管4，进气内管4端头安装有控制开关5；所述进气外管2端头套设有定位罩6。
对产妇进行子宫压迫止血时，将子宫气囊1送入子宫内，然后通过进气外管2对子宫气囊1充气，待达到止血效果后，通过进气内管4对进气外管2内的阴道气囊3充气，随着阴道气囊3的膨胀，阴道气囊3的表面与进气外管2管壁紧密贴合在一起，实现了对进气外管2的密封，同时起到对阴道压迫止血和位置固定的作用；通过控制开关5控制阴道气囊3的充气量，最后将控制开关5关闭，使子宫气囊1和阴道气囊3保持充气状态，达到压迫止血的作用；最后将定位罩6贴合在产妇的体表，实现了装置的整体固定，有效防止内部气囊的滑出。

1.一种妇产科用止血囊，包括子宫气囊（1），其特征在于：所述子宫气囊（1）上连接有进气外管（2），进气外管（2）内包裹有阴道气囊（3），阴道气囊（3）上连接有进气内管（4），进气内管（4）端头安装有控制开关（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的妇产科用止血囊，其特征在于：所述进气外管（2）端头套设有定位罩（6）。
